We were looking for a Mercedes GLK for a long time. We went around a lot of dealerships and no luck. Thankfully United Motorsports had its cars posted on Facebook and I saw the one glk they had. Very good customer service. They had the car running when I got there(I called ahead coming from out of town). Car was clean and in good shape. Horrible place to do business they buy cars at auctions for pennys and sell them with inspection stickers that are paid for . Not correctly fixed . Cars are half apart in the parking lot airbags out . The owner and the salesman have absolutely 0 class . Pay for the auction yourself and fix the car yourself . Don’t do shady used car dealerships

If I could give zero Stars I would. Bought a car from them Sunday took it home detailed it to the max waxed it bought floor mats filled the gas tank and was happy with the car. But the following day the owner calls me and tells me theres some mix up with the title and the vehicle shouldnt have been sold. Told me I had to return it. I was very angry to say the least but he didnt seem to care just told me to bring the car back and get my money. Said sorry for the inconvenience this type of thing happens sometimes 😂 what a joke. Never ever go here

Went in to look at a used Subaru. Was priced well. Went back and forth on the contract for 3 hours negotiating how to handle our trade in. Spent most the time with the salesman on the phone trying to explain over and over to his boss what the deal was going to be. After sitting for an hour listening to one half of a phone conversation in French, we decided to leave. To the salesmans credit, he was very nice and personable. His boss and inability to let the salesman make a deal lost our business. Maybe try a weekday when someone who can make a decision is there.Edit: We informed the salesman what we owed on the car and would make up the difference in the trade in offer. Also, the original reply to this review done by Sydney was much more pleasant.

This is a place you want to go. Every person I met was exceptional. The owner Adil was very fair, I enjoyed the back and forth negotiation. Syd was a great salesman to deal wityh, very accomidating. My fist contact was with Bill, a very nice man. As you can imagine, I drove away in my new ( used ) car and am very happy.

Went to United Motorsports looking for a vehical that was reliable and what i was looking for and found a dodge charger that i really liked. We bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey in February of this year. I had been looking for about 2 months and United Motorsports by far had the best communication and service of all the used car lots I visited, and I visited a lot. The cars were clean and detailed and prices were fair. They worked quickly and made me feel like they actually cared about the car I got. They did the work to find me multiple options when the first one didn’t have everything I wanted, so many others lots put in zero effort. I was very impressed! I also had a tire sensor come on two weeks after purchase and without hesitation they told me to bring it back and they would fix it! Wow! Excellent service for a used car lot!! Excellent customer service!! They went above and beyond to help me with the vehicle I wanted. Quick at responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails. Faxed over the buyers report asap for when I needed it at the DMV. Super thankful for that!! Especially with being quarantined and trying to get an appointment at the DMV. They kept their word on replacing the brakes for us.Their prices are reasonable, which we all as buyers look for. They made it clear if any maintenance was needed they would take a look for us. I would recommend this place to anyone searching to purchase a used vehicle. They are extremely helpful and very caring about the buyers satisfaction.

It can be challenging finding a clean & honest dealership selling quality used cars in the 5k to 10k price range. We visited many places and looked at many vehicles, but this was the only place that had quality vehicles in a professional, honest, friendly environment. After looking at many vehicles that looked great online but were far from it in person, we were pleasantly surprised that the vehicles were accurately described and pictured. Stellar communication, no pressure sales/service. Great value. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2013 Dogdge Dart. Once we decided to move forward with the vehicle, the process was the easiest and quickest one we have ever had and we have purchased many vehicles for our large family. If we are in the market for a vehicle in this price range, we will definitely be repeat customers.

Thank you both for such an awesome process and my new to me SUV!!5/26/2020 Review Update:Well I was so excited about my vehicle purchase but not even 7 days later that all came crashing down. I took it to the local Ford Dealership to check a noise in the front end. Found out the steering rack, 1 inner tiered end & 1 outer tie rod end were bad. Yep, I now have a mechanical repair of well over $2000.00. Made contact w/United Motor Sports. They seemed helpful at first but when I reached out to them to see what they were willing to work out with me, they became phantoms. Ive called, emailed and texted without any response. I now have a car payment and a huge repair bill that I have to deal with. It wouldnt have bothered me as much if I knew about it before hand, that way I could choose whether or not I wanted to invest in something like this and to top it all off, it had a valid State Inspection sticker on it that was only days old. I am so upset right now. Oh, did I forget to mention, I cant drive it because now my 30 day tags have expired and I still havent received my paperwork for my tags. LUCKY ME!! 😡

Worst experience EVER! If you are not local stay away from this place!!!! Drove three hours to purchase a listed vehicle and it was not as described; their pictures were very deceiving and misleading. However prior to making the drive there my husband and I requested additional photos and was informed the car was in perfect condition and that they did not have the capabilities of taking more photos. Upon arrival, they did not even have a car sales rep available only the secretary who was extremely ready to go home. She called her manager up to discuss the misleading photos and price and he refused to talk. During my visit there I proceeded to look through other vehicles that were unlocked and all of the vehicles were very unclean with missing parts! If you are not local do NOT waste your time with this dealership!!! We even paid a mechanic to go check out the car prior to us making the drive so the manager would know that we were very interested in the vehicle. Being that we were coming out of town to look at this vehicle you would assume the company would at least get the car cleaned prior to our viewing. The car was very nasty and wreaked of old mildew. What a waste of my husband and I day! However we made it better and took a visit to the beach.

I’m a first time car buyer and have nothing but great things to say about United. Truly a great experience. I went to several other dealerships and i can’t say i had the same experience. I was out driving out of the lot in my Subaru in 30 mins. If your looking for a great used vehicle and a great hassle free experience look no further than United!

I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX on 6/6/20. After test driving the vehicle and voicing some concerns, I was given a written guarantee for a tune up and front brakes to be completed within a week of purchase. He gave me a 3-month warranty to cover the engine and transmission. He also stated that if the car had any issues, he had a mechanic on staff and I could bring it in to have it worked on. I took the car to the Cadillac dealership to get an oil change and to have the Cue system checked out because the radio screen was not working two days after purchasing the car. I was quoted $1000 to have that repaired. I called Adil and he told me to bring the car in and he would take care of it. When I came to the dealership he was not there after he told me to stop by. I spoke to another gentleman and was told he would pass along the message and give me a call back. I never received a call back. The car continued to have issues with accelerating, shifting, and the RPM would raise between 4-5000 while driving 25 miles per hour. I would have to pull over, cut the car off, and then start it over again. I took it into a dealership and had a tune up performed thinking perhaps a misfire was the problem. The car continued to have the same issue after replacing the spark plugs and coil packs. It has been parked for 10 days prior to this review. It was towed back to the Cadillac dealership and I requested a full diagnostic on the car. The findings total $3776.67 to include: a new cue system $1000; the key fob needs to be replaced $336.00; a new battery $300; and the trans control module control valve solenoid assembly needs to be replaced $1837.50. I wrote United Motorsports a check for $9556.11 for a vehicle that has had issues since the moment it left the lot and Adil will not return any calls, emails, texts after telling me to deal with it and it wasnt his problem. I wouldnt recommend buying a car from here. They have no integrity and/or follow through.

We called ahead to look at a car and when we arrived it was prepped and ready. Enjoyable, no-pressure sales. Within an hour we test-drove, purchased and drove the car off the lot.

I don’t know where to start, I’ve never been more disrespected from anybody in my life. went looking for a specific vehicle, test drive it, unfortunately it was broken is many ways. Cool, great, fine, move on. I got out, explained to the man what happened and why I wasn’t interested. The 4x4 was stuck, the sunroof was stuck, the rear window was stuck, the dash was screwedand cracked everywhere. it was filthy to say the least. He got an attitude and basically said that I broke it, “do you even know how to drive a 4x4 vehicle.” Yes I do actually, yours is broken. walked back inside to get the copy of my ID. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. explained to the owner what happen, we proceeded in the huge altercation. Cussing and yelling at me, standing up acting like he was going to come at my boyfriend. This place is trash, the people are TRASH ! do not trust your investment with these people. There are plenty of other dealers to get a nice car from. slimy people!

Got a car from this guy it had a air bag light on in the dash and he said he would fix it. Now a year later he has yet to fix or send me the part to get it fixed. He is not a man of his word, anything for a sell i guess. His lack of a response and detail showed me what this dealership was all about. I would not refer this lot to my worst enemy.

They had a lot of very nice BMWs, Mercedes and others on the lot that were in similar condition to my Jaguar. I got the Jaguar because the wife always wanted one, its a purchase I do not regret!They gave me a square deal on a nice car. The vehicle you purchase is absolutely as is even if it has not been washed for what looks like weeks and has very minor repairable flaws. Recently purchased a car, it had been in an accident that wasnt reported, it had tires that would not pass inspection and several other problems. The owner agreed to fix most everything but in the end did not and refused to reimburse me for the money I had to put into repairs and threatened to not give me back the deposit. His customer service skills were horrible, he did not communicate well. I would not recommend anyone do business with them. Even his own mechanic told me how poorly he was handling the situation. There are much better places to go to buy a car then here.
