We recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Enterprise in Virginia Beach on May 29, 2021. We went online enterprise and picked out the car we wanted then contacted Enterprise paid our transfer fee and the car was delivered to Enterprise from West Virginia in about 2 weeks. Our sales person contacted us to get our financing finish signing papers and the car was ours. Our sales person was so friendly and knowledgeable she helped us through the entire process and kept us informed on what was happening. We live an hour from the closest Enterprise sales place and did not want to drive 2 cars so we asked if they could deliver the car to their Enterprise rental place that was near us and they were agreeable to that. The next day they called when the driver left to deliver the car and we went identified ourselves and got our car. This is my third car from Enterprise each time was amazing and a very pleasant experience.

I bought a car from Enterprise(San Antonio, Texas) 13 years ago and it is STILL running. When a car I bought elsewhere less than two years ago decided to die I am SO glad that I remembered and found an Enterprise close to where I am now. I am even MORE thankful for my experience with Jovan. From the very first phone call to the moment he handed me my keys. Felt like he was like a friend helping me out. We laughed and had great conversation throughout the process via email and in person. The quick correspondence made the time I spent in house very efficient. I rented a car from Enterprise because my truck was totaled in an accident and Meredith at Enterprise rental told me to check out the dealership down the street because they carried only the cream of the crop. I didnt even know Enterprise had a dealership, but I decided to do so!This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I have to admit, I thought it was going to be a nightmare because of most experiences Ive had in the past when it comes to things like this (Murphys Law follows me everywhere). However, to my surprise it was a great experience with absolutely no hassles at all. All the employees were beyond professional including my dealer, John, who was incredibly nice, professional, and best of all, he wasnt at all pushy or aggressive in selling me something. I told him I had my heart set on an SUV but they didnt have one in my price range, but he did politely suggest that I was welcome to look at some cars that they did have in my price range for the heck of it. I said sure why not. I ended up finding and buying a very nice 2015 Nissan Versa for a very fair price with low miles, that drives well, gets great gas mileage, and has good ratings.I was very pleased with the price of my new car, the professionalism of the sales team at the dealership, and to top it off they filled up my gas tank! Couldnt have been a better buying experience. Oh, and I love the gong, its a great idea, and anyone reading this who goes there will see what Im talking about. Ive had a terrible experience with Enterprise. First I had problems with the car engine and had to have repairs done within a month after purchase. I purchased the car in January of 2021 and still have not received permeant license plates, I keep getting conflicting reasons why the paper work has not been sent to DMV. Please do not purchase a car from Enterprise you will be sorry.

The office is clean and has an open floor plan that allows the customer to breathe. The sales team emphasizes that they work as a team and they were not knocking each other over to get to me when I entered the lot which was awesome! Id previously worked with JoJo who wasnt in so after a couple of days, I went ahead and made the purchase. Irvin was GREAT! He understood that I did not want to be in the dealership for hours and he made sure the process was as painless as possible. I told JoJo Id be back and I would definitely return again. I strongly recommend this dealership!I just bought my 2019 Tuscon from these folks. Enterprise services and backs their products with 12 months of roadside service and a 12 month warranty. The balance of the factory warranty also transfers! Seriously good deal. I paid more than $2000 less than Kelly Blue book. The Manager and the young man that helped me just as the dealership was closing were exceptional. I believe his name was Brice? Ask Brice for the sales man who helped me. I cant recall the name (Im terrible with names) but hes the kind of young man you want to deal with! There was no pressure. Once they showed me add on options, which I declined they smiled and moved on. I walked in and left with my new Hyundai in 40 minutes with the exact term I asked for! Im 51 and of the many, many cars Ive bought in my life this was the most pleasant. Thanks guys!

Its a nice place and the vehicles are in good shape. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because there was a lot of false hope given and it seemed as though the paperwork was always needing to be corrected. I say false hope because we went in with an approval from a local bank only to go and find out they would not finance that particular vehicle. The salesman kept telling me to put the car on the insurance and that it was ready for us to pick up and all that, but I am old enough to know not to count chickens before they hatch. If someone went in not knowing that, it would have been a problem for them thinking they were good to go, taking their current vehicle off the insurance, and clearing out their stuff. It just kind of felt a little pushy.

Start and end your search for another car here! No hassle, no overbearing sales reps, and no misleading managers. I didnt have to step one foot in a bank or a DMV. Excellent customer service. See Tina, she is about her business.

At first staff was great and very welcoming, but when I no longer wanted the warranty that they offered I became a another person who just bought a car. My advice if the vehicle you are buying is under factory warranty do not bother with enterprise warranties you will get better through factories extended warranty programs. As well enterprise claimed they changed oil and conducted all service required, not true. One week after buying my truck took to dealer had them do service if needed and yes it was needed so take what you will from that. To be honest I had my nw truck looked over by dealer before my 7 day period ended and truck was like just off show room floor. However do not trust what the people at enterprise tell you. They are trying to sell a car or truck under stand that. Do your work. I did save money but had to pay for service they said they did? As well if u need a second key, the fact that they have some one in a van come and make it shady at best. They should pay for your second key from the dealer. I got lucky but when u pay 50,000 for a new car or truck u expect more. I would not send my friends to enterprise due to way to many things going wrong.

The service I received from this location exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I bought a used vehicle so I was a bit anxious. William Coleman which was my sales man right off the back I felt connected to. He wasn’t pushy at all. William was great. After picking up a rental car and expressing interest in purchasing a new vehicle, I received a call from Enterprise Car Sales in Virginia Beach. We went through normal meet-and-greet where a budget was established and a few cars were test drove. I found one I liked and finished up the paperwork, turned in the rental car just in time, and drove away. I wish the accident never happened but I was able to get into a new vehicle without too many interruptions to commitments.

We loved the no pressure/no haggle up front pricing. Eric Emerson was great and answered ALL our questions on all the vehicles we looked at. The found great finance rates for us too. Our total time from driving onto property to leaving with a new vehicle only was 3 hours! That included test drives of quite a few vehicles too. I would highly recommend giving them a shot before you buy any were else.

Also, as they did not have the exact car I wanted on site, it had to be shipped from another state and I was told it might take up to 10 days to get it. Thanks to Gregg, I got it in less than a week. The Enterprise Rep who sold me the car was helpful in every way. Gregg Burton was a good listener - wanted to know exactly what criteria I had in mind and helped me locate a car that would meet those expectations. So far, I am very pleased with my 2016 Hyundai Accent. My only disappointment has to do with the design of the car...I think the car is sleek and attractive; however, in creating that design, they compromised on rear vision capabilities...a safety feature that should be considered more important than design.

I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MK S and feel like I purchased a gorgeous vehicle at a great price. When I buy my next car I will definitely check out Enterprise in Norfolk again.

Got a phone call telling me I was approved with at 1,400 deposit with my trade in .I ended up telling them my car payoff amount wrong by mistake . They then said my deposit was 2,000 . I came up with the 2,000 and then told my application was denied for a different reason . Had to keep calling the dealership to get updates . I am very upset about this situation, especially after I got excited for a new car . These people are not transparent and have poor communications. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They have decent prices and availability on a variety of vehicle types. I just wish that they put their spoken policies in writing to help satisfy the buyers confidence. Thats the only reason they arent getting 5 stars. In fact, i rate them at 4.5. Great customer service as well. William Coleman is a true asset to Enterprise sales.
