Cannot speak to quality of service. However, store is operating at reduced hours due to low staffing. Store is stated to close at 6pm, however, on my arrival at 5:45pm, the store was already closed. Will revise review when able to shop.

Ive purchased 5.11 gear before and took the opportunity to visit the store in person while in town for business. It was nice to be able to browse their product line in real life as opposed to the internet. Had no clue their clothing line was so extensive. The key here is being able to try on stuff as opposed to ordering it and hoping it fits. The girl running the store was nice and helpful as well.

Called and asked if they had a particular uniform combination in stock and was told they have a limited number of any uniforms available and was directed to Galls in Norfolk. I asked if they didnt have it in stock, do they have someone who is trained to take measurements so I could order it. They stated they do not. Believe his name was Brian. Way to try to make a sale 5.11. Very disappointed!

It is terrible that I have to leave this poor review, I have spent a lot of money here and every employee except one young blond lady with glasses has been exceptional. I have spent quite a bit of money here but after being chased out today due to a disability has me debating if I should look into a lawsuit, which really sucks that a store that I would have rated 5 out of 5 yesterday will now refuse a long time customer.

Great tactical store. Great clothes for both men and women. I bought a pair of black leggings (pants) with belt loops. I never see leggings with loops. These are great for shooting. They also have pockets. Great quality (not cheap made). Tons of equipment, shoes etc. They have great sales periodically. Great place to check out.

5.11 TacticalVery high quality good looking clothing designed to last. I am extremely impressed with the staff who warm and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. Recently, I bought along my 25 year old son for a birthday shopping spree. We had a great mother-son time talking and interacting with the staff. He left with a huge bag full of functional clothing just right for his physical job. Thanks 5.11 for who you are and what you do.

High quality clothes and gear. My only warning is the tactical pants are so comfortable and with the extra pockets you wont want to wear anything else. Recommend by every EMT, paramedic, police officer, and military person I know.

Been at this store a few times now and the staff have been attentive, courteous and very pleasant. Not too pushy, but yet very eager to answer any questions regarding their merchandise and they will also provide recommendations based on your uniform and gear needs. Storefront always stocked and very well organized and neatly presented. Been a 5.11 customer up in NYC for at least 15 years. They were our agency uniform providers. Very nice to be able to stop in a brick and mortar store to see new items, try on different clothing, and handle bags and other equipment before purchasing. The only negative I can relay is that as a gear junkie, it is quite easy to leave the $$$$ behind.here.

Staff is very friendly always willing to help out the second you walk in the door and will ask through out the time while you are in there if everything is ok or if you need more information on a product. Highly recommend this place and always going back in the future.Today while I was in there I picked up the AMP24 bag. Hopefully it last justvshot long ad my previous rush bag did. And picked up some add ins to the bag as well.Customer service was kind enough to even give me a small discount after the fact of just going to pay the regular price, so another big thank you for that.All around great store and check them out !

Ok first of all if you want some of the higher end 511 tac gear ask them to order it for you due to issues with another local retailer.Second, excellent service every time I go there. The staff are friendly and informative and know the products they sell. And if they dont have it they can get it for you.Third, yes some of 511 is fairly expensive but it is well worth it. Having spent time in EMS and Police I can say that the 511 items hold up just as good and sometimes even better than other more expensive brands.Managed a few good deals during blk friday, and went back for boots this week. Ps. check out the Benchmade knives!!

The Philipino lady that works was very rude. She was more concerned about her folding clothes rather than helping us. She told the male employee that the section of 5.11 pants had to be redone and right at us. We only looked in one area but all the sizes were not in order. The cashier was nice. I will probably not shop there again.
