I appreciate all the COVID sensitive measures that have been put in place here. Marjorie and the staff were super helpful, communicative and pleasant during my visit. Although I was here for one-time basic scheduled maintenance on my Lexus, the customer service and punctuality looks like they’ve turned me into a returning customer for additional maintenance in the future.
I recently had my car serviced at Toyota of Waldorf. My entire experience was excellent and top notch! I dropped my car off at the designated time for my 45,000 mile maintenance. My car was serviced and I was given recommended services to keep my car running smoothly. My technician advisor was Brian Holdaway. He was very thorough, pleasant, and kept me up-to-date on my car being serviced that day. The service was pretty quick and the pricing was reasonable. I like how they send you the invoice via text/email and you can even pay online, which is convenient. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
The workers were friendly and fast. They kept me up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle while I waited. Made suggestions on things my vehicle needed but checked with me first before doing the job. Thanks.

My experience at Waldorf Toyota was awesome. The service center opens at 7am so I got there at 6:50am to avoid a huge line. They said it was going to take about an hour so I asked if the their shuttle service could took me back home; and they happily did. Robert (Rob) was my driver; great conversationalist.The over all service was great but the best part was my service representative Marjorie! Marjorie remembered me from my last visit and always makes me feel welcomed and takes great care of me. Her kindness and professionalism is greatly appreciated. And to top it all off; my service was done in record timing. I got there right at 7am, Rob (the shuttle driver got me back home at 7:30, and Marjorie sent me a Service completed text at 8:33am. Ben, my service agent, was kind, courteous, and helpful. After they examined the vehicle Ben called me and explained everything in terms I could understand. He worked with me to determine which repairs I needed to complete immediatelyand which ones we could address at my next service appointment. I appreciate that when I picked up my vehicle, Ben took the keys and pulled my vehicle upfront. He waited for me to transfer my packages to my truck and made sure I was settled in before closing the door. I was so happy to see the truck had been washed and the interior had been vacuumed. Now Im ready to put my vehicle on the road for a road trip. I will definitely ask for Ben.

Excellent experience start to finish. Entire staff were great. Worked directly with Seneca, great man to work with, took care of my needs start to finish. It was refreshing to work with someone that truly understood what I wanted and worked extra hard to find the exact truck I wanted. Marjorie was our service advisor and she did a great job keeping me in the loop while my car’s brakes were being repaired. She explained everything the technician had found that needed to be fixed and got follow-up info when requested. There were other things which needed to be repaired as well but availability of parts was delayed. Marjorie assured me that she will alert me when the parts come in so I don’t need to keep calling the dealership. I also like that I was given Marjorie’s direct line to ease communication.
I called to get help for extended warranty. I called and they send me to Mandy agents . Finally Sweet voice of Brittany Wagner came on line I told her what I am trying to get, in 5 minutes this young lady did it she got my payment on the phone sent me the application to sign . It was done. I wish more people like her will be around for us old people who know very little about the computers. In short, she was great . Thank you .

Great experience with the staff and service.Local mechanics was suggested for my service for better pricing, however this was not the case.. the local mechanics wanted more money and couldnt perform the required service for my vehicle on the same day.I have been won over by this establishment. They had my vehicle in and out within an hour with no complications and under $100 to $400 less than the local mechanics wanted to charge.I will return to this establishment for all of my services from now on.
My dad went to get his oil change in his brand new Toyota Tacoma when he picked up his car my mom noticed a gap on the bumper 2 finger widths on one side and just 1 finger widths on the other side no dents just a gap. she talked to the intake person about, to which intake said I checked the truck in myself and it wasnt like that, she called a manager over and the manager called the mechanic who said ALL 2021 Toyota Tacoma and tundras are like that. Excuse me but how, if it wasnt there before and the intake person said they didnt see it when it was brought in clearly theres some lying going on. Please be cautious of the mechanics in the service department, please also note that everyone else was polite but the fact that my dad had to drive off the lot like this is inexcusable.

This was my first visit to Waldorf Toyota service department, and it was a good one. Marjorie, the service advisor was friendly and efficient. My truck was ready practically to the minute of when it was promised. It was raining that day and Marjorie volunteered to retrieve my truck and drive it to me at the service area. Great job.

They were honest and very upfront even with what I didnt find favorable ( and that was just my own personal concerns). A good clean facility and staff was helpful. A lil pricey for what essentially is a basic Toyota oil change and tire rotation but I feel they do a good job. FYI, I took one of my other cars to one of those big chain oil change places that will remain nameless and they left my oil cap off. So Im leery to use them.

The service was good but I was concerned when all checks were checked on the paper for my car but a light was not replaced. Once I called, my bulb was replaced. So make sure things are done everywhere you go!
Car inventory around the nation is low, but I got the exact car I wanted at a reasonable price. Excellent service. I highly recommend you get pre-approved for financing to give yourself some leverage in this sellers market.
Derek Adams greeted us with a friendly hello as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We were not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day, just browsing. Derek showed us a Highlander based on what i was interested in. We test drove a Limited and fell in love. We really wanted a specific color in the Limited edition and Derek and his sales manager Reggie jumped through hoops to find us the exact vehicle at another dealership. They worked with us on value of my trade in. Derek was very persistent in trying to get me exactly what I wanted and a good deal so I couldn’t walk away. He really earned that sale. They must be under New Management. An employee came into the waiting room and greeted us, wishing us well and insuring that our wait period would be as short as possible, and wishing us a good rest of the day.Then the Service Dept. spoke with us about the work we reqested. Through it all, our experience was wonderful and very pleasant. We were handled with care and exceptional kindness.My prayer is that Waldorf Toyota treat their employees as well as their employees treat their customers.
Wow!! I normally do not write customer service reviews for good or bad service. But this time I had to write this review for the sales manager at Waldorf Toyota. I was recently provided service from Sarron Anderson, Sales Manager at Waldorf Totoya on Crain Highway. His services exceeded my expectations. He was very patient, giving me time to mentally weigh out my pros/cons on the vehicle I wanted. He was not pushy and did not hover like some salesman. When I needed him was there to answer all of my many questions (very knowledgeable), accommodating, flexible, and attentive to all my needs even after the sale, and displayed a very easing humorous demeanor. Very good sense of humor. I never thought that I would write a review such as this for a car dealer. I just wanted to make sure that he and other customers that might read this review that he is the man to see when visiting Waldorf Toyota. He will definitely be my first stop for the next vehicle I buy.
I just bought a Black Toyota Corolla 2021 with the help of Alan Levy and I couldnt be more pleased. This car is extremely convenient for commuting far distances, it drives smooth and its great on gas. Originally, the car was not at that location because it was sold out, but Alan made a way to have one brought in for me by the next day. This is the best dealership I have been to. I highly recommend it!

I brought my car in to be serviced and it wasn’t so I filed a complaint. The manager called me back and talked me into getting my car serviced properly during the week. I did and used the convenient service where you can pay online if your gonna pick it up after hours. I did that and the shop never brought my keys out to showroom. This is the second time the customer service here with this service station has failed to perform the way they should. They do not take care of their customers. These are all controllable issues and they let me down twice. This place is horrible. I had to get someone to drive me there again in the morning before work to get my car because they couldn’t run there place properly. When I showed up the next morning they seemed purple Ed that keys were not available in the showroom or that I even payed online. Horribly run.

Bought my very first car from this Toyota! A 2019 Camry SE and I loved the process. John Cooper was amazing and was extremely nice and helpful the entire time. He even bought my family and I ice cream lol. I would definitely recommend this location as well as asking for John.

Customer service is good but the price of service is outlandish!!! I came in for what I thought was a simple light indicator issue and I left $1,600 in debt!! And this was after I negotiated a discount! Whatever happened to charging the customer a fair price?

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AMI arrived 10:35. I drove into service bey where I sat till 10:48 am watching service reps on phones or chatting with each other. I got Mr. Hughes attention fir a second he said someone will be with you shortly. Finally I was approached and signed in.About 10 minutes later got text indicating I should save number to contact with Marjorie. I saved the number. I sat waiting till about 1:15 pm. Then got text to report to service booth to speak to Marjorie she asked if I wanted recommended service I said NO. Return to seat waited another 25 minutes finally car ready. I paid and Marjorie directed me to where my car was in the back. All other vehicles had been pulled around by tech and paper /plastic coverings discarded . I had to remove dirty coverings from my own vehicle. Very disappointed in customer service.Sheehy Lexus, Annapolis MD is where I have always been serviced and will be in the future . 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. And no courtesy.
There was an ease with scheduling an appointment. I did ask for my odometer to be changed so I may see the available miles remaining per gallons of gas and that was not completed. Also after the repair I had to remove the plastic protection covering and paper myself. Normally this is completed as well as have the car brought nearby to me as I saw another customer. A little disappointed as I have had my car serviced there since its purchase in 2014.

Marjorie Fortin and the repair technicians provided Hall-of-fame service throughout the repair of my vintage, yet oh so necessary,2003 Camry. They prioritized what repairs were necessary to ensure safety presently aswell as those that could wait short while. Then when all was done and it was time to retrieve my now safe car, Marjorie offered to send the Porter Bill to pick me up. The ride with Bill offered a little something extra. I learned a new-to-me less traveled way to get to the dealership. All together great moments in customer service.
The experience was amazing. My salesman James S. worked and walked liked crazy for me. I changed my mind so many times that he still remain positive and had a lot of patience. He listened to my wants and really didn’t even hassle me. Every time I saw something else he walked or ran to get the keys. Jason and his manager that spoke with us gave us the assurance that a deal was going to get done and it was amazing. My husband had an appointment so we left and came back as we stated. We been to many dealerships on Crain Highway but I can truly say I will never ever deal with those dealerships again. Waldorf Toyota is amazing. I just missed the fact that I didn’t get a steak on that grill lol however the grilled turkey burger and juices along with my new truck was a blessing. I am not one who tends to write reviews however the group of people at Waldorf Toyota are top notch!! First I must praise Lenyk she was kind hearted from the first phone call. She took time and patience from finding me the perfect car, to my trade in and finally financing. It was not just about closing a deal but helping ensure I was set up throughout the time I would own my car. Please forgive me for not remembering the gentleman in finance as he deserves much thanks as well! Lenyk then went out of her way to make sure I connected with the service manager Tammy as well as Kayla the customer service manager! Each of these people provide genuine service, nothing was rushed and every introduction was kind and caring. I must say amazing service from an amazing group of women! Wonderful customer experience all around. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning and needed a lot of work. They checked in with my wife and I throughout the day to make sure they did all of the work we wanted (new brakes, oil change, new battery and new tires). Upon leaving, Heather made sure that we had a copy of our rebate in hand and was so friendly throughout the check out process. Will definitely be going back for service in the future with Heather she was outstanding.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday 11th for a oil change. I repeat, An appointment scheduled for 10:00 am, I asked about the wait time and I was told it should be 90 minutes. I left at 3:45 pm for a oil change. If I new it would have taken so long i could have arranged for my car to be dropped off. Never again. My time on the weekend is important to me, because I seldom get a weekend off. And this was a wasted weekend that i will not get back. So therefore i will not be coming back. Appreciate customer time with honest communication

Since purchasing my 2018 Highlander from Waldorf Toyota I have brought it in for every service interval. I just had my 45K service and it was not as pleasurable as I’m used to. (Same with the 40K). While I have been pleased with the actual services done to my car my issues have been with the lack of professionalism by my service manager (Kelvin Hughes). He never returned a call from voice messages left him after the 40K. I saw him and passed him twice after my 45K and he said not a word! I had to get the cashier to get my color-coded printout (status of services) from him. He’d failed to give it to me at the 40K as well. Smaller issue, there was no disposable seat cover in my vehicle. Perhaps the mechanic removed it due to Covid protocols but the seat covers were in my vehicle after the 40K, still during the time of Covid.
Sarron and Eid H offered nothing but excellent customer service when I needed them to address one of my key concerns. I walked in and walked out within 20 mins without a hassle or wait. Keys were fixed and ready to go. They were both efficient and timely!
Mike Rush, my salesman was absolutely the BEST! He delivered quick, as promised and painless! Has called to make sure my car is meeting my expectations and I am happy. My finance girl, Brittany Wagner was awesome! She got my paperwork done, fast, with my unique situation. Kaitlyn, my customer relations manager was exceptional!!! She took care of all my wants and needs! Has even set up my appointments at my convenience so all I need to do is drop my car off & pick it back up. I had a great experience at this dealership. The employees were able to sit back and allow me to make my decision without feeling pressured. I left the dealership feeling great because I knew that I’d had time to consider my options without the added pressure of someone threatening to take a “deal” off of the table. This is my first time buying from this dealership and I can say that the customer service here was very refreshing.
I usually have a good experience coming up here but i did not like my last service. The person who was managing my vehicle was kind of rude and did not fix what was needed on my car and what I requested. I wanted a wheel alignment, a tire rotation, and a wheel balancer done to my car. She did provide the tire rotation or the wheel balancer to my car. Another thing that annoyed me was she was exaggerating about the problems of my vehicle. She kept suggesting I get new tires but my tires are nowhere bald or in bad shape. She kept mentioning i had a break problem and I dont i just installed new brakes on my vehicle but because it wasnt their parts it was a problem. The only thing I agreed with her on was to get a boot replacement done on my car but i will not be going through Toyota because of my recent experience i had. Integrity and customer service goes a long way. I was also annoyed because when I was called to pick up my car it wasnt ready. That really annoyed me. What kind of turned me off from coming back is that the tire rotation was added to my bill when the person servicing me suggested that I did not need that. Why add something that wasnt serviced? I think the person who serviced me name was Margery. Never again.
Seneca was absolutely amazing, he was extremely helpful and informative and stayed with us the whole time we looked at cars. I ended up driving out that day with an amazing car. If you need a salesman ask for Seneca hes great!
