The entire staff here at this location is absolutely helpful in every way. I was assisted by Alyssa who went above and beyond any expectations I had. Alyssa took the time to go over everything with me and what to expect from my new Verizon wireless service. I never felt pressured to buy anything, however I was informed of all my options available. The store manager Robbie assisted me on my next visit to purchase a second item, he was very professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile by putting my new phone case together.I high recommend this authorized Verizon location, 5 stars of approval!

Alyssa is the best representative! I went there to ask her about how I can upgrade my phone after switching to Verizon from T-Mobile. The other store on the other side of town was not that professional enough & very confusing! When I walked out of the store other side of town (Mooney BLVD), the guy there ended up giving me the wrong plan to start off with. Alyssa knew exactly what she was doing & was more understanding in telling me what to do. If you go to this Verizon store, I recommend to set up an appointment with her! :)

Bad customer service Never go their if you value your money. When you pay off a phone in full they still charge you the phone again for next month. And I was they’re for a Question about my bill and I told them why they are Charging me twice she Ignored me and went to another customer. Never come to This place if you value your time and money!. Whoever you go to, Do not go to Nick, he is the rude and unprofessional rep who just want to sell things to you, and he doesn’t care about the customer. He was vey impolite and accusing me of yelling at him, but he was was the one talking to me like a nasty person. That shop is the worst verizon store. Even the manager doesn’t bother to reach and resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service. I went in to the store to check out phones for an upgrade. They were more than happy to help and very nice when they thought it was going to be an instore purchase. But when I informed them that I would be purchasing online and picking up in store due to better offers and deals, their entire demeanor changed and just wanted to hurry me up and get me out of the store. And to top it off I had to wait 1 hour after they had already told me that my phone was ready to pick up. Usually when you do the entire work of all the paper work online and purchase everything your self is because you dont want to waste your time. If I would have known I was going to have to wait an hour in the store after they had informed me that it was ready, I would have just shipped to home. This is what gives customer service a bad reputation. I am definitely never coming back to this retail store again. Horrible service just because they did not get the sale themselves.

Most horrible experience in buying a cell phone. Was told I would have to do a bundle deal in order to buy a phone. In a hurry I wasnt thinking, and was forced to buy extra accessories.I went the next morning and tried to return the items and was told that was their policy.I will be writing a letter to Corporate Verizon and BBB of Visalia. Should have known better and stuck to Best Buy.After my contract I will be leaving Verizon....and I thought AT&T was bad.

This store is awesome when it comes to customer service. The other Verizon store in town was totally unhelpful when they told us we couldnt upgrade our second line. Angel got us two new phones and dropped our bill $30 you cant beat that! Plus free otter boxes for the new phones. Maybe the store has less stuff in it but getting the best out of your phone service is way better!

My dog decided to chew on the screen to my MacBook pro. I also brought them a broken iPhone 6+. They ordered the screen for the MacBook and replaced it. They did great work at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly as well. They checked out my iPhone 6+ and suggested that the phone was not worth repairing because the cost would be more then the phone is worth. I really appreciated them looking at it and being honest about the repair costs. If you need repairs, this is the place to go!

Went to this location for a repair on my iPhone 6s Plus, and wow was I impressed! The quote was very competitive with other local quotes I had recieved. On top of that, theyre Apple certified, so I knew I wasnt getting used/cheap parts. They provided me with a loaner phone while I waited for my phone to be fixed. The manager Matt and Lead Tech Anthony, were honest and very knowledgable. I will be telling all of my friends about my experience, and I know where I will be going for all my Verizon and Apple needs, in the future. It was so nice not having to drive to the Apple Store in Fresno! Thanks Clickaway!

I purchased a Pure Gear Tempered Glass HD screen protector for $49.99 from this store on September 22, 2017. The sales person, Daniel Najera told me to bring in my phone, if the screen ever cracked and they will replace it free of charge. I took in my iPhone 7 on Monday, June 4, 2018 to have the screen protector replaced free of charge. They told me they couldnt do it in the store and to get my replacement on Pure Gears website. The only problem is Pure Gear is charging me $6.95 for shipping. I can afford to pay $6.95, but this isnt about the money it is about the concept.
My iPhone camera was broken (unable to focus, glitching and freezing) and when I called clickaway they told me they could fix it. It was still under the 1 year warranty luckily but I had to pay a $25 processing fee for them to ship it to apple care, and then $40 for a lender phone since I would be out of a phone for a week. They called me a week later and said that AppleCare rejected my claim, said my phone was fine and sent it back. I knew that it wasnt right but picked up my phone. As soon as I get in the car I see that all the problems are still there so I just drove straight to the Apple Store. The girl at the Genius Bar immediately saw the problems and sent my camera to the back to get the camera replaced. I had to spend 4 hours waiting but I went home with a fixed phone free of charge. Save yourself the headache and money and cut out the middle man (click away) and just go to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Fresno.
