I had gotten my iPhone screen fixed here at the end of July I believe on a Saturday. Once my phone was fixed, I had noticed a yellow tint from the phone, so I figured it was the new screen and mentioned it to the guy(can’t remember what he said). Then the next day it started to glitch and do this thing called ghosting. I wasn’t able to call the next day because it was a Sunday so I waited to call on Monday and mentioned it to the guy and he said it wouldn’t be the screen but it was most likely from fall it had taken. He mentioned I could bring it in the following day...I decided not to go in because I unfortunately did not pay the warranty on the screen so I tried to wait and see if it would go away(it did not). After 3 weeks i decided to take it to another place(cellfix) and mentioned the problem I was having. He in turn said this sometimes happens with cheaper quality screens. I decided to get it fixed and they had me in and out in 15 min. I did have to pay a little more but it was for a better quality screen (there was no more yellow tint it was white just like before the fall). And the glitching stopped. I hate leaving bad reviews but if I could go back I would rather pay more money to get better quality screen.

PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY.First time going to this place and gentlemen was respectful, but once he finished my ipad it went down south after.He mentioned to not order equipment from amazon that his distributor is better. He charged me a lot for an ipad lcd screen and labor. I took his word for it and had my wife take it in and she signed the contract. I wish I would have done my research.I went to pick up my ipad and it was working, but he told me that my frame was bent and the bottom screen will not seal. I would think for great customer service/quality work he would mention that in the beginning before he does the work and if he fixes it, then the screen might not stay down due to the frame being bent and I would have decided if I want to proceed or not.Upon picking up my ipad I was disappointed on the work that was done. I expected quality work. I was told to not press it down, but the ipad doesn’t look right while the screen is lifting and if I put a case on it, it will be press down either way. I pressed it down to keep it sealed and hoped that it would stay sealed, but the bottom screen created multiple black lines and then turned completely black. I understand that he told me not to press it down, but if he had told me that the screen was going to lift up or not in the beginning because of the frame was bent, then I would have not proceeded with this. Whichever distributor he goes through for the screen or other material has poor quality material and he mentioned that these screens are REFURBISHED. I was shocked because I thought I was getting a new screen for the price I paid and for it to be completely sealed. I should have gotten my screen from amazon and gone with someone else. His attitude changed, getting upset and I told him that I dont want to argue, that I just want to know why is it lifting and if there is anything that he can do to fix the situation. He offered me that he will do it for free cause its not fixable and I just pay for the part again. The price is to steep and I cannot rely on him. As a business owner you would think they will tell you first what is wrong and if you would like to still proceed.I made the mistake by going to this company and not knowing what I was getting my self into. Hopefully this will give everyone an idea or helps you decide on an answer before going here.

Complete scammer. Beware!!! He claims to have fixed my iPad. I got it back and now it wont charge. He claims that all of a sudden a mirco chip in it is broken. How can something break in your possession and you not deal with it. He lied repeadly to my face saying it charger when he had it but when I got it back it was not charged. It was at the same 2% as when I gave it to him. Dont be fooled guys. Spend the extra money and have Apple repair it.

-5 ⭐. Dropped off my computer and $65 deposit on Monday. They were going to get back to us on Wednesday. My wife called them on Thursday.Was told they were busy with customers and would call us back. I called them on Monday. Once again the owner was busy but would call us right back. I went to the shop right before closing just to be given my computer and $65 back. I was told that they didnt have the personal to fix the computer. I took it that same night to Economy Computer and Economy Computer text me a couple hours later that it would be ready by the morning. I highly recommend Economy Computer Repair! Great service and price.

My iPhone 6 Plus screen was completely shattered. I knew it would be expensive to replace. My friend told me about Central Valley iRepair so I went in and asked how much it would be fix. It was by far the cheapest around! They fixed my phone in a mere 30 minutes, and it looks great! I highly recommend Central Valley iRepair for any electronic that needs fixing!

I don’t typically leave negative reviews but the owner of this place is RUDE.My husband took in my iPhone X and it took appx 15 mins. Husband signed papers saying there’s no warranty and the phone was working (turned on and he could log in) when he received it. He walked outside, handed me the phone and away we went.I noticed it was glitching and it’s continued to get worse. Random buttons will trigger and the screen will not let me pull up/down drop down menus. I emailed the guy asking if there’s anything he can do to help and he told me no because we signed papers. I told him so because my phone worked for a minute in the store and my husband signed there’s NOTHING he can do?His response was 110% unprofessional and rude. If I knew how to upload the screenshot, I would.I was making sure nothing else can be done on their end before I have to buy a new phone. Would NEVER recommend anyone else to deal with this terrible customer service.

The owner is absolutely RUDE and unprofessional! I am very displeased with the work they did on my phone. We asked for the high quality screen and they gave us the lower quality one! There are spots in the screen that weren’t there before I took it in, and the screen isn’t even on properly! I am very disappointed and angry with what happened. I would NEVER recommend this place. They are shady, and took 4 hours to repair my phone when they said it would only take 1 hour.

Edit: In response to the owners generic response, it literally proves how if something doesnt go right he will do everything in his power to 100% screw you over. We took our phone to another shop that inspected closely why our LCD screen was still having issues after iRepair fixed it, and they noted that whoever tried to fix the LCD screen damaged the actual motherboard. The guy we went to even tested the screen from Central Valley iRepair in a different phone and it worked 100%. Then we tested another working screen on my iPhone and it would not work.So, no, the LCD worked fine. iRepair somehow damaged the actual chips on the inside, so we essentially had to throw the iPhone away. Prior to this, we just had a cracked screen that worked, but had cracks in it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Horrible experience, and would not honor receipt or warranty. Got an iphone screen repaired, and the understanding was that we had 14 days to make sure it worked well. It even said that on the receipt, that there was a 14 day warranty.Well sure enough the screen and touchscreen was pretty spotty after day 3, and so on the 14th day we returned to them to ask them to take a look at it again and they refused. They literally told us that we signed a liability form and that we agree that everything is fixed. However, they were not able to pull up ANY kind of form. They claimed we signed the form and kept the form, which is completely ridiculous.On top of that after showing them the receipt where it says 14 day warranty, they told us Oh, we were supposed to cross that part out.Completely crooked, ridiculous, and TERRIBLE customer service. Im sure they fix things here and there and it works fine, but when anything doesnt go as planned, they are as quick to be corrupt, crooked, and do anything to not help you and keep your money. Dont go here, its not worth it, theres other places around that are actually there for the customer.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very shady. I went in to repair ONLY my phone screen and the man removed my camera WITHOUT MY CONSENT. He asked me to go back a week later for him to replace it (that was shady). After he installed the camera my phone never turned on again. They took my money and completely broke my phone. I literally don’t have words to express how mad I am with the owner of this business. He has terrible customer service and he talks down to his customers. Trying to pass off a simple crack in my screen for a crappy repair job he did, saying that my “frame was warped”, which it wasn’t like that when I brought it in. There are a few white spots in the inside of the screen, which were not there prior to their repair job. When I brought it in again to question the repair job, we were talked down to and belittled. He said “I’m not here to baby anyone”. I do NOT recommend this place at ALL. $80 wasted!!

Josh McClain and Ae Khamsouk have saved my tail multiple times now. Ive taken my cell phone to them each time Ive broken the screen (which happens a lot) and have always been pleased. These guys are not only the cheapest in town, but they fix your equipment quickly! Ive never been without my phone for more than a couple hours and usually its fixed while I wait. They know everything when it comes to phones and will always give out free advice when I have a question about upgrades, products, etc. I wish these guys did more than cell phones/computers because I love doing business with them. Disappointed with the service that is provided here. Took in my MacBook Pro and Ae suggested the battery so he ordered it and of course I had to pay ASAP (which is understandable). He said he looked at youtube videos and nothing seemed to help my case. So he suggested buying a portable hard drive (pricey) to download my files. Not only was he not able to download the files and fix my mac but he also took forever to give me my refund even though I kept calling. I recommend Peter from PC Mobile Techs in Tulare. He was able to transfer my files for a low price.

Severely cracked screen on a Galaxy S5. Very helpful and had the phone looking like new in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I took my iphone to repair my screen because out of the blue it went blank. They replaced it with no warranty (i didnt pay attention to that, as I just wanted my phone fixed). In a couple days I had issues with my speaker, they checked it and never told me that it was the sensor that didnt work. Then not even a week after the bottom icons would not respond. I took it again and like from the beginning, they insisted how it needed a liquid cleaning ( would cost another $80). I went for a second and third opinion, they replaced the screen (30 day warranty)at a different place (Cellairis) and was able to clean the white stuff inside at no additional cost ( felt bad for me that this place didnt take care of me and also wasnt that complicated, took the whole phone off as he wanted to make sure he cleaned everything ). They told me that the issue was the sensor, thats the reason the speaker was not working. Cellairis at the Visalia mall took very good care of me, not wanting to just cash in (and with the peace of mind of a 30 day warranty). Called Central Valley Repair to see if they would be kind enough to give me a refund ( as I would give them back the screen they put on) and instead got a earful of how I knew that the issue was the white stuff and that I am ignoring it. Definitely not what I was expecting. He continued to refer me to the great reviews they have had, made me seem like I was dumb and I didnt know what I was talking about. Going back and forth with someone on the phone is not what I expected. I know I am just another customer ( and they took the money from me ) and could care less of my review. The only hope I have is that they dont do the same to others.

5 out of 5 stars. I was in need of an lcd replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and wasnt sure where to go. I walked in and was greeted by Ae whos very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and then gave me a very good price for replacing it including the labor. He also explained how he had to order the part and Id wait until it arrived and then it would be fixed. Luckily for me, they had an extra lcd and said he could replace it faster now. They kept their promise and when I arrived at the end of the day on Monday it was fixed. I would go here again to get another phone fixed and Id recommend this store to anyone who needs a phone fixed at a reasonable price.
