Had an interlock installed in my car today by Smart Start, and I must say the experience was very pleasant and smoove. Ron.. my technician was very professional and informal on what I need to do. He talked me through and showed me how to use the equipment step by step. I highly recommend this company, they get you in and out. Thank you Smart Start!!!

I called on a Friday afternoon, they were able to get me in Saturday the next morning. I showed up 30 minutes early because I hate being late and Mark was there for me ready to get to work.Mark is a very friendly and knowledgeable individual. He was able to conduct training and answer all the questions I had with ease. I left feeling comfortable with the Smart Start System installed in my vehicle.The install was quick and I can’t thank Mark enough for his help!

When I called to set up an appointment, they were nice from the very start. I was given the first available appointment and they continually followed up with me to make sure all paperwork was taken care of and received. When I showed up for the install, they were just as nice and informative. Great people and a great company.

These folks at Smart Start were incredibly kind and helpful during stressful times. I cannot say I will ever be in a position again to need the services of Smart Start, but I cannot recommend them highly enough for those of you moving forward with this process for the first time. The men here are good people. They are very courteous and do not make you feel judged. Place is well organized and clean. Equipment worked great and I had no issues!

If your looking for a great place that doesnt view you as a criminal. You found it. Dont go to Chesapeake location. Manager has to many rules of when he can see you. I have never waited more than ten mins anytime I have shown up at VA bch location.

Smartstart Virginia Beach off of Donna Drive is where I would reccomend you go if you need certain specific services. Theyve got good hours and great customer service. Nine times out of then theyll answer any and all questions you have. They do fast, reliable work and since Ive had my device removed my vehicle has had no problems of any sort. The guys there are knowledgable and approachable. Decent parking, omay area, and plenty of options for food in the area of you have to wait for any reason.

When I had my breathalyzer removed 3 dash lights came on that were not on prior to the removal. They just said they must not have noticed them before.

Hate to have the any device, but the staff is friendly
