Wow! Great experience. Bought my glasses several years ago at another store but they got out of adjust as I am kind of hard on them and started digging into my nose. Walked in the Waco, TX store as we were traveling and JK adjusted them with 3 minutes! Great service, didn’t charge me anything! Highly recommended!
I recently went into Lenscrafters to get a pair of Ray-Ban Sunglasses repaired. The Nose Piece had fallen off. The tech looked at it, promptly went to go see if they have any to replace it with and then came back with my glasses fixed, and replaced both nose pieces to make sure they matched! I was so appreciative of that, they were very nice, and did it very quickly! Thank you!
Ordered glasses for my son 9/2. Standard transitions lenses using our existing frames… Original promise date of 9/9. Arrived 9/9 to pick up. No glasses. Delayed to 9/15…. Today is 9/16 and still no glasses…. New promise date is 9/22… never again! VisionWorks is worth it even if it’s out of pocket!!

The staff members at this location are exceptional! So friendly and kind, I feel like I have family there. Choosing a frame was easy and quick... Paperwork took a minute but it was acceptable, insurance is always a bit time consuming.
Always attentive staff, greets each customer, and ensures customers needs are met and questions are addressed.
We were greeted immediately on entering the store. Margret was attentive and answered questions while allowing us to look and try on frames.She checked our insurance and gave us complete pricing. Our visit was thorough and complete. I feel Margret went out of her way to help us.
I have been a Lens Crafters customer for over 20 years.This is the second time that I have not been called to let me know that my glasses were back.Today, Aug 12, 2021 I went into the Store to ask if my glasses were back.Tech goes to drawer and looks inside.The glasses are there.I asked how long my glasses were there. Tech does not know.I asked if she could clean my glasses. She did.No adjustments or anything.What is wrong with this picture?Is this the way to treat customers?I can easily take my business somewhere else.Come on Lens Crafters.You must do better.
To begin, I was greeted when I walked in, then kindly asked what I needed help with. The lady took my glasses, replaced the hinge screw that I lost the day before and tightened the other side and just before she gave them back to me she cleaned them. Even if I wasn’t a fan of Ray-ban’s I would buy a pair from this lady just for knowing the lost art of customer service. Thank you!!!!

JK (our salesman) was very helpful. He was professional and friendly. When he did not know the answer to one of our questions, he said so and asked the manager for help. He made sure that the prescription needed was in stock and enabled us to w a new pair of glasses quickly. His help is much appreciated.

Casey and Audrey were incredible; super friendly and patient as I tried on dozens of pairs and took forever to make a decision. They were very honest about other options, pricing, etc. From the time my order was placed to the time that my glasses were complete -- with the lenses inserted and everything -- was just over an hour. Would 100% recommend.

After waiting several days for my glasses, with no contact from them, I contacted the store to see if they were in yet. An associate named Casey, told me that he JUST FORGOT to call/email me to inform me that my glasses did not pass their inspection and had to be reordered yet could not provide a date for when they would be in. From Aug 2nd to the 12th, I was left with the scratched up glasses as a temporary pair. After not hearing frm them still abt the new pair, I just returned them to get a full refund. The next day someone called to say my glasses were in. They were unprofessional, rude and indifferent to my inconvenience.

A young hispanic girl served me. She was sensitive to my situation and got me in and out in about 8 min. She also tried to get me glasses that day but couldnt. She did get me next day instead of 7-10 days and that was amazing. She was kind and not judgmental with a soft low speaking voice that made me feel comfortable and respected because I use a program n wasnt a cash r insurance paying customer I felt comfortable and unjudged.... This compy would be fools not to promote her and use her as an example to conduct business in the future. Shes got what yall been missing....
I scheduled an eye exam with Lenscrafters at the Richland mall today and it was one of the worst experiences Ive had by far with a business. I arrived about 15 to 20 minutes early to check in for my appointment at 4:10 PM. The lady behind the desk insisted my appointment was not today but in two weeks. I politely pulled up my confirmation to show that I in fact had an appointment. After showing the confirmation I was then asked to go to the back office with Sonia, who was aggressively rude and unprofessional, for her to explain to me that it is impossible for my appointment to not show on her end but does on my end. Sonia implied that I created this fake appointment. She then started calling other customers to schedule appointments within the next few weeks while I am being accused of hacking their system. I asked Sonia as she suggested I come back on another day if I was not seeing the doctor although I hold confirmation for my appointment. She said she was unsure as she sat there not finding a solution to the schedule issue. I watched Sonia go to her co worker who also was rude named, Kiare I believe. Long story short, Sonia aggressively told me my child could not wait in the waiting room, my appointment was not a real appointment THEREFORE the doctor could squeeze me in AFTER ALL CUSTOMERS WHETHER THERE WAITING OR NOT were seen because their appointment was real. I arrived at my appointment around 3:45 PM and left at 7:30 PM. I was uncomfortable and felt bullied by an error out of my control and treated less than. If it were not for the sweet professional lady, Audrey, I would have left angry and blind! That place is blessed to have such a educated professional lady to help customers with their product and feeling welcomed. Audrey is amazing and needs to be running that place to teach other employers how to run a business.
Staff was friendly and explained everything I needed to now. Once I expressed I was on a budget there was no push to purchase stuff I did not need.

I was visiting Texas from Michigan and was staying in San Antonio for the weekend but our group decided to visit The Silos and Magnolia for the day. While at Magnolia I lost my glasses. I had my sun glasses on and lost the whole case with my prescription glasses. I called Lens Crafters and explain my situation. They told me to come in and they could help me and I got my new glasses within 2 hrs. Thank you for helping me so my trip wasn’t a bust. Everyone was so helpful and gracious.
Waco Lens Crafters I would not recommend. We have been in multiple times over the past couple weeks. My husband had insurance on his glasses so we had to come back here for replacement through insurance. Next time we’ll go somewhere else and just pay full price. Audrey is kind but Margaret is SO rude to everyone who comes in. There’s pretty much only one person working in the store. It’s hard to not say something rude, they’re just so difficult to work with. We won’t be back.
I was afraid to come to the store, because I thought it would be overly expensive. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products, which are not that expensive. I have yet to have a bad experience with LensCrafters. They really do care about their customers and providing a good experience. Worth every dollar

The customer service team at this location is fantastic. Ross does an excellent job at making you feel like youre the only customer in the store even when theyre super busy. Although they are out of network for my insurance provider I will continue to go back because they want my business, and it shows. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy glasses or contacts.
I would not go here again. First off, I went twice attempting to order prescription sunglasses. The lady didnt even know how to look up my insurance even though I was already in the system from a previous purchase at a store in Austin. I knew the exact pair I wanted and I needed her to order them. I swear it was like pulling teeth. Not only did she not help look up the pair I wanted, but left the front to go talk to someone in the back as I tried finding the model number. When I finally found out they werent able to order it, I asked for my order history from my glasses that I have so I could see my prescription so I could order what I wanted online. She absolutely refused to give me MY prescription and said Id have to get it from the doctor. I left furious. This place is a joke of a store. Not to mention, I swear I can type faster on a computer with my feet than this lady. Sadly, I wasted 2 hours of my life in this store. 2 hours Ill never get back....Customer service. 0Selection. 0

If youre going to talk about someone after leaving them a voicemail, you should learn to completely hang up the phone. They were rude in person but it definitely didnt get better.
We checked in did pre exam stuff.. sat in exam room 1 for 5 mins then was ask to sit in wait area.. no explanation was given. . Now here we sit 2 hours later... wish we had went anywhere else... I feel very disrespected..
These people sold us a pair of glasses which broke after only a few months. They then refused to replace the frames saying we did not purchase an extended warranty. How long should a pair of frames last? I guess with LensCrafters, the answer is less than a year for the cheap flimsy worthless frames they sell. Terrible customer service! Dont go! Try eyemasters for anything else.

Do not get the lenses made an hour. They are the worst lenses. I can never can get them clean their awful Always Smearing when you try to clean them. Just order the regular ones and let them be sent to you.
