These guys got it right, I tried safe light dont waste your time they monkeyed my order three times

Terrible customer service and they have employees doing side work and when your windshield brakes they wont replace. Very disappointed with this company.

I absolutely loved how easy it was for me to get a quote, schedule an appointment and pay for my service. And my technician stayed in touch with me each step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and when. If I ever need anything else they are the only people Id call.

We had two service vehicles that needed chips repaired. They were able to come out the next day and arrived at the time they said they would. The first vehicles chip was in the drivers view and could not safely be repaired so the entire windshield needed to be replaced - an appointment was made that day for the very next day! The second vehicles chip was successfully repaired and it looks great! We will be using them from for all our windshield repairs from now on!

Great experience with Glass America and store manager Joe this morning! Very glad my insurance company recommended them! Very happy with customer service and new windshield! Didnt have to leave the house which can be challenging with a little one! So thanks again Joe!

Just got my windshield replaced, cant remember the name of the employee, but he was very helpful and focused! He even tried to fix my (beyond help) rear view mirror! Ill think of this place next time I need a glass repair!

They replaced my rear window. It began to leak afterwards so i contacted them they replaced it again. So now here it is leaking again so i spoke to the manager Joe. He was very rude even as far to use bad language and said hes sorry about my luck so i would strongly recommend using a different company.
