Such a cute and delicious local coffee shop! Very cool vibe here! The staff were very nice and they all seemed to all work well together! Very clean and tidy, the bathrooms were also very clean! I love all the plants and natural vibe here, even the music was fun. There’s also a large variety of food, coffee and smoothies to choose from! I will definitely be back again!

I would highly recommend giving this place a try! The food is delicious and the coffee is as well! I personally love their seasonal pumpkin latte pairing it with a muffin.

We found Lynnhaven Coffee house by accident about 4yrs ago…have been going regularly ever since. They have great sandwiches- the smoked chicken salad is great, or maybe try the Lenny. The coffee is good, too. We usually bring a bag home to brew in between visits. Great food, decent price, good-sized portions, good coffee…you can’t go wrong!

Very nice atmosphere. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious. They use monsoon malabar + Brazilian beans in their espresso blend. The espresso shots were full bodied and very nice. They have a variety of beans on sale including Ethiopian yirgacheffe and Bali blue moon. The baristas were very friendly. I took my partner for thr first time today while out looking for ther ideal breakfast. We found Lynn haven to be a picturesque bohemian hang out. Thier avocado toast croissant sandwich was buttery, flaky, and delicious. Fresh bacon crunched sumptuously between its split halves with each bite. The bacon was splendidly complimented by the smooth creamy texture of perfectly ripened avocado expertly applied. I give it four stars for a wonderful first time experience. Were deliberately going back next chance we get.

I LOVE this place! Just noticed the word COFFEE in the window and decided to stop. Im so glad I did. The coffee is excellent and I had a fabulous sausage egg and cheese croissant. I will totally come again!

I frequent this establishment quite often. Its one of my favorite places to get my specialty caffeine fix and its location is prime, being right close to the beach. The food is good too, with simple sandwiches having lots of flavor. The smoked chicken salad is pretty tasty, featured in the pics on a baguette.

I do not know how I have never reviewed this place! I have been coming here religiously for 3 years and it is by far my favorite coffee shop that I have ever been to. They source and roast all their own beans and they are experts at the craft! Whether you want coffee, smoked salmon, smoked brisket, smoked chicken, a tea, or a cold brew this is the best place hands down in the Tidewater area and beyond. You will not be disappointed!

I ordered the breakfast sandwich which included bacon, eggs and cheese. Nice simple place with yummy food. I enjoyed the soft music playing. I arrived around 9am and found the coffee shop to be very quiet for me and my baby. I would def recommend!!

Just ordered a Cold Brew and a Matcha late from them. The staff is really quite friendly and cheerful, the price is very reasonable and the drinks are great! Id honestly prefer them over Starbucks.

I was looking for a local coffee shop in Virginia Beach and found Lynnhaven Coffee Company on my route to/from work. Their prices are competitive with any of the big chain coffee shops.I had a Dulce de Leche Latte, which I was pleased to find had more taste of espresso than of sweet; a Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything Bagel, featuring a freshly fried egg, bacon, and melted cheese; and a banana (not much to say here, except that the banana was nicely ripe without being soft or turning brown).The service was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed myself here, as the atmosphere feels like home, and I look forward to many more visits.

Really like this place. Very homey feeling. Cool unpretentious staff, Im pretty picky about coffee having managed third wave type shops in san Francisco. I only get steamed drinks when the barista knows technique (which is a bit rare in VB). . One of the baristas has some skills here! I buy my beans for my v60 or aeropress and they have some good flavors. Better than most in the area! Believe it or not coffee is art+science so I appreciate an underpaid, skilled worker. Theres a reason they have world barista championships, definitely check them out! Oh yeah,, my girl loves the pumpkin spice latte, seems house made!

Delicious decaf espresso!

I am traveling, and visiting different coffee shops everywhere I go is a hobby of mine. If youre just looking for a good cup of coffee and a laid back atmosphere, you might enjoy this spot. The customer service was almost non existent from the short barista with the Harry Potter hat who I must have gotten on the day that they would rather be at home. I didnt get a Hello, a Welcome, is this your first time? nothing. The coffee was ok. The muffin is really what the 3 stars is for. I would recommend checking out American Brew over this spot. Personal preference.

I had a very good, strong, smooth cold brew. It was perfect. And, the Lenny(?) sandwich is a complete tasty morsel from heaven. It is a cool creation that is perfect. Try it, you will see. I bought two bags of coffee as well, but have not tried or tested them yet. Cool atmosphere. Very good staff. Super coffee. Delicious food. I will be back - often.

$3 for an americano thats huge. I dont need volume I want good taste. The decor is a bit off putting with no sense of style. The service was bad and not very friendly. Wouldnt come back.

I just ordered a vanilla latte, but it was the best vanilla latte I’ve had in a long time. I think it was the beans, because milk and sugar aren’t that different from place to place. Can’t wait to go back.(If you go, take a moment to notice the fantastic orchids. When I went, they weren’t blooming but the roots are impressive! And there was also a dog inside, which I think is awesome.)

Nice place w/ friendly staff. They had more than 1 sugar-free flavor which is a plus!!But not a place to go if you want to seat & chat while enjoying your drink.(couldve been just the day we were there)EVERYONE in there was on some device working, it was way too quiet.😬The three of us felt like we were talking too loud, so we left. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and every time I’m impressed. The have such An amazing atmosphere and the service is always perfect! The laid back vibe of the establishment and staff really makes you feel welcome. This past time I had the pleasure of having Stephen as my cashier. So friendly, educated on his coffee, made great suggestions, and served me with the biggest smile!

Lynnhaven Coffee Company was recommended by a friend who is local to the area. I happened to swing by on a Saturday when the farmers market was going on, which was also a nice experience to see local business working together. At Lynnhaven Coffee Company, my experience was excellent! Coffee was great and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely visit again.

My son and I split a couple of sandwiches and shared; the Gravlax club and the Lenny. My daughter had a Cburst and the kids had a couple of Hot Chocolates. They both couldnt stop saying things like Im sure glad we came here!, We are definitely coming here more often, Their Hot Chocolate is the best! ........I agree, great true coffee shop atmosphere that you just cant get at the National chains. The food is top notch fresh/local.

A new storefront location for a company that has been roasting their own coffee for a while now. Good price at $2 for a high quality cup of brewed coffee. I had a Guatemalan brew which had a great flavor profile. A solid stop.

My boyfriend and I stopped in there to grab a bite before we left to head home, and it was one of the worst places we had been in all of Virginia. We ordered a one and one which is very similar to a Macchiato and they were explicitly complaining while making our drinks. We also ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie with a bit of sweetener and they complained about having to make everything we ordered. The food wasn’t great and the drinks were super watery and bad. Do not recommend! I was extremely uncomfortable with there costumer service skills.
