Three Cheers for R.T. Ives! Came in for a new car 4,000 mile oil change on July 8. I was leaving immediately afterward on a road trip - five hour drive, and a Tropical Storm was coming up the coast headed our way. R.T. got me out of there and on the road in one hour! I made it to my destination just in time before the storm hit. Thank you R.T.!

I had to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a computer update. I decided to stay and wait for the service to get done. Was told it would take about an hour and a half.
