The best store in Michigan, they have free phones even for new customers without contract

I am digging metro. After being with boost for 5 years. Metro is a much better service and the store employees were most helpful.

I have been a customer for many years. Very friendly workers.

I went in to see about a new phone. Now Im almost 70 yrs old mind u. The second time I went in I asked him a question. As he mumbled under his breath oh Jesus. Need someone in there who can deal with people. I will go to another store to pay my bill. I will not go there again ....

Was having an issue. Worker put SD card in my phone even though I said Not to. He said I didnt need to buy it he just had to put it in to see something about storage. After loading ALL my info to SD I Really didnt feel ok about just leaving it in the hands of a stranger. So I brought it. The reciept had no telephone# or name of worker. When I did get # no one ever answered. Very shady. & he discounted the SD card for me...later I looked up card I could of gotten it online significantly cheaper. PLUS SD card didnt solve issue! So my phone is still messed up & Im out nearly $30.Hey Metro feel free to make this right & credit my account my money back. And please Stop this Shady practice. Disrespect & underhanded ways are no way to build a business or gain trust.
