Great customer service always

Disclaimer: NO I do not work for Hall.I brought my first NEW Vehicle at Hall about 14 Months ago. It was an all black 2013 Dodge Challenger, love at first site. Yesterday after giving thought to it for a few days I figured I am single, no kids, so.. why not get another vehicle ? So I did ! Went online did the USAA car buying service, 45seconds later the phone rang one was from Hall and the other from Southern. I explained to the lady from Hall that I was already I already was in email traffic with a Ms. Decker. I informed the lady from Southern that I needed a price, she insisted I come in, I insisted give me some numbers..she said she had to get with the manager and 3 days later I have never heard from her again. Pomoco contacted me 2 days later via email and asked me to call him. YOU want my money and service why the He** would I call you? So I never responded. Back to Hall, I recently moved to Hampton and if you are aware if you are from this area its at a minimal way over 100 dealerships. I am sure if you ride down Military Hwy North/South you will count at least 65 and if you ride down Va Beach Blvd you will count more or less the same. I personally traveled from Hampton to Virginia Beach to the Hall dealership and received such great customer service. Everyone had smiles and were so happy to see me. I would recommend this place to anyone in state or out of state. They will go out of the way to make you if you were not happy when you came youll be happy when you leave. The other dealerships just want a quick buck these guys/gals treat you like you are family! Not to mention the 2 or 3 cuties walking about, but hey thats another story. Moral of the story if you are looking for a NEW Vehicle look here first, they also have a great selection of used vehicles at dealership beside them. For me to drive 45mins to this dealership it had to be like not other dealership I have been to in my entire life. Thank me later!
