I’ve been taking my cars to Patrick Flyns since 2015 every thing from a oil change to a paint job now I’m doing a complete Restoration on my 1967 Cadillac I will post some pictures of my Escalade that just got painted

I was at the mercy of the tow company, they wouldnt let me pick up my vehicle because I didnt have a photo ID . So my only option was to have them tow it here. I stuck it out and hoped for the best. My car was quoted 7k and 3 weeks. Well it took 13k and 8 weeks. I never got any updates without having to call for updates on the days I was assuming it to be done. I will say my car looks great and they did a decent job just the communication was pretty bad.

I Brought my truck here at Patrick flynns and hands down this is the best shop ive ever been to! Their customer service is above n beyond. They will go above and help you with anything . Majid is very honest, very helpful and his customer service is exellent . I could not explain how helpful majid has been to me. Super Greatful for this shop n for him . This being my first time being here it will definetly not be my last!! I would Highly recommend coming here if you ever need any body work done on your car or If you ever need prices on anything!! 10/10 i can say i will now be coming here for any vehicle needs.

If Humpty Dumpty went to Patrick Flynn Collision and Frame... he would have been Put Together Again and be extra Amazing! I can not say enough GREAT words about Patrick Flynn. My accident was in March 2018. When you have that accident, you are in disbelief and thankful no one was hurt and then you realize... where to go for collision work and what to do... I can only say I am so Grateful I found Patrick Flynn through the Towing Company. Everyone at Patrick Flynn is understanding and treats you like family... the family you Like! They are wonderful. Their work is awesome and their work is guaranteed!!! I Never want to have another accident... but I highly recommend to YOU, Patrick Flynn, if you do have that unfortunate crunch. Same as previous reviews the tow truck guy insisted we use this body shop . Im going to make this short . they say all the right things to make you feel good after your accident . but its all bull they will use the cheapest parts and dont keep their word. they are shady . turns out my vehicle has frame damage that these rats ignored or tried to put a bandaid on

I have used Flynns twice now for work on my 2004 Nissan Titan. Both times, the quality of the work was excellent. The staff I dealt with, Wendy and Majid, were always courteous and honest, a pleasure to deal with personally. My only criticisms are, a bit of lack of attention to detail on the details vs the estimate like parts replacement not happening as expected, and also since I was a cash-paying customer unconnected with insurance or other red tape is the lack of communication such as return phone calls promised that never happened and long periods of time between updates was a reason for 4 stars. Otherwise very happy with the work and value as a returning customer.

We went in to have our front end of my car repaired and a few other things. We never received a quote. Even after I called the next day and asked for an email quote it was not given. When we called to check on it, they quoted a different price than the day we dropped it off. They had already begun to work on our car by that time. Some of the things they were supposed to fix dont work. Certain pieces were not reattached properly. And my drivers door lock is pushed in and I cant even see it. The trunk will no longer open with a key. This was a company that my husband and I had sent business to before. Now we will never go there again nor will we recommend anybody else to go there again. Stay away from Patrick Flynns unless you want to get ripped off.

I have been coming to Patrick Flynns for over 30 years. The customer service and quality of work provided has always been nothing short of excellent, or I would not have been coming back to them for 30 plus years.

A friend of mine told me about this place a while back and said that they did excellent work and were very trustworthy. So then my boyfriend crashed his car on the way to see me some months ago...his Mazda Rx-8.. I think that the insurance should have claimed it totalled but anyway,I made my bf go here. His car was his baby and they did an amazing, amazing job! His car now looks brand new! A ton of work needed to be done on it..and the owner was very nice to us and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. Great job!!! I highly recommend coming here!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Its our 3ed time using theyre services! & wont B our last! Wendy has Been Great everytime! She always explains everything to me & goes Above & beyond! I recomend them Completely! Couldnt even see any paint difference in the replaced parts!

I have personally is the more than 3 times and they are the best in the business disregard the negative reviews if you need any body work try them yourself and you will see exactly what Im talking about they are the best

Not sure about this place. Be careful though the tow truck driver is colluding with these people. I requested my car be brought to Chris Amatos and the driver took it here instead. Bad way of doing business.

I know the owners personally. They are salt-of-the earth people, always upbeat, friendly, and willing to help anyone. Theyre shop is a well-oiled machine. Great family-owned business and they fixed my BFs truck within a week! I recommend not because they are personal friends, but because I saw the work they did for my BF and was very impressed.

Great service, great work and great people! They repaired a few scratches on my truck and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for your repair or restoration.

The best repair shop in town...maybe even on the west coast! My family has always gone to Patrick Flynn Auto and we have always been happy with their work. I now live in another state and was in a wreck a few months ago. I had no choice, but to go somewhere local and I really wish I went back to CA to take my car back to them instead (they repaired my same car flawlessly in 2013). Good, honest work is exactly what they deliver.

Wendy-knows her job and knows the job of the people at the insurance company who will try to cheat you ..lowball you and bully you...I really feel sorry for anyone who doesnt have Patrick Flynn and especially Wendy handling their claims...its unconscionable how the insurance companies have a huge lack of knowledge and try to steer you to their vendors...dont go..go with Patrick Flynn 50 years in the business and Wendy will not allow you to be ripped off..she saved me from my own insurance company trying to deny my claim and cheat me out of thousands of dollars in repairs. WENDY STANDS FOR WIN...AND ITS A WIN AT PATRICK FLYNN...didnt know I was a rapper lol.

The worst service I have ever received from any mechanic/auto body shop. The quote I got said a few weeks but turned out to be over two months to put together the front end of my car after an accident. They never call you with updates to your vehicle, I would have to call them to find out the status of the repair. Twice they told me to come pick up my vehicle and when I would tell them I was on the way they would tell me my car wasnt ready yet. When I finally went to go pick up my car they still had panels off and were working on it. None of the panels line up, there is runs in the paint. Parts that were ordered for my car still had not been installed and I took this with me to install them on my own. A week after picking my car up I was driving on the highway and a panel from under my car came loose and was dragging under my car. I guy named Derek, who claimed he had be doi.g this for over twenty years made himself and this whole shop look like a bunch of idiots. Never will I recommend to anyone this shop. Do not ever bring your vehicle here. Service and quality of work is beyond bad!
