Couldnt fix air conditioning. It ran they said for 1/2 an hour and it got cool. It shouldnt take 1/2 hour to cool off. Road in car yesterday and it was putting out 70 degree heat. It was ninety outside so just drove with Windows down. Still under warranty. Its probably the heater coil or a leak somewhere on the hose.

Bought my car here. Experience was ok. However, service here needs improvement. There is no shuttle service even if the website says it has. Waiting area is not sanitary. Furniture is not wiped down or cleaned after multiple uses. Waited over 2 hours for an oil change because of constantly short staff. The wait would not be so bad if there was shuttle services. Car wash and cleaned after the service is better done by my teenage kid. Not vacuumed. Car wash was not thorough. Was going to give 1 star. But the Service Rep Clyde.was good and efficient despite being extremely busy.

We enjoyed doing business with them, so much so that we purchased a 2nd cat from them.

Sheehy Hyundai service is incredibly frustrating. Im in need of an oil change and considering going to Safford in Springfield. I can go on and on about the poor customer service, poor communication and the issues I encountered.

Never have the car that you want in so they try putting you in a vehicle you really dont want.

This review is for the service department. Brought my car in on Friday afternoon at 1:50pm and had to asked them at 4pm if my car is as ready. All I had was a regular oil change and tire rotation. To make matters worst they didnt even wash my car. For $93 am better off going to Jiffy lube and then getting a carwash afterwards and have better quality service.

My last 3 appointments over the past 2 years have all been about the same. 3 to 4 hours for routine service, and always find dirt, trash, hand prints inside, and outside the vehicle afterwards. This location used to operate much better.

I have always taken my vehicle into this shop for my oil changes and I will never ever go back to Sheehy to try to buy a car or service a car. Its sad when the dealer wants to charge you a third more than other auto shops, but I understand the perception of being dealer trained and the warranty. But when my wife is told that she needs an alignment, radiator flush and new brake pads and come to find out from two other mechanics that I do not need the flush yet, the brakes are fine and I already new I didnt need an alignment because all 4 tires were just changed and I had an alignment. This is the first and last bad experience with this service department. Its too bad because we liked the young lady who notmally helped us out.

Oil change and tire rotation was quick and efficient. Less time then what was quoted. Awesome job.

My dealing with Sheehy Auto in Waldorf, MD ranks the worst of any online purchasing experience I have ever had. I wanted to purchase a used Genesis automobile that I had seen in. The experience started when I offered the salesperson $600 less than the asking price. The salesman went to the Sales Manager and their response was a price $610 over the asking price. When I pointed this out to the salesman he went to the Sales Manager and he said they would not take anything off the internet sales price. Despite that I said I would like to purchase the car. I asked about fees and was told the only fee was a $300 administrative fee which I said was fine. I asked for a document to confirm all the prices. When I got the document, after a day, the $300 was now $666 and the dealership had added on $2004 in taxes. I pointed out that in Oklahoma, where I live, my wife is a Cherokee and that we pay the taxes to the Cherokee Nation and not the state of Oklahoma. The Sales Manager assured me that it would be no problem and that he would verify with accounting. That began another day of radio silence where no one called me or returned my calls. The last straw was I called twice on a Tuesday at 11:14 am. I got a text from the Sales Manager telling me that he was with a customer and would call me back shortly. It is now Wednesday at 4:38 pm and still no call back. I found another car and am done with these guys. I had never had such a problem spending $44,00 dollars. Dont waste your time with these guys.

I did not have a good sales experience at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. Many promises were made concerning pickup and transport of my purchased vehicle from a sister dealer in VA, but none were fulfilled on the timeframe promised. Many excuses were used. I was hung up on by a sales manager when checking on the status of delivery and sales staff was not apologetic nor did they own up to their mistakes. I relayed this to the customer retention person during a follow-up call and was told I would receive a call back from management, but a week later there has been no call received. I cant recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle and I dont plan on visiting again even for service or warranty work.
