Best selection I’ve seen since I moved to Virginia. Boots, hats, belts, jewelry/buckles and more my kinda place. Just got my sons first pair here

Absolutely awesome! Hayden helped me find everything I needed for my new boots. My wife even found a concealed carry purse she fell in love with! If you need boots this is the place to go. Wall-to-wall leather.

I love this store. The selection is lacking sometimes but everything can be ordered and the staff is wonderful.

Great Service. And huge selection of boots. My only gripe was that for women they have a huge selection of size 9, but every other size doesn’t even have half of the amount. I didn’t get my first choice of boots due to the size issues but I’m satisfied with my gorgeous boots.

Love this place. Im glad they brought one to Virginia Beach. All the popular brands in one location. And they have tons of different boots and styles to choose from. And my little secret, but they have the best prices on jackets. Work clothes, casual, and the finest country dress attire.

I love this store. I actually work at a different store similar and refer people to yalls store all the time. I came in last night probably around 7ish to get some jeans. There was a nice young gentleman working Colby I believe. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. There was also a tall blonde working and every time I asked her a question she had an attitude and was not very nice to other customers in the store as well. I was very disappointed in being treated the way I was an a few other people as well. If it wasnt for Colby I would have never bought a few pairs of jeans.

If youre into country western fashion and life style, this is the place to be. They have a lot of good brands such as Justin, Missme, Shyanne, Wrangler, etc. Good place to come for boots obviously. Nice selection, good service and will come back again.

The manager gave me the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a retail store!They knew we had a return and she went to the back of the store to talk to the UPS delivery driver for over 15 minutes The other sales clerk at the register was unable to do returns,This is not the first time last time I was in the store the same manager reprimanded employee at the cash register in front of other people!

I was surprised to see womens clothes and accessories. The items do seem to be a bit crowded though. A little hard to look at everything I was interested in.The man who cashed us out was friendly and helped me with my account questions, thank you sir.

Always love Boot Barn. I was slightly disappointed they didnt have a lot of Ariat boots for women in size 8.5 but still fun to go look!

GREAT to have Boot Barn come to VA (VA Beach, Roanoke and soon two more in Richmond and a third store will open in Northern VA).Great location in VA Beach, easy access & parking. Good in store selection of boots and shirts. And you can have your cowboy hat reshaped (and/or cleaned) for free.I always like shopping in-store b/c they occasionally have deals or slightly better pricing versus online. Only negative: they seem to be understaffed early in the day - when they open - but have more staff on duty later in the day. IF you think youll need some personal attention, definitely shop after Noontime.In summary: welcome to VA Boot Barn! Great location, easy access, friendly employees and a great selection of western boots & shirts! I cant wait until you open [2 stores] in Richmond (MUCH closer to me).

Went in Sunday shopping with my boyfriend for new boots for my birthday. I found a great pair of new boots and a couple shirts too. I felt at ease to browse independently and try on what I liked. The girl was nice and checked on me a couple times. She also rang us up. Like previously mentioned, no chip reader, so was giving us a hard time paying with credit card. She eventually got it to process. Cant wait to shop again.

Sunday shopping gone wrong.My Texan military vet and I were shopping for new work boots. In Texas, we always went to boot barn for both of us. Here in Virginia? Never again.No one was in sight to help. When I found the woman working she took too long to help us and we no longer wanted to spend 250+ on boots here. She then followed us around the store as if we were stealing because he wanted to buy a work hat.Its disappointing that she was so understaffed that paying customers had to be treated like thieves.

Its like boot heaven. Ima have to get me a second job so I can stock up on boots.

Great store I would have gave it five stars if it wasnt for the creepy bald guy follow me around awkwardly complaining because I was trying on shirts that he had to refold. Stop being so creepy Justin. The other young lady he was a sales associate was very polite and professional maybe Justin should look to her as an example on how to be a proper human being

Great place, friendly staff and fair prices. The only complaint I have is the fact that they stack trash (pallets and boxes) outside the building facing the main roads and leave it there for days. I think im going to start taking pics and sending it to the corporate office!

Very slow service. I had to hunt down a sales lady. Not that interested my needs.More for the drug store cowboys. Great looking stuff. Sales staff suck.

The staff was great. Manager and sales both were great. The problem was the credit terminal or p.o.s. didnt have the chip. The swipe could not have worked. It declined my Visa. There was no possible way my Visa would be declined. So after the machine tried to embarrass me I paid with my bank card. The other issue for me is selling Cody James items, as they are all made in China.
