Terrible service! Dropped off my phone which was mentioned it would be done at a certain time. After 6 hours it was still not ready because there wifi was slow there business revolves around fixing tech you would think they would be equipped with fast speed wifi OR at least being honest that they couldnt fix my device in the time lot mentioned. Also, the Tech was smoking weed in the back, not professional!!!

Guy was great friendly knowledgeable and had my phone repaired in 15 minutes! So happy

Dropped off my Iphone 7 plus because the mic/speaker wouldnt work right. I couldnt use speaker phone either. Iguys told me they could fix it within a couple weeks as it was a common motherboard issue with these phones and it wasnt an easy repair. Fair enough. I wait about a week and hadnt heard anything. Called to ask for a status update and all they could say was it wasnt ready. Another week goes by and same story. I decided to go back to pickup my device, and the place smells like smoke/weed. On top of that, they say I cant pickup my device because they need to put it back together. I asked if I could wait for them to do that and they said it would take a coupke days to do that!??! I cant for the life of me figure out why. A couple days go by, I can finally pickup my phone. After a bit of research and calling around I discovered that I GUYS DOES NOT DO THEIR MOTHERBOARD REPAIRS IN HOUSE. I couldnt get my phone back the previous day because THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. They had sent my device to another local shop to have it fixed BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW. Im glad I DID NOT gety device fixed because they would have probably charged me more than the shop they sent my device to. CUSTOMERS BEWARE THEY DONT DO EVERY REPAIR IN HOUSE

Took over a month to repair an iPad, would tell me it would be ready in a few days, would come back to pick up and something iPad not ready.

Very unprofessional place their sign says they open at 10 but they don’t show up till like 11 also very sketchy they only accept Apple Pay towards an account. How do I even know the person behind the counter isn’t just a random standing there? My man went to have our sons iPad fixed and after showing up 3 hrs later it still wasn’t fixed good price but your better off going to the mall

I went here years ago to get my phone battery replaced. Not only did the new one not hold a charge, they also skimmed my credit card and bought $5,000 worth of Nikes online and unfortunately got away with it.Id confess my confusion on how this place is even still open given their poor reviews, but I think the answer would be you and your breached bank account keeps their doors open..I cannot express this enough, give these people NO business and if you most absolutely HAVE to, please pay with cash.

If I can give this place a zero star rating I could. Since day one going here. First time I broke my screen they replaced it but it was glitching out so they replaced it again. It was okay after that but the screen would freeze and only the home button would work so I let it go tell I broke the screen a second time and went back to em to get it replaced again they replaced it but one part of my screen didn’t work went to em again they replaced it but the screen would freeze they replaced it again and it was okay but once again one part of the screen didn’t work so again I went back but all they said was they are going to but the OLD CRACKED SCREEN BACK on and give me my money back. Worst place to get your screen replaced!!! Cheap products and messed up screens! I suggest not to come unless you wanna come back 5x a week cause of a faulty screen.

My husband and I paid $340 for them to replace his shattered screen. They said it was going to take one day to fix, it was almost a week until we got it back. Went in twice to get it when they said it was going to be ready and it wasnt ready. His phone now has a black spot on the edge of the screen and has no service most of the time, which it never did before. And they said they cant do anything about it! Waste of time and money!

Wow. If I could give this place a 1 star I would. It’s the only place I knew of in Visalia for tech repairs that’s the reason I’ve been there more than once.1st time I went, iPad screen that was repaired functions, but there’s black and blue shades on the corners of it.The 2nd time I went I took a laptop to be repaired and he told me to come back 4 days later. I came back and he said he “Inspected” it hit the guy that does repairs is not there so nothing was done to fix my computer. I could’ve taken it somewhere else if he would’ve told me that initially. I needed it soon and he made me waste time with the computer sitting at his desk. VERY unprofessional. 1/10 would not recommend.

The guy told me he can fix my phone in 30 minutes if I brought it in right then which I did and when I got there he said it would be 45 minutes. I driven across town on my lunch break and the extra 15 minutes couldn’t afford me. I wish he would’ve just been honest on the phone

IGuys is the place to be! Let me tell you if you ever need your phone fixed it doesn’t matter if it’s the screen the LCD or the battery they will take care of you. They have been helping me with all my phones and there service is great. I would really recommend this place to anyone that needs there phone fixed and repaired. It’s done in a timely manner to. I dropped off my phone run some errands and it’s done. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Its now the Dollar Tree. Not sure who to contact to get the title of the company changed.Perfect place to go for party supplies. Gift bags and tissue paper. If you are doing little gift bags for children they have a great selection of things to put in the bags. Plus at a dollar it helps save on cost. If you have a pinata to fill they have a big selection of candy to put inside of it.😄

Very poor job, I went in for a screen replacement and now my screen is glitching it doesn’t make any sense like it shouldn’t be doing this at all it wasn’t doing this before I took it in. I don’t know how they are still open honestly with such cheap equipment an poor jobs. On the phone he said it would take 45min. I take it in and guess how long it took them? 2hrs and 20min. Please don’t go here and if anybody knows of other legitement places for iPhone repairs please contact me and let me know. Thank you.

Well i have been there and the service and staff are good just they are supposed to be open on saturday till 5:00 pm but when I went there around 2:00 they were close

Smells like a weed farm (no hate) but they get the job done even though they arent using authentic Apple screens. But I did enjoy the speedy service when waiting for them to fix my screen.

They fixed my phone screen about a week ago. They were polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I called every place in town that fixes galaxy s8 screens and they were cheaper by about $10-25 plus had the best reviews. Good job IGuys!

Was in the store on Thursday. Showed tech my daughters phone. And said 50 told tech I will be back in a few days to fix daughters phone guy today said it’s now 60 I asked what the jump in price he laughs said I don’t know where I got my info from and became rude. I tried to explain I was in store earlier this week but it feel ok dead ears. Very rude customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here or his other shop on Mooney.

I do no recommend iGuys, the reason is they purposely give their customers worn out screens if your phone was shattered before only to have you come back and have it repaired again. Not to mention the time I got my phone fixed they gave my phone screen back shattered and said it had been perfectly normal because my screen was getting old apparently.

These guys are garbage and also pot heads. My wife went in and it had a weed smell. I went to get her phone because they couldn’t fix it basically said phone was trash. Took it somewhere else and it was fixed easy as a screen replacement. Phone was missing screws and they put some type of glue to hold the screen together smh these guys are a joke. Garbage for sure

Ive been here twice, due to my broken phone screen and they fixed it fast (under about 30 min) and it was at a great price too. My phone screen broke really bad, to the point where it wasnt working and they fixed it! I seriously love going here, I have never had any problems with them at all and I hope I never will.

These Fat Boys are modern day scammers, took my iphone in to have the charging port replaced. The next day my phone has restrictions and is being operated by a third party.

I went there to have the back replaced on my phone. Was told part was not in stock could have by 1 pm. I sais orser it and Ill be in in the morning. Morning came, the person opening was 10 mins late . Was told that my color back was not available till 1 pm today. I said that the color does not matter get itAt 1 no part was told i left without telling jim I wanted the part. Poor customer service. Went to the mall and had canged part in stock 20 mins. Done.

First off the place smells like marijuana bad! I wanted a battery replaced in a phone. The battery wasnt in stock so they had to order it. I paid for the battery right then and they said they would call as soon as it was in. I called once a week for 3 weeks and the phone was never answered. Went down and finally got it replaced. I will never go there again!

Very BAD if I could Id give ZERO stars. Took iPhone 5 in to replace screen and top button, when I got it back both were fixed and they told me the replaced the battery (I thought they were being nice bc they were 2 days behind schedule), only to come home and find out the phone doesnt charge!!!! They took my phone completely apart, replaced memory, i lost all my prictures, and it feels so much lighter like parts are missing! 😡 The IGuys are total idiots that dont have a clue about how to fix iPhones! Spend your money wisely and go to Apple Store! I wish I would read reviews prior to going there.!

My phone was not charging. They told me that it would be a costly fix. I asked if a wireless charger would work and they said come down and use ours to see if it works(at no cost). It worked and the wireless charger they sold me was only 15 dollars. Fast and friendly!
