Always have an amazing experience here. I have 3 very active boys. Somehow Dr. Salganik is able to get a proper reading on my childrens eyes. He is so gentle with them and encouraging. He has many tools in his toolbox to get to the desired result when a child isnt always cooperating! I highly recommend him. Be aware- COME 15 MINUTES EARLY!! If you do not come 15 minutes early you may not be able to be seen. I can imagine thats why I dont have to wait too long when I arrive, because they are strict with this rule. :) (There was a time I was late and was not able to be seen)

The staff is so understanding and they are focused on the customers needs. The doctor was very informative and he did a great job with my 6 yr old son. Alizea was very helpful getting my son and I taken care of . Great service from both locations, Ive been coming here the last 3 years and I definitely recommend!

Fantastic eye doctor but don’t order your contacts through them. They’ll charge you $60 a box when you can buy the same ones online for $15-$20 a box.

Have called 3 times for and update on my safety glasses. Was told it would take 2 weeks. Never received a call telling me they were ready. Called and they said that my lenses were at the lab and they could not find the frames, was asked to give my number and that they would get back with me later that day with an update, no update. Called the next afternoon to find the status and was told basically the same thing. Waited thru the weekend and that Monday and no call. Called Tuesday afternoon and was told that they still cant find my frame and sometimes they have to order them,thought that was what you did when you first order. Was then told they have been extremely busy and shorthanded and havent been able to call about glasses and such as they were to busy handling patients. What kinda customer service is that. Went here instead of the one on Franklin because of it is on my way home. They both are very disorganized and I cant see why people keep giving their business.

Dr. was so thorough and explained EVERYTHING! He valued my eyes and my pocketbook. His honesty and transparency along with his kindness makes me want to pass good news on to others who do not have an eye doctor they completely trust. I will be returning next year for sure!

Staff and doctor Salganik are very happy and accommodating. Only problem Im having is trying to get glasses fixed so theyre not squeezing my nose and leaving indentations and hurting my nose. Also cant seem to get glasses fitted on my ears! I was just there a little over a week ago and left ear is in pain! I need to go back again!

Ive been seeing the same doctor since I was a kid. He is the nicest man youll ever meet. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Came for appointment at 10am. Saw the doctor just after 11am. Had coffee before I came. Discovered their restroom is out of order because they were doing renovations. Pretty sure when I get back to see the doctor he’s gonna discover my eyeballs are floating. Overall the staff was friendly and the doctor was very good.

Lengthy hold times make listening to the annoying hold music even more arduous. Staff couldn’t figure out how to send me an email with prescription so I can try another eye care facility.

Dr. Salganik has been our family eye Dr. for over 30 years. I even worked for him at one point. He is very caring and bound and determined to make your eyes right.

Dr. Salganik Is seriously AMAZING. He was able to put a name to my daughter’s eye issue which we have been searching for the answers for a year now with a previous dr. And now that we have a name for it we are able to focus on the issue and what we can do to help. He is seriously THE BEST 👓

The staff is pleasant, especially Roni at the front desk! She treated me like a close friend or family member when walking in and that kind of small town service has kept me a customer.

I was referred to Dr. Salganik from a dear church member, and I am sooo glad I went to see him for my yearly eye exam!!!Dr. Salganik truly cares about your vision and properly fitting you for glasses and/or eye contacts. No questions of yours are stupid or insignificant. He is welcoming and a teacher. He wants his clients to be well informed about their vision. Much kuddos to him and his staff.

So attentive and trustworthy... actually gave me the truth and said I didnt really need glasses... Most others would have tried to make a sale regardless...!!! Ill go back every year... and recommend them to everyone I know..!!!

I have been going to this office for almost 3 years when I had a terrible experience at the sister clinic on Franklin. I have never had any bad moments and I am looking forward to seeing them tomorrow for my routine exam. I have seen post about rude Dr. but I truly believe he has a standard of care he expects from his staff and he is up front about it. His staff should have no questions about what he expects.

The eye exam itself was done well. I ordered my glasses and went in a week later to pick them up. My left lense was extremely blurry and they sent them back to be fixed. I went to get them after the correction and the left lense was still blurry. And they wont fix them. These were Oakley sunglasses that cost $300. What did I pay for? Will not use them again. Good luck if you do.

They were unable to verify my insurance. Not by computer or phone call. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them. I have worked in medical insurance for over 20 years and have never seen such incompetence and I would never treat one of my patients this way. I just walked out. They didn’t call to apologize or anything. Ridiculous

I had an eye appointment at this place the eye doctor look like Jesus with gray hair they had very little selection for men there Im wondering why I even got transferred there from the Optical Dispensary on Franklin it was not very pleasant I could have got my eyes examined at Franklin and got my glasses on the same day now as it is I got to make two trips to Franklin Optical Dispensary to get pick my glasses out and then go get them not real pleased with Optical Dispensary Fritz Case

Horriable customer service, with rude staff. My son had a 10:45 appointment, we show up early to fill out any paper work and at 11:10 I ask how much longer until we will see the eye doctor, (being almost 30mins after his appointment). The response I was give was “well you can reschedule”. I would not recommend this place to anyone, their Medicaid accepted office is better than this.

I have difficult to correct vision, im also kinda fussy...and i break glasses alot. These folks keep me in glasses i can use (ive gotten plenty of bad glasses, not here though) and they do lots to help and make sure i walk out in the best possible situation.

I am not a patient at this clinic. But I recently went to them to purchase eye glasses. While I was waiting the older Dr. with long white hair came out and berated his staff horribly in front of an office full of customers. Then when the staff tried to take it into a back room, he continued to yell loudly and then yelled as he walked out of the room. He continued to bad mouth the staff to another worker while he stood at the front desk. I dont know how well of a Dr. he is or isnt but based on this behavior alone I will never know.

Doctor was 25 min late to my appointment. I spent 6 minutes in exam and was billed extra (on top of my copay already) for a contact fitting that never happened. I did not ask for any fitting, didnt try any contacts, did not order contacts, did not wear contacts. But yet Im required to pay extra for an exam not addressed in any apparent informed consent?! Nice staff, which is why I gave them a second chance after gouging me last time, but definitely not on the up and up and should be avoided if youre not a fan of the up-charging extra yeah, but... type billing ploys not disclosed until its too late

They are crooks, they have committed insurance fraud multiple times with my wife. Very unprofessional practice. Currently contacting Lawyers about our business dealings with this place. So stay clear away from this place.
