The two young gentlemen were professionals at their job! (Mason & Cameron) I am always treated with kindness and respect when i go in there or speak with them on the phone. I LOVE my new phone!!! Samsung Galaxy A71 5gIts super fast and I LOVE the video/camera.I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PHONE SERVICE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!‐this is how business should be done.

Mason is superior at customer service and makes you feel like your his top priority! I liked the personalization he gave me and the honest answers to all of my questions/concerns. I have been procrastinating on upgrading my phone and part of me is happy that I did because it made me visit this location vs others and it turned out to be a wonderful visit! Very happy about the whole situation, and can’t express enough how much better I felt leaving this store.

2 out of 4 phones had little to no service. Their 14 day trial is disappointing, expensive and a fraud. Was charged $70 restocking fee per phone for a service that did not work inside buildings and while driving. If you want a cheap monthly bill, and service that doesnt work this carrier is for you. I feel fortunate that my car or my daughters car never broke down and had to call for help. Probably would still be stranded. Switched from sprint to t-mobile. The networks are not integrated and very unreliable. With Verizon now, great service, people, and customer service.

Can’t stress enough how awesome the current staff is. Toni & Jesse are a delight! Kameron & Mason seriously deliver the best customer service I’ve ever received, every time I visit the store. Kameron & Mason as a team are the funnest times I’ve ever had in a T-Mobile. I’m guaranteed to have a few laughs every time. Not only is the whole staff very funny & relatable, but they do a fantastic job at balancing others problems as well as keeping a super positive attitude. Legitimately better than commercial quality staff members. 10/10 plan on visiting again soon!
