Went in for a check engine light and broken tail light driver side, Chevy rep told me they cost to replace it was over 700 just for the light and low fuel that’s why my check engine light was on, even though I though that was pretty high for a light I agreed to the job getting done. When I picked my vehicle up I still have the check engine light on and when I searched how much was a tail light for my vehicle it’s only 400. When I told the rep about my check engine light still on they wanted to keep it and figure out why it was on. That was the point of me Turing it in the first place if they did there job right the first time my check engine light would still not be on. Would not recommend to anybody and never coming back

This was our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle. The first time around Tasha was really helpful and did everything possible to make sure we left with a vehicle. First time around we didn’t qualify for the truck we wanted, she advised us of what to do so that the next time we come back we would qualify. WE LISTENED!! 2 years later we was back to the lot and left with the family truck of our dreams. Clarke was so helpful and was with us every step of the way. A/C system blowing warm for my 2015 volt. Dropped car at dealer and waited over 2 week before car was looked, at due to being an electric vehicle and requires special technician and appointment. I had to call them the day of my scheduled appointment (a Friday) and they did not have a diagnoses. Said they would call me Saturday with what they found. No call Saturday and I had to call them Monday afternoon to get info after I called them at end of the day. Estimated repair was $2600+ for AC evaporator leak. It took another week before they got back to me to check if was covered under manufacturers warranty. After no call back I called them and it was not covered. Authorized repairs and that took another week before car was ready. Got the car back. Center console compartment no longer springs up when opening and applying left turn signal is noticeably harder to apply than right. Whole dash was removed for repair. They are not very customer service orientated there. Dont recommend the service. Not Happy!

So for starters I actually bought the vehicle from you guys in 2018. In 2019 I had to come get the rear lights changed because I couldn’t pass a safety inspection when the car came like that. Fast forward to this time, I set an appointment for July 7 because of my check engine light. Due to unpleasant circumstances, it had to be towed in and put on an emergency list. For a week and a day I had no vehicle at all and you guys never have a loaner available. Then the price hits. I understand, we’re on an island and things have to be shipped here. But to be charged for check engine light diagnosis and still not knowing why the light is on afterwards PLUS the light coming back on after you guys made repairs feels like robbery. They only reason I didn’t get over the top mad is because y’all threw in a battery and a tire. But yes, after receiving my vehicle back, the check engine light came right back on same day and I still have no clue why even though I paid you guys to find that out. Another thing that shocked me was that I was asked about the vehicles computer (me not knowing anything about cars) never modified the vehicle since buying it from you guys so it makes me wonder, do you guys even thoroughly check over used vehicles before selling them? Because y’all should have way more knowledge on this car than y’all do. Now I want to get rid of it so I can get something more reliable but I know I won’t receive near what I owe because of all the small things I have to do to get it together in which by then I might as well keep the car. The staff though, amazing, great people. It’s just the service that sucks.

We worked w Reid. Charged us $170 for an inspection. On the phone after inspection, he told my wife that if we were to go with their service, the inspection fee would be waived. We went with their service & when we got to the dealership to p/u the truck, our total payments for the inspection fee, parts, & labor totaled to close to $370, which wasn’t what was promised to us on the phone. We talked w Reid and he corrected it, our total bill was $294. Not sure if we’d come here again for the skeptical billing, but appreciated the service. Still give a 4-star

Thank you to the Sales Group today for helping us today. Our car suddenly lost power while I was driving. Knowing the Service Dept was closed we sent an email to Servco. The sales manager called us very quickly to help us. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by one of the sales team who immediately helped us filling out paperwork to drop the car off until the Service Dept. opens on Tuesday. Thank you for your acts of kindness and professionalism.

TLDR; Go anywhere else for service/repair.The service department is severely mismanaged. Six weeks of undue stress to my detriment caused by lack of communication, misinformation, clear lack of organization, and empty apologies without action, ended in a guilt trip from the service manager about how the repair was a loss of money for them. This was clearly untrue because the part ordered was a refurbished part at a much lower price as per my service agreement. I just hope the repair was done correctly so I never have to deal with this volume focused business again. Please dont bother with the Aloha please speak to our service manager copy-paste response. We have spoken and its apparent that there is no accountability at this business.

My experience with the sales associate Mike Gomez was great. Upon initial test drive of the vehicle I noticed a squeak noise coming from the rear leaf springs. I asked Mike to have the service department to take look at it and returned a couple of days later to pick up the truck. Upon return Mike informed me the service department couldnt fix the squeak issue. Pretty disappointed that the service department couldnt resolve this issue before I took delivery.

James Carlos has excellent customer service skills. The issue is with the service center. I was called by them about 4:30pm letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. I arrived about 5:15pm, paid for the service provided at 5:35pm, then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the service technician to bring my truck so I could leave. That is unacceptable!!! If I get a call stating that I can pickup my vehicle, I shouldnt have to wait for 20 minutes after I pay. It was an hour and 25 minutes from the time I was called until my vehicle was brought out front.

When I pulled up an employee waived me into a lane near the receiving area. I waited about 15 minutes, got out and started asking around. Eventually a very nice a professional girl started helping me. I told her that the last time I was in when I picked up the vehicle they suggested I replace some hoses or belts. She could not find anything on it. I told her I wanted whatever they suggested last time done. When I picked up my vehicle it showed that she noted what I said about the hoses and/or belts but nothing was ever said or done to accomplish this. I got the call to pick up my truck 45 minutes before you closed on Friday night so I was unable to even drive there but I needed a driver to take my car back since I cant drive a BMW and an Avalanche. Notice on vehicle was very last minute and useless on Friday. When I came in on Monday I was directed to go to the cashier to get my keys, then they had no record of me or my truck, then they directed me back to the outside health check desk. They found my keys and receipts since I had already paid on-line. Then they just said my truck was on the lot with no help finding it. Very mediocre service. The mirrors I wanted were not in stock, even new remote keys were not in stock. All had to be ordered. Not a great experience but Cutter is worse.

I feel hustled. 2016 Camaro ss, this year & models have known transmission issues. Under miles for warranty but outside of years by 3 months. Car was purchased at servco but they were not willing to help at all. Full cost to me. Also has a known recall for thermostat which goes bad. My vin was not on recall list but has same issues. They didn’t want to fix that either, or share cost burden. Okay fine, then they tell me my battery needs replaced to fix what is wrong, but current battery actually worked fine. Old battery held more charge and had more power than new one is rating at. A $400 quote turned to $1000. Was told one day of work, had car for 4 days. Provided no vehicle to get around and had no shuttle. I will never come here again. My roommate has 2021 vette and had to tow to another shop because they didn’t want to perform warranty work and were trying to get out of it. They left car sitting at shop and did all the could to get out of service. If you need an oil change cool, but major work, I’d stay away. Call and get everything in line before dropping car off. They will take advantage of you.

First they told me it would cost $1300 to fix my car. I inform them I had a warranty purchased when I bought the car. They later called back and said OK warranty will cover and will let you know when your car will be done. 2 1/2 weeks later I finally got a loaner car! One week later my car is done and when I check the bill, there’s only $585 worth of service done. What happened to the other $700 of work that was supposed to have been done on my car? Failed my safety check and quoted $300 for the part and back ordered! Looked online and fixed it myself for....$100!! What a ripoff!!

Dropped it off at 845 for an oil change package and to replace the window wiper fluid motor. Was greeted and welcomed quickly and give a POC to text through out the day regarding the status. It was fine, I texted around 2pm to see the status and didn’t hear back until 330 which the rep told me that they just found the issue of the window washer fluid pump and it would be another hour or so past the time we planned to have it complete. Caused my a little frustration, but if you give someone 8 hours to do something, they will take 8 or more hours to do it.A benefit to having your oil changed is the road side service for 120 days after.

I got my transmission oil changed due to regular service maintenance. They asked me if there was something wrong with it and I said no, its supposed to get changed at 45000 miles. The service tech gave me a confused look and that tells me they dont know their vehicle services. How does Chevrolet dealership employees not know this??? Its your equipment... But at the end of the day my transmission oil was successfully changed.

Checkin was bad, coordinated by corporate office via mychevy app, your service center (Service Department Manager Ron and Service Advisor Sean) had no knowledge of anything and had no customer service. Refused a loaner, though it was a repeat issue (fixed 2x before) on a relatively new car, serious repair work needed to be done. Horrible experience and hope I never have to go back! Worst part is the dealership (Salesman Huey) wouldnt even work with me to get out of a lemon!?!?

I had a tire that needed to be replaced. I called to make an appointment and the lady told me that they didnt have an appointment till next week which was about six days later. I said that was fine because the leak in my tire was very slow and was plugged up with the object that had pierced it. I waited until Monday to get my new tire I had to bring my two little girls and when I got there I met with Ed and he tells me that they cant replace my tire because my tire is under the warranty that I bought and they have to submit for it to be replaced and it usually takes at least a couple days. So I told him that in the time that Ive been waiting they could have submitted the warranty and now I have to come back? He said yes hes very sorry he doesnt know why she told me to just come in being that I told her I did not buy my car from Servco I bought it from Cutter Chevrolet in town. So I called in to get my warranty started, called Ed back and gave him the confirmation number and he told me he would work on it and to come back sometime on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. . I showed up on Thursday at 12:30 and did not leave until almost 5:00! Ed had told me that because I had my little girls that he would be able to try and push my car to the front and get it done. He never came and gave me an update I had to keep on going up to the desk and asking the ladies what the status of my car was. I had already been there for 3 hours and my car hadnt even been seen yet!

Took vehicle in for unusual engine/drivetrain noises, were told that there was nothing wrong with vehicle during inspection/diagnosis, still got charged $85.00 for something or repairs that werent done or even attempted to be done, not too sure how things are at this establishment and my wife and i know during this pandemic, not much wants to be done to service or even repair a customers car.My experience before, when our original salesman was still employed there was awesome, but since he left for another dealership, the morale has gone down drastically, even to the point seeing salesmen adding ridiculous markups on vehicles even though this dealership has a no markup policy.It is what it is I guess, but if they want to be where they were before, they need to stop clowning around and get back to that point.

Two days later I get a response that is clearly automated...no pictures attached. Wait, theee days later and nothing. Still wait. Inquire again. Nothing. Yall missed out on a huge potential sale (SUV price was 66K). Recommend you get someone reliable and professional to monitor your internet inquiries. I went to have a factory recall replaced. Engine heater block cable and heater. even with an early morning appointment, it took all day. It should take several hours, at most. Several days after picking up my vehicle I kept getting a Low Coolant message, every time I would refill the coolant resevoir. I did this about 3 times before I decided to take it in. There was visible coolant leaking from my vehicle when I inspected it. I took it in and left it there after the associate over the phone informed me to bring the truck in immediately. I did what they said. To my surprise, they made it seem like it was my fault for not making an appointment. Even though appointments are booked almost a month in advance. When I got there the maintenance team told me I couldnt just drop my vehicle off. After I mentioned the issue, and that it was caused by complacent mechanics they became more inclined to assist me. After the work was done (took another whole work day) which was only a 1 hour inspection with No visible issues I showed up to pick up my vehicle. I asked what the problem was, and they said, It just had low coolant, so we filled it. This is rediculous. Of course it had low coolant, it was leaking. They informed me that there was no issue. The warning message and the leak just magically disappeared. To my belief, is they lied to me to cover up there mistake and wasting my time and effort. I will never visit that God-awful place again. I love my truck too much to let dishonest and incompetent mechanics like the Servco Waipahu dealer work on her again.

Post-maintenance issues after I picked up my vehicle....vehicle was in maintenance bay for over a month.1. Retaining clip missing on fuel servo vacuum line2. Cap missing from high pressure side of A/C service connection3. A/C does not work, clutch fails to engage4. Cruise control does not work5. Radio will not power up6. Top radiator mount bolt loose7. Hardware/debris found on drivers side floor in cab8. Debris found in engine bay9. Coolant reservoir cap found in engine bay after short trip to hardware store10. Rubber boot not covering terminal on alternator lead11. Electrical harness clamp unsecure on L/H side of battery box12. Exhaust Manifold heat shroud hardware missingAfter being without a vehicle for over a month, and getting stuck with a $5000 repair bill, I am now further inconvenienced by having to return my truck to SERVCO Waipahu so they can fix the above items. Negligent vehicular maintenance such as this is yet another reason why most people dont trust large shops such as these. They have lost me as a customer forever.

I made arrangements with the Service Department at Servco Waipahu to drop our 2017 Chevy the afternoon before our appointment. From beginning to end the service and communication we received was excellent, from the customer service representative going over the covid questions and I also did one online. Sean greeted me when I checked in my truck after 4:30 p.m., he greeted me with a smile, he was helpful, friendly and also asked the covid, too. Sean did the precheck and said that he would try to get our vehicle service early although our appointment was schedule for 11 a.m., the next day. He asked if there was anything or any concerns that I wanted to do in addition to the maintenance. I had none and told him I would wait for him to let me know. Sean was very professional.Sean texted me that I can text or call him anytime during our service with Servco. To my surprise, the next morning our truck was ready for pick up way before our regular appointment time! Awesome! Sean explained what services were done, he asked if I needed anything else, I asked if we could get my truck washed, and he said, yes we can see if we can do that, sure. I asked him how much was the bill and he gave me the total over the phone, he also sent a text message to make a payment online and that was great, it was convenient to that I could pay online without having to physically pay in person.

Nice dealership and my salesman was helpful without being pushy. First vehicle purchase Ive made in a long while where I felt no pressure and was able to just take my time look around and make my purchase. Luisito Mina was my salesman would definitely work with him again.

1st diag. Was complete and not even a week. Check engine light turn back on. They said now it was therostat. Was bad car overheated. But I had car for 2 weeks and it never overheated or got close. Service rep (Jerry) said it was leaking which was not. Then when I come to pick up car . Service rep didn’t even come talk to me or explain the corrections made on vehicle. Only go and pay. Worst customer service I’ve even seen. & I worked at a Chevy dealership.No quality of work or no good on customer service 👎🏻

Titan was excellent and it was such a painless process to buy the vehicle. I am very thankful for the staff over at servco waipahu that helped make this dream become reality. the paperwork was all set up when i got there and the process was painless. this was my first new car and they made it easy and were able to explain everything to me.
