We had an amazing experience the ladies that helped us get our son his new Iphone went above and beyond to help us out. They were so patient with us and treated us so well. We appreciated the outstanding job that they did. Ladies thank you for going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back for all of our Cell phone needs.

Was there at 6:52 and the lady locked the door and giggled then proceeded to get on her cell phone when I called they said they have to count the register by 7 but she wasn’t counting the register she was texting and on a call on her personal phone .

We were told one price for the phone and ended up paying so much more. I was told my case was free...NOT! When I called to inquire about all of the fees I was told they were explained to us. No they werent. We were told they were upgrade fees, teaxes, etcIf you go to this location, buyer beware.

I went in on a Sunday sign on door said be back in 30 mins. I went down the street to go to another cricket location only to find it had closed up. Went back to this store and went in. I was acknowledged right away and told there was one person in front of me and she was working the store alone. Her name was Julie and she was on top of things. Great attitude multitasking and never showing any sign of frustration when other customers continued showing up. She was so cool so polite and did a fantastic job. A+ 5 stars
