No sign on door but told no mask, no service. One girl behind counter and a dozen males sitting around doing nothing made it look more like a coffee shop than a phone store. Left and went to Plainfield store...Best customer service ever!
Very nice CSR ladies.
Got me all set up fast and easy.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
The gal there last week is a sweetheart, give her a raise.
When there to get a phone end up leaving unsatisfied a person washing had no clue what she was talking about
So. I wanted to upgrade my phone, was charged an upgrade fee. Ok fine, but returned the phone, and they kept the money they charged me for the upgrade fee. And i had to pay it again at the Grandville Cricket who, by the way, had FAR better service. And let me know, that upgrade fee should have been refunded and to call customer service. So, not an honest manager at the one on Alpine. Pretty shady store. Ill stick to Grandville.
Gabby was awesome! We went to a different Cricket to activate our phones and she messed mine up horribly. Gabby knew exactly what to do and fixed it so fast. We will only be going to this location from now on.
Went in today to purchase 4 phones and add a line to our account. Ryan and Isaiah were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we came for - even getting a phone from another store to be sure they had an extra in stock. They were excellent in helping us decide which phones were best for our various needs. We have done business at other Cricket dealers and we love our Cricket service, but from now on well be loyal customers of the Alpine location! :)
The first visit went well and the employee was attentive and helpful. That is why I returned. The second visit was terrible. The same employee was there and he continuously helped other people instead of those that came in first. When it was my turn (after helping the others that came in after me) he refused to help me with switching my new phones. I am unable to sync the new phone and he would not look at it. It is unfortunate because of the rural area that I live in it is an hour drive each way.
Staff so helpful
Cricket is ATT? Service fast and excellent. AT&T gives you a better deal on prepaid. GRR..EAT deals on plans and phones. They were able to resolve a problem T-Mobile could not.
I am currently switching providers to someone other than Cricket. I called the Alpine location a few minutes ago to ask a question. My question was simple. The guy never gave his name and after answering listening to my question he barked out a yes in response. I have had a few times now where I have had people at this location be very rude to me over the phone. As a result of this I am taking my business elsewhere
Great people. Great service. Great price. Switch now. You wont regret it.
I dont even know where to begin.Literally every time Ive gone into this store over the last year the experience has been worst than the last. There is one employee in particular that is troublesome. I do not know his name but I think he is the store manager, somehow. He is bilingual I firmly believe thats the only reason he has a job.Slow, unprofessional, & INCOMPETENT! A simple purchase that should take 5 minutes tops will end up taking 15+ minutes while the store manager putzes around with 0 drive or motivation to be professional or provide timely service. Ive gone in to buy a phone and spent 5 minutes just on waiting for the manager to slowly peel the protective wrapping off my phone and put the SIM card in. He got the screen protector off and then wiped his hands all over the screen. Why? Dude needs to ask people if they want to set their phones up themselves before he just helps himself to doing it for them and taking forever to do it.Hell carry on conversations with one of his friends that hang out there about whatever while hes supposed to be helping customers, including one time where he was openly complaining about other customers and bad reviews the store has gotten (hmmm). Another time they had a small TV set up and were watching a movie and openly vaping right behind the counter! Another time he had like an open cold sore or wound of some kind on his lip that was bleeding and he was coughing all over the place. Just totally gross. Especially since he likes to be so hands on with everybodys new phones in setting them up.Another time I came in and the same guy was openly bleeding from his lips the whole time, he was just dabbing it with a paper towel from time to time. I dont know if he had herpes or what but it was incredibly unsettling.Yet another time Ive gone in and the manager guy was openly talking about how their store is being audited with one of his friends while ignoring his customers at the counter. Its was the most unprofessional thing Ive experienced.Recently I went in to buy a new phone and only after we go through the whole song and dance and Im about to pay for my new phone does he mention I have insurance on my old phone and I could call them, pay $10, and have a new phone sent to me. He offered to get the me the insurance companys number, I accepted, and went on my way after he handed me (presumably) an insurance pamphlet with the phone number I needed.I get home to realize that he gave me some random payment plan option pamphlet for Cricket, nothing at all to do with insurance or how to file a claim to get my replacement phone sent to me, no phone number--useless. So I wasted an entire trip across town and back for absolutely no reason that day and didnt even get a phone number to call.I ended up going to the Northland Drive location. The employees there actually know how to be professional and provide professional service. I was immediately greeted, helped, had my questions quickly and clearly answered, and I was back out on my way with my issues resolved within 5 minutes-no exaggeration. Turns out, I didnt even need a phone number for the insurance or even call to file a claim, I was able to quickly and easily do it in the store online.--As a side note, I mentioned what Ive gone through with the Alpine location and the Northland employee told me that theyve gotten lots of complaints about the Alpine location from lots of people. To wrap up, AVOID THE ALPINE CRICKET WIRELESS STORE.Go to literally any other Cricket wireless location, even if you have to drive a little extra to get there like I do, the difference in quality of service is night and day. I am NEVER going back to the Alpine location and while Ill still recommend Cricket for phone service, I will tell everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THE ALPINE LOCATION.I cant fathom any other reason for why the Alpine manager has his job other than the fact that hes bilingual in a bilingual area.**SEE ALSO TOM FOWLERS REVIEW BELOW, IVE HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE AS WELL**
