Would not give the $30 for the core return because it was not in the box, despite the fact that the instructions given at the time of purchase were that nothing was needed, not even the receipt, because my name was in the computer. Either give the proper instructions in their entirety at the time of purchase or honor what you said. Had it not been for that issue, would have earned 5 stars. You basically kept my $30 even though I followed the instructions given directly to me, by you!
