Purchased and had my lift kit, tires and wheels installed on a 2020 Wrangler JLU at this location. Very inconvenient process from start to finish$ Many things were out of the control of the staff but one major issue was not.First, I would like to mention the staff was very accommodating with the procurement process. Aside from not receiving call backs when being asked if I would prefer they call me back instead of remaining on hold while they attended to other customers and other shop activities. With that being said Ill return to the matter of my primary complaint.My coil springs were installed incorrectly. Three of the four springs were not rotated to the seat stops... Front driver side coil was a near complete rotation off of the seat causing the spring to offset against the bump stop and rest in a bend. I was literally driving my Jeep for atleast a week prior to noticing my lift height between my rear wheels was uneven and conducting a thorough inspection of the installation.After notifying the shop I was told the soonest they could get me in was five days later... I didnt lose my composure... I remained understanding...I considered asking for my money back to have someone do a proper installation... At no point did anyone offer me any compensation for the lack of having an operable vehicle. The time and money it cost me, etc...I was not going to post this but, I was not offered any compensation for their lack of QA on their installations prior to giving their customer back their vehicles and no offer in compensation for my many costs and inconveniences.

Im from out of town and found myself having a issue with a shock while in the area. Called in and spoke with a VERY HELPFUL guy named Eric who took a good amount of time out of his day to help get me figured out. Thank you Eric for your help and knowledge and I would highly recommend giving this place a call if you need any work done on your vehicle or need help or advice with parts!

Not helpful at all. They said they were two weeks out to mount and balance four tires. And I brought the wheels and tires up there in the back of a truck. They didnt even have to unbolt them from a truck. Should have been able to do them in less than an hour. Took them right up the street and were done in an hour. They could have added $300 to he bottom line. Asked about fox shocks and guy was in a hurry and said bring in the truck so I can look at it instead of taking time to help me right then. I just did research myself and bought $1200 worth of Bilstein,s off eBay instead. Cost themselves AND Fox a sale.

Staff was really helpful. May not live here but having a direct connection and knowing who youre dealing with is great. Especially when they are so knowledgeable on the parts.

I placed an order online 3 days ago and its still processing the webpage says the item is in stock and ready to ship but its been 3 full working days. I only placed the order online because the local store (Virginia Beach) kept putting me on hold for over 20 minutes I finally said no dont put me on hold again and the guy offered to call me back, I dont know why I believed him theyve never called me back before. The national call center is no better, Ive not been able to even talk with a person about my order because I hangup after 20-25 minutes because Ive got something else to do. Im not a chronic complainer I just expect to get what I pay for and for companies to be honest about their capabilities. If I had known it would take this long I would ordered from Amazon for much less

Started with a phone call, Landon Nowak knocked out of the park ! Customer service was excellent. He helped us purchase a winch made us aware of sales which led to purchasing a air compressor and some jack accessories. Top notch guy . He and the guys from 4WP has our business for years to come .

I have gone to this store for 2 different services and needless to say, I am less than pleased. I first got a bull bar installed on my truck and the installation went several hours longer than what they told me. While I was waiting, I heard the techs in the back cutting up and yelling obscenities. I asked them a couple different times when my truck would be done because I needed sleep for my third shift job, and they kept telling me that they were just waiting for the supervisor to inspect the finished install. 2 and a half hours later, I finally got my truck. On a side note, other than the time issue, they did a good job with the installation. While I was waiting for the installation to be completed, I ordered a flowmaster exhaust and was told that they would call me to schedule the installation. They never did. A week and a half after I ordered it, I called them to check on the status and they told me that it had just come in, and they scheduled me to come in April 6th to have it installed. Jump to April 6th and Im the first person in line to get my truck checked in. Landon started looking up my information and told me that I was not on the schedule. After I explained that I had been scheduled for the 6th previously and that I had been waiting 3 weeks to get this done, he said that they had a technician call out and that they could sqeeze me in on Friday for my inconvenience (I do want to point out that this was in no way Landons fault and I am not blaming him personally). So I paid the remainder of what I owed for the exhaust itself and called Pungo Offroad and spoke to Devilan (sp?). I explained the situation and he told me that they were slammed for today, but if I dropped my truck off, he would see to it that my exhaust got installed tonight. The way I see it, Pungo Offroad is going out of their way to earn my business. I will never do business with 4 Wheel Parts in Virginia Beach again and if you value your time and money, I suggest you do likewise.

This is my second time at one of these stores in 10yrs. The first time I had rims and tires ordered and installed on my 92 Bronco in Jacksonville, FL. When I saw the completed installation, I hated what I had ordered. The shop worked with me to get me what I wanted and actually refunded some of my money.The second time was just a few weeks back at their Virginia Beach location with my Jeep. They installed 35 tires and wheel spacers for me, all ordered through their shop. They dont try to up-sale you on anything and are pretty straight forward when it comes to getting the job done.

Called this place 2 weeks in advance to be sure they could have parts and service on a specific date that we were traveling near their location. They confirmed they received the parts and the date for the installation. This was confirmed a week before my arrival. On the install date I had to drive 90 miles to the store drop off my vehicle and then Uber back the 90 miles. No big deal. I needed the parts installed and they assured me I was in good hands. An hour and a half later I was called and told they had the wrong parts and could not do the install. Uber back 90 minutes and all I received was a sorry. Hours wasted and hundreds of dollars in getting to this location and an overnight stay as we are not from VA. No offers of covering any expenses. Just a sorry. In addition they took.a 1500 dollar deposit. I was told they refunded the money but I have yet to see it. I am going to have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Just a complete hassle with horrible service. There are many better places out there that actually care about customers. Find one of those and avoid this place at all costs.

I had a very positive experience here. I had new upper control arms (I supplied) and Bilstein 5100 front struts installed on my Ram 1500 pickup. They had to replace the upper strut mounts and bushings which did need to be done, but I think it was very professional that they called me about it and even sent me a picture of the shot ones. After it was all said and done and I drove the truck home I climbed under it to give the install a once over and make sure nothing was loose. All of the hardware that was torqued was actually paint marked as a quick visual reference to see if anything had backed off, I think thats awesome because Im very detail oriented and they did the same thing I would have already. Awesome job, super professional, and the truck rides great. Thanks guys!

I spent a few weeks researching various places around Virginia Beach to get a lift for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After going to 4WP I immediately knew I was in good hands! I got the Rubicon Express 2.5 lift with 315s (34 tires) special which is perfect for me and feel like I got a got a pretty good deal on it. I picked up my Jeep yesterday and couldnt be more happy with it! Looks, feels and drives great! Cant wait to take offroad soon. Landon, the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful and Tommy did an awesome job installing everything! Thanks guys! Have contacted the 3 times in the last 2 weeks for a quote. They must not want my business or money as I still haven’t received the quote. Not going to waste my time with them anymore.

Ordered a simple bolt for a track bar from them due to a death wobble and failed Virginia inspection. The part was listed as there but when I tried to pick it up they did not have it and 2 weeks later they still do not causing my Jeep to become illegal. this would not be so bad except for the part where they keep saying they will get back to me and never do. Im fed up with them not completing one task. I might dislike auto zone but they are better organized.

Awesome stuff, quality parts available. But I wish the salesmen had better training and experience with parts applications and custom stuff. Explained my lift and tire size. Was sold the wrong wheel offset for the tires to fit properly and the salesman I worked with was likeoh well...guess youre gonna need spacers($200 extra)...so I still shop there but I dont trust them to know whats gonna work anymore

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, I realized I wanted to cancel one item so I sent them an email. They have never answered the email, so they dont respond within 24 hours. Ive made 5 phone calls to their 800 customer support line and have yet got them to answer, so their advertised answer time is way off. The longest I would hold was 32 minutes. The website still shows that my order is being processed and I have actually received 2 of 3 packages. Because corporate will not update the status of my order the local branch tells me they cant tell me whats going on with the shipment. Today the 3rd package was attempted to be dropped off but this shipment requires an adult signature, while the other teo parts of the shipment did not need signature, why do that? Now the product is going to be returned to the manufacture.Luckily the products are good, because they dont make them, they have really bad customer service. Their competitors like QuadraTec are so much easier to do business with, I would encourage you to go to them before ordering anything from this company.

I stopped in to get a price quote on a steal wheels. The guy working at the counter said he wouldn’t quote steal wheels because he wouldn’t recommend them.... I wasn’t looking for a recommendation, I was looking to a price quote. This isn’t the first time I have had this problem with this store. I guess I’ll stick with ordering online from company’s that actually want my business. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Landon Nowak gave me great customer service. 4 Wheel Parts is awesome. They guarantee their work and stand behind it. A week ago Sai gave me an alignment and later I had a tire blowout to no fault of their own. Came in the store manager and Landon took great care of me. Recalibrated the new tire from the blowout at no charge. Also, did a thorough investigation to see what damages were caused with outer tire rods, upper arm, & ball joints. Great store, went in to get a HiLift jack, Landon help me find what i needed and i ended up with a jack and RTT .

Customer service from I believe his name is Landon was not the best. Called in for a ProTank and then was told he will call back. After an hour I called back, he answered and said he is looking and the online site states they had it in stock but wanted to make sure before I drive out there. He said he’d call back a second time and I never received a call back.

On my 19 Ram theyve leveled it, put new tires on it, price matched and installed some fender flares, and perfectly installed my Bakflip tonneau cover. Great, fast work, definitely recommended.

Store is decent, they will order parts that they dont have. Customer service is poor, never treated like priority even after youve paid up front.The only thing saving them from a 2 star or lower is their garage staff. Mechanics did a great job on installing. Fit and finish was beautiful.For future reference, great install team, poor customer service.

Worst service ever I walk in and no one said nothing like I not even here. I was going to spend 3,000 to 4,000 dollar but no one said nothing they just keep talking to each other I am writing this review In the store now and they are still talk I am so disappointed I’m not spending my money here because it feel like I don’t matter and I have been waiting 15 minutes just to see if someone would say something. I tell you no one cares about good service anymore!!!!!

I love this place. The staff really knew what they were talking about. It seems like 85% of the products were made for jeeps and only jeeps. For everything else be expected to pay a lot more. They do offer installation services but it looks like it costs a lot more than the parts itself. Good to buy products, bad to get them installed. They do have an excellent quote option and can even finance.

Good dudes here. Got tires and rims at internet prices and they replaced a worn out tie rod. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and perfect. Im very happy.

Looked on their website and then decided to call the store to order the parts for pickup as it would be available quicker than waiting on standard shipping to the house. We paid half upfront on a Monday and were told the items would be available for pickup on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I called to see if items had arrived yet and was told items would not be there till Friday because they forgot to order them.Second issue is when I called about ordering another item on Tuesday I was told they couldnt get the item and I would have to pay for them to ship it to my house. Two things wrong with this their website clearly stated the item would be available in store within a few days if I ordered it online or I could ship to my house and it would cost nothing because of free shipping when you send over a specified amount. So I ended up ordering this online to my house because their service department sucks.

Feels like just yesterday that I ordered my running boards. Couldnt be happier with those and my Bilstein 5100s! Mike was the perfect Rep for 4 Wheel Parts! Look forward to doing more business.

This place is an joke . First off they told me from there chart that 35s would fit my Chevy .... well no now they want to cut into my truck and a bunch of other cap sound like to me they wanted to squeeze you for every dollar . After being fed up finally just paided for my rims and tiers when they guy was bring me my hub cabs for my rims he drops them face down on the ground . Then looking at them and telling me there not that bad this place is a completely a joke and I do not recommend to anyone to purchase anything here .

I agree this place is a joke. Two members of staff had no clue on basic information on lifted Truck. Also I purchased tires costing 2300 and set an appointment and still I waited for 3 hrs 52min before the finished mounting my new tires. Tires thats it! They had tons of excesses and even other customers couldnt believe how long it took me to get my truck and for their trucks to be serviced. Dont waste your time. Save yourself from spending a day with people who really dont care about getting things done and getting you back out the door.

Just had the shop do a body mount chop on my ‘16 Tundra. Needed some extra clearance for new 35’s BFG MT’s. Im crazy about the details and things looking finished. I’ve never had any “chop” work done on any car that I’ve bought new and was a bit skeptical. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If I didn’t know it was done, I wouldn’t be able to tell any mod was done. Plenty of room for the tires and ZERO RUB! Great Job 4WP!

The location in Virginia besch Virginia has provided awful service with the exception of when Chris helped meRoughly a year ago. “sayeed” or “cieaed” however you pronounce his name is a “salesperson” with practically NO knowledge of vehicles or how they work. You should never have the customer have to explain to you how the simplest parts of a vehicle work. You can tell with just a simple phone call. I encourage anyone to call up and ask for him. The lack of knowledge amazes me. And then when I cancelled on an appointment which I paid a $105 deposit for he said okay that’s no problem. 10 days go by and I have no refund. I call them up and the sales manager I assume up front handled my call. I believe named Robert? But proceeded to take myNumber and ask for my name. Then said okay thank you and hung up on me! So I called the customer service number and Laura who I spoke to was great. I’d give her 5 stars if I could. She contacted the shop to figure out the issue. So apparently he took care of the issue of me not getting my money back. But the main concern is how and why “sayeed” wouldn’t have issues the refund in advance? When I called him the first time, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment? Why would he hold my money and not refund me. That shop has had some poor service. Having the manager hang up on me leaving listening to a dead phone dial tone with my question still not quite answered felt extremely rude to me and only had I called the 1-800 corporate number had I finally gotten good service I needed. Update: I found out his name is spelled “CIEAED” from what I’ve seen in MORE posts about his lack of knowledge and poor service. This man is hurting the company and should not be employed in this kind of work.

Im disappointed with 4 wheel parts because I bought red neoprene seat covers online with a $50 gift card and the rest on my visa for my jeep JK but the red was almost like burgundy so I took the seat covers back to the store in Virginia Beach. I did not want to get the same seat covers because of the different colors not matching so I bought hood latches for half the price of the seat covers and remember I had a $50 gift card involved and the man behind the counter said he could not give me a refund for the difference on my visa. He said it would have to be store credit. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THERE ONLINE Or IN THE STORE.

Never I mean NEVER order through Ciead.... Worst salesman ever... he forgot to order my parts and then promised they would be expedited that was a lie... Promised he would call me back and never did on multiple occassions.. worst service no one at the store has a clue.. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else..

There xtreme warranty isnt so xtreme, manager claims it only covers defects not damage. So $40 for a Xtreme warranty that doesnt cover damage . Useless warranty.

3 valve stems were leaking after tires installed. Horrible work and they did not return my chrome caps. Also got this routine...About 10 mins after leaving the shop, get a call and they claim the pitman arm is blown, which was replaced and only had about 10k miles on it. I would not trust any work done at this shop.
