If I could give zero stars, I would. I know nothing about cars, I needed a new battery, that’s all I knew. The guy helping me seemed bothered to help me. He was the most unhelpful human being! Incredibly rude, and even when I asked him to please explain to me what these terms mean he huffed and rolled his eyes at me.If I knew this information there would be zero need for their jobs!I’ve been to other locations where they are happy to help. Not here!

Angela was very helpful and had amazing service. Just flew in from Missouri and my car battery was trashed from sitting for to long. Originally came to autozone just to have my battery tested but it crapped out in the parking lot. Being 1000 miles from ANYONE I knew I was extremely distraught but Angela was very reassuring and kind. Was out of there with a new battery in no time and will always be very greatful. Definitely recommend

I went in for a battery and the man refused to replace battery or even look at my car and was rude the entire time “Mike Williams” was the cashier and the other worker was on phone

Staff Mike Williams provided me outstanding customer satisfaction. I was looking for Auto Fresher odor bombs by Armor all, but this location doesn’t carry the item. Mike explain to me that the store is unable to order different Auto Fresher Bombs. Please stock Armor All and McGuire Auto Fresher bombs. Thanks for the help again Mike. Refresh odor auto fresher are not good quality car bombs.

I have been frequenting this location for over 5 years now. Employees’ have always been over the top helpful. Mike is one of them that has been here since I started visiting after my move from Ohio. I had the same relationship with my previous Autozone. This continuation and transition was very nice to have. On his behalf and how I have seen him conduct himself with even new guests; he is a gentlemen with superb customer service skills!!!

Rex knows his stuff about oil drain plugs. He is now my oil drain plug guy.

She changed my fuse for my battery then it was stuck in park. Had to have it towed and pay a 140.00 diagnotic fee and miss a days work

MOST of the staff is VERY knowledgeable about what they do and do not carry st this location near Oceanfront.The Autozone brand car batteries are outstanding and come with great warranty.

I’ve been coming to this store for 10 years, and David Joyden said he couldn’t help me the way I wanted, and had a bad attitude I was with my daughter, I am shocked, I guess he heard person with an accent and he decided to change his attitude and treat immigrants differently, even though I contribute to this country more than him for sure

Very nice staff, always have parts in stock and have no problem helping you out if needed. Things like batteries, windshield wipers and other small thing to swap or fix on your car. Also, you can dispose of used car oil there. Also found great selection for air filters, compared to other part stores in the area. Overall pretty good.

Rebecca was great! She changed my headlight and taught me how to do it so I can do it on my own next time.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were excited to help me find everything I needed and directed to another shop that had the parts that they did not carry. I would high recommend others to go to them for all their automotive needs.

Very sorry I came to this store sept 2nd at 8:30 in the morning. Was trying to order a new exhaust for my 24hp Honda engine. I would of thought it wasnt a parts store. Incredibly rude customer service when only having the make and model but not the year of what I wanted. I had no problem locating the part on the internet with just the model. Sorry old man maybe its time to retire.

You need to know something about what your buying. The crew just reads information from the computer. The old days of auto parts people knowing what they are doing is almost gone. Its just people reading a computer and going to get the part of the shelf. Even if you know what you want, you might get the wrong part because the computer is wrong or they mislabeled the party. Good luck.

Pretty good auto parts store, I’ve seen auto parts stores with more older guys with more experience but hey who says that makes the auto parts store?

We were on vacation in Va. Beach. We filled our vehicle up with fuel here at a BP. Soon thereafter our Check Engine light came on.We drove to the closest Auto Zone and asked them to do the check. We were greeted by Monica who gladly checked us out,made a recommendation on what it could be according to the code readout. She sold us some injector cleaner and said to run it through the next 2 tankfuls of gas. Needless to say, the light went off at 2nd fill up. Thank you Monica for being willing!! Much Appreciated!
