2 hours wait at the window just to get the BOL after loaded. ...🤷‍♂️ 👎😡

Bad & lazy shipping .Took 5hr to load & 2hr for paperwork.

Horrible company, I had to wait more then two hours for the papers, I hope never have to comeback.

They have the loads. Ultralight. Some consignees are small but always interesting.

Almost 5 hrs to live load and over 1/2 hr. for bols. Top that off...while entering bol info into ELD, maintnence worker spoke to me as inferior, because I was blocking trash bin. One, I had just moved unit forward to permit workers backing out. Two, if not for 40 minute wait for bills, wouldnt have been there at all. And three, talking to folks as an inferior, is never cool. Not as though I knew he was even around.

Super slow loading and unloading. Receptionist both fat n skinny at receiving window are worst ones of their kind, arrogant, rude and lazy. Avoid this place.
