After much research and a few test drives, my wife and I purchased a 2021 Arteon @ Ourisman VW. This is the fifth VW our family has purchased at this location and the experience has gotten better every time. They gave us the full amount we requested for our trade-in. Great experience took my Passat in for repair. Great service desk personnel car repairs was faster than expected. No appointment needed.

The showroom isnt the biggest but the deals sure are. The sales people were also very experienced and knowledgeable. After shopping at many other local dealers, that experience of the sales people showed the most. While its a high turnover position, Ourisman must be doing something right to also retain workers. We walked away with keys in hand confident we got the best deal.

Its a good place to get your vehicle serviced. They are pretty quick to get you in and out, and if you get there early, you might even be able to get a loaner car. They do offer a shuttle service. Not bad.

The sales and finance team were awesome. I was in and out in 2 hours. Thats the fastest I have ever brought a new vehicle.

I was skeptical when the new management took over. (Not because of anything they did, I was just used to the old crew). I bought my first Subaru when it was still considered Waldorf Subaru or Southern MD Subaru. The former management had more of a small town appeal to it. They knew and understood customer service. I never felt pressured coming in here. The newer management seems to follow a similar approach. Good people. Very good experience, not to mention I love Subarus!

Very friendly staff! From their Salesman Brent, Sale Manager AJ and Finance Officer Cliff. We never felt pressured at anytime, they aloud us to take our time. We left feeling very satisfied, they were always willing to work with us!

Bought a New Subaru Forester. Great people, great price, great car!

Crummy little place. Limited parking. Parts are over priced. Bought a serpentine belt and was charged 80 dollars. My absolute last trip was for Subaru oil and the parts guy told me I was getting a deal at $7.50 a quart. Mobil 1 from now on.

Checking a pre owned outback GREG was very professional and informed about the vehicle and its options. It was 94 degrees so he had me wait inside while he retrieved the OUTBACK from the pre owned area and brought it to the show room door he also had the car cooled down to reduce the devastating heat temperature outside. My only concern was the car had a musty or stale water smell. Otherwise i would say ourisman subrau stepped up their game hiring Greg! Had he been there when i purchased my 2018 new outback 3.6 i would not have gone 46 miles to Heritage Subaru near Baltimore.

I bought a 2012 hyandai elantra from here and the service was great from the beginining I purchased November 2017 and I had paper tags up until January 2018 at that point I dealt with Kristin Harmon. She forwarded my information to the local mva who btw was petty then it got sent to another place then another then got lost. Kristin went ABOVE and beyond to keep in touch with me via email I went back and forth to the dealer getting a temporary registration and then got a dealers tag. Her communication with me was awesome she let me know what was going on every step of the way. This was a long 2 month process. Along the way my credit union kept requesting the title and Ms. Harmon called and spoke to them as well and because of that i got an extension. I just picked up my tag and registration today on presidents day cause she stayed on top of them and had them overnight them. Now this is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. When both parties communicate and stay patient it goes a long way. Thank you Ms. Harmon I appreciate you very much we need more like you in the work place you make Ourisman look even better. Car buying is already a stressful process and you took the weight off!! Thank You is not enough for your hard work! I love my car best imvesent ive ever made thanks to Ourisman!!!
