Rude and incompetent GM. This store had a Covid outbreak and staff refused to quarantine. Staff does not wear masks. I will take my business to a store that isnt run by a Trump thumping anti-vaxxer.

Stopped in to get boat battery tested and ended up leaving overnight for charging. Such great friendly team at this location, they helped me get the right bulbs for my 20 yr old Acura MDX as well. I then realized they had AC quick fix on sale, the guy helping me walked out and showed me exactly how to do it. Super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I did it right. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received, kudos to your world class team Advance Auto!

Gary was incredibly kind when testing my battery, alternator, and starter. Most auto parts stores have employees that give an attitude for similar services, but he was friendly and obviously knowledgeable in his craft. He advised that it is most likely my starter. I purchased my parts online to pick up in store and will be doing so in the future for any parts needs. Ive only had good experiences in this location. Great job!

Had a job to be done by today on this car so I went in on Sunday July 7th to purchase the items to complete the job and the man behind the counter, had a accent, was talking to a customer so I figured it was car related but after several minutes I realized they were discussing the Roman Empire,Cathedrals, architecture, etc. So Im waiting patiently to get my parts even tho Im in a hurry and several more minutes pass by,then several more, and I havent even been greeted like Im not in the store,they still continue their History Channel conversation and Im throwing subtle hints like hurry the f$#k up so I can complete my job but they just keep on and on so finally I said out loud WOW! And walked out the store..this store got all my business prior to this but they can forget that happening ever again after today, I highly suggest to put your cashiers through some type of training and to talk about history on their own time off the clock! Rude,inconsiderate, and just lack of customer service!!
