Their work is outstanding and would highly recommend them for repairs. My entire experience with the dealership from buying, servicing, and repair has been positive and beyond reproach. I am a devoted Lexus owner.

Great experience in and out fast

I was there for 4 hours and drove off in a vehicle I wanted and they bought my car from me. Im not knowledgeable in leasing and all that but they made it very clear and easy for me to get my brand new tacoma. And the staff were helpful. The complimentary refreshments were nice. Overall I would recommend this place. Anywhere else feels like they are rushing you and over here is the opposite.

Overtime service at this location has gone downhill. Parts department won’t match prices with local competitors. (Because of this I always buy parts from checkered flag) Service department has lately been filled with workers who seem bothered that you’re there to give them your money. Oil changes always too long of a wait, and the parts guy is clueless about what he does. One time took him 7 minutes to figure out what oil filter I needed, he wanted my vin for an oil filter. I googled it and told him the part number faster than he could find it after I got tired of waiting...asked him how long he’d been there, he said 5 years. Called checkered flag and they told me in less than 30 seconds and always has them for cheaper (remember, Charles won’t price match.) I’ve stopped going here because they have a monopoly mentality. News flash Charles, you’re not in Kansas anymore, you have nearby competitors, and they’re blowing your service out of the water. The only reason people came here anyway was for better customer service. People are willing to pay more for better service, but the moment you degrade that quality of service, you’re useless. The lowest bidder gets my service, and that’s not Charles Barker.

Was very impressed with the service dept. I took my daughters car in for a maintenance check and an oil change. I told him my daughter was out at sea and I was bringing her car in. He said Jennifer Olson right?. I couldnt believe it not only did he recognize her car but he knew her name. Outside and inside, people were awesome. Youre all full of Awesomeness! Thank you for your service. Now I know why she only brings her car to guys.

Service department of an automotive dealership. Long wait times even with an appointment.The waiting area has one television visible to about 8 persons. There are approximately 15 seats in the waiting area with an additional 4 seat area for kids.The dealership offers water, soda and granola bars free to those waiting.The service staff is pleasant and everyone at the dealership friendly. The only problem is the excessive wait times. An appointment for a simple service (oil change, state inspection) should be an appointed time, not an arrival time.

We brought our new Limited Toyota 4 Runner to Charles Barker for a tire plug and the service technician drove it through a cinder block wall in the garage!Charles Barker smashed the front end of our pristine, less than 2 year old, 19,000 mile SUV when we brought it to them for a tire plug.Charles Barker is only offering to repair the damage. This will not put us in the same position we were in before they wrecked our 4 Runner. It will never be the same and the value will not be what it was before they wrecked it.You would think that the trust our community puts in Charles Barker with our Mercedes, Lexus, and Toyotas he would make sure this did not happen and the infrequent times it does happen he would make it right...NOT SO!!!

Chris was awesome! I came in without an appointment on a busy day with a screw in my tire. He helped me get my warranty printed out and told me where I could take my car and get it done for free so I wouldnt have to wait all day.

Do not go to the used car lot! Theyre very unprofessional, they lie to you, make you wait for ever, only to turn around and tell you goodbye.

Everytime Ive been there with my dad who owns a Solara he purchased there, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of services there and a shuttle service to take you to your desired location in the meantime. They also have a lot of great snacks, sodas and a coffee machine from the future if you decide to wait in the waiting area. I have a 09 Camry now and I bought it from out of state, but will take it there when I need to.

My visit to Charles Barker was very nice. We got down to business, I got my questions answered. Next time I will take test drives.

Very clean and service was on time. Took about a hour though for just a state inspection. Waiting room was comfortable and well stocked of free water soda and different coffees and teas.

Got this done for less than half at Big Als. Theres just no reason to continue to pay $$$$ repair for my vehicle.

My experience at the beginning was great. However, the service department is a different story. I Dropped the truck off night before for repairs scheduled in the morning. Scheduled day,Its 1pm and I havent heard any follow up. I decided to drive to the dealer and check on status and they havent touched my vehicle so, I chose to wait until it was finished at 5pm. Week or so later, I had some issue with the service. Today October 25th, I noticed my parking brake felt weak and removed the drum to inspect it and noticed by backing plate is bent like crazy and one of the two bolt for the parking brake assembly is snapped off. Awesome!!
