I just bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Joe at Commonwealth Auto Group. He kept in constant contact with me and insured I had the best experience possible with buying my vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and it definitely went extremely smooth from beginning to end. I’m in love with my new car and I’m so grateful that we had Joe to help us with this purchase. He also opened especially for us to go pick up my car, not many salesmen would do that.

My son bought a car from commonwealth four months ago. It had an issue with it and we took it back and the owner fixed the issue with no hesitation. He didn’t even look at the problem took the car fixed it and charged us nothing. I would definitely buy another car from him he’s a standup guy

What kind of dealership is this? Went in to look at a bmw and he’s got it priced 4 grand over nada. Don’t even bother. Owner drives around in a Range Rover trying to flex on people but sells trash to people. Stay away.

Would not buy another vehicle from these crooks. They have there own inspector who slaps inspection stickers on the re vehicles leaving me to do thousands of dollars in repairs after they said parts were good. Inspect every inch of anything you buy from there they try not to put any money into these vehicles and re sell them knowing they have issues.

Bought truck from them and its been non stop repairs. Owner said it was his buddies and told me it was solid. Told me it came with a 3 month warranty, but barely gave me a month to fix anything and blamed the paperwork writer on not putting the right warranty on it. Carfax didnt show anything but toyota dealership pretty much said it was in a wreck and i had to replace the whole rear end assembly. BUYER BEWARE. The 4 stars that i saw on this review were all fake reviews. I apolgize to you all for not writing one sooner!!!!

Bought a 2007 Subaru Outback Manual transmission here about a year ago, and was impressed with the process. Test drove and noticed an issue but was fixed and ready before I purchased the next day. I’ve put 20 thousand miles on this “around town” car with no issues. I keep checking their website to look for more Subaru’s with a manual and they have some good options from time to time with good pictures. Easy, fair, in and out.

Customer service was great. Made sure everything went well with my test drive.

Over 2hr drive to see the car in person,but Va cars are cheaper than NC cars.Got to the dealership and help came immediately...the dealer got me the best lender with a lot of added bonuses. Smooth transaction and I was on my way back to NC!!

Great experience start to finish! I purchased a great vehicle! The vehicle was missing 2 cosmetic items-Joe was very helpful and they ordered the items and replaced them. Joe and Chris were both very helpful and honest during the whole process. I got a great deal and they were more than reasonable with my trade in. When there was an issue with a check engine light days after purchase I called them up and they told me to bring it right back and they fixed the (minor) issue immediately. Car has been running great, even through several road trips already and i couldnt be happier. Great buying experience, highly recommended!

A great local auto dealer with some of the best prices around. All their cars are in excellent condition inside and out. Bought a small suv and have no regrets. The owner is honest, friendly, and stands behind his cars. Not at all pushy and I feel he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. The owner joe is a crook sold me a 17 thousand dollar truck drove off the lot had to be towed home that very same day 20 min after buy n the vehicle. I would suggest no one ever buys from this company sell and give you warranties and they will BS until the the warranty is up .seriously never go here there are a bunch of crooks and con artist

I recently bought a vehicle from Joe and Chris. They were helpful from my first interaction until I took possession of the keys. I dealt mostly with Joe who applied no pressure and had a genuine interest in helping me feel at ease and answering any questions. He was friendly and did not come across as your typical car salesman. I ended up buying a vehicle that suited me and was within my budget (and no, Joe did not try to up-sell me into buying something more expensive). Garbage cars I was nervous to come here due to reviews and they were correct. The suv we drove sounded like a bus stopping it was awful noises were Coming from everywhere in the vehicle. Don’t believe the dealer believe the reviews trash place junk cars. Not to mention they opened a hour late and we were waiting

Please do not purchase from here. Purchased a car less than a month ago and have had problems every since. The staff were very friendly during the sale process. Went above and beyond to ensure me that I was buying a reliable vehicle. The very next day I started hearing squeaking noise coming from tire. Called them they were no longer concerned told me there was nothing they could do. This was literally the very next day. Since then Ive had even more problems. Less than a month of owning the vehicle, I have now paid more in repairs than what I paid for the car.These people are scammers. Treated me like gold during the buying process. Now theyre treating me like a nuisance. Smh purchase your used car from a dealership with standards not this rinky dink hole in the wall 😡

These people messed my whole life up Been having problems with this Tahoe since I first financed it They treated me so polite when I first got the truck Had problems the first day I purchased the truck they assured me that they would fix the lights and they did but still had problems The truck needed 4 new tires They helped me find a cheap place to purchase 4 new tires After that I started having major problems with the truck The truck started to over heat My dad had to by pass the hose so that I could still drive the truck Me and my kids would be freezing in that truck Next thing u know they told me I needed a whole rear end Which was $550 Come to find out the entire bottom of the truck is rusted My whole drive shaft fell off while driving through the Hampton tunnel and my kids were in the truck with me I also had the differentials changes on the truck smh I have tried to call them several times But they knew my number It’s like they had it saved or something They just stopped answering for me Still to this day I’ve been calling trying to see what I could do about this lemon It’s been almost 2 yrs It’s just to much to say about these scammers I’ll be writing a essay about these people PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY EVEN CHANGED THERE NAME SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FIND OUT WHOS THERE REGISTERD AGENT SO THEY COULD BE TAKING TO COURT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS...I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
