This review is long over due. Back in 2017 I moved home for 6 months after completing my masters and realized I actually fell in love with Brownsville, TX and wanted to move back. I let them know my budget (which was pretty much nothing) and what I was looking for in a reliable SUV. They worked with me to find a car to match exactly what I wanted in my little bit of savings I had left from working two jobs while attending college. It is now 2021. The 2005 MDX that had 164,000 on it lasted me till last month without one problem. It has been my favorite car and I am very grateful for their customer service and providing me with such a reliable car.

THE BEST!!!They did everything they could to get me in my new car. They were polite, funny, and very professional. They took everything in account when trying to get me approved. I wasnt my credit score, but a person. Will defiantly come back.

It took them over a year to get a part in per contract for a quick 5 minute fix.

They had a car I wanted and by the next day I was able to pick it up and drive home. It really was a quick painless process with these guys considering the technical difficulties, which was totally out of their control, but I enjoyed my time there and am very happy with the car and experience!

Christine and James were both blessings to me on Friday. When I thought I was down and out they came through with the car I wanted. They didn’t pressure me in any other car, I told James which car I wanted and he even drove the car to my house and let me test drive all the way to the dealership. They also trusted me to take the car to Navy Federal to pick up my cash down amount before signing the contracts. I highly recommend this team!

After being hesitant to go an get into payments for a vehicle I decided to search for the car I wanted and I ended up finding it at the Boulevard Car Lot. The car was even more than I expected and so I ended up getting it. There was a tiny noise that I noticed when driving the vehicle but the guys theyre made sure they found it and even let me use a loaner vehicle while they looked for what the problem was. They were so persistent and would not stop until they found that noise and made sure I was satisfied with it. This experience was great and Id go back again and recommend that anyone who is looking for a vehicle go check out this car lot. Mike (salesman) walked me hand in hand through the entire process and so did Trish. Oh and by the way they have some HOT cars on the lot at better than reasonable prices. Earlier this month my twenty year old mercury w/290k miles it had enough and died. I had no savings my brother gave me 500 somehow i got the BOULEVARD car lot on my phone i called and poured my life story out to christine to say the least one week later i was driving a 2007 Chevrolet uplander home chtistine, Mike and brandon treated me as if i had paid cash for a 2020 dodge hellkat i have never been treated with such careing peoplebefore. To be honest they get NO stars from me how they gonna say I was approved, took my money, had me sign paper work, gave me the keys to the car and a week later called me to tell me that the bank denied me cause I didnt have a bank account. They should have known this before they told me I was approved. The WORST service ever. They unprofessional as hell. I would NOT recommend NObody to these people. They are FRAUD and SCAMMERS!!!

Worst place ever! Bought a car from these people. And Brandon called me and said they left their bag in the car. I didn’t have it and they came for me. They called me 4 days later and said the bank didn’t approve me and they had to make my payment more than $100 extra!! When I said I can’t do that, I’ll just take my money back, they said no! Rude and unorganized. They told me different stories and it’s a shame because I liked my car! But they over charged and harassed me for 2 weeks! I have to take gem to court now!

Good cars at a fair price...Very patient with no pressure to buy...To the ones with the bad reviews, you are buying a used vehicle and you must do YOUR part...have it looked at by a mechanic, look at the car fax or anything else you can do to dig into the history a little deeper of the vehicle your thinking about purchasing.

NEVER purchase a vehicle from this place! They will bait you in by making you believe that theyre going to assist you with purchasing a vehicle. But all they really do is just waste your time by saying the bank doesnt approve, then they will blatantly lie to you about returning your money!! They have told me on multiple occasions that I would receive my refund in the mail within 5-10 days and its been over a month now!!! These people are the WORST especially the secretary and owner!!!!

Filing lawsuit as we speak brought vehicle from them 2years ago and they told me i couldnt finance vehicle without warranty. Needless to say 15days after purchase i needed repair and guess what i had no warranty but i had to come out pocket 2500 then another 1000 took dealership 2years to pay finance company the money back for warranty but i need my 2500 + back

After finally finding a working website for this dealership to view inventory, I tried to sbmit an online application that was returned stating mailer info invalid. Noone responds to messages or texts either.

I wouldnt waste my energy with this place a person i know got a car from here and the check engine light was on and airbag light and abs as well as others he supposedly fixed it but they all came back on as soon as the next day it kinda reminds me of the song every light in the house is on exp every light on the dash is on and also the car has transmission problems he said take it somewhere and my friends did and he didnt wanna look at the estimate the people gave him the car mysterious passed inspection with emissions leak witch means someone passed it and shouldnt have with the dash lights aswell as emissions alone but from all the comments i see he dont believe in the customer is always right because he seems to have a answer for everything but yet i dont see any reviews on how well he fixed the problem witch would explain a poor 2 and a half out of 5 star reviews so maybe he will get the hint in business ethics by reading this and run his business more professional
