Typical gamestop corporate fault n not the stores fault. Will always stop in to look or buy regardless. Trying to keep physical alive.
The Sales Associate At The Greenridge Location Is Extremely Helpful each Time Ive Stopped Into The Store. Hes Kind, Courteous and He Doesnt Make You feel Rushed.
They are the place for used games or if you dont want to have digital games. Besides them trying to sell you their yearly plan which does give you a $5 coupon a month. That can be good for people going there a game a month type of deal. Still better than FYE at the mall.
Customer service is great. The lady that helped my son was amazing. She carried a conversation with my 17-year-old about upcoming game releases and how pre-orders works.

Called up there to pick up a game they clearly said it was available. Went to go pick it up and no one could find it. 3 store associates talking to each other about the game and decided amongst themselves to sell me a version 3 years older at a $5 price difference. They were focused on the manager purchasing something that i guess was more important than the customer lets just say i wont be going back to that location.

Ordered a Microsoft brand play and charge kit for Xbox series x for in store pick up. It was the last one they had. Went in & picked it up, got home and unwrapped the receipt from around it and it was a third party battery that sells for $5 less than the one I ordered. I double checked my order & email confirmation and this was a store screw up. Being that they only had one I tried to call them to have it held till I could come in the next morning. I was on the phone a hour waiting for them to pick up their phone. They never picked up. I had a friend in the area who actually had to stop and tell them to pick up their phone. Worst service ever!

As I walked in a had one employee say hello as he proceeds to walk to the back. Same time another employee was helping buy some old games. They had a lot so I shopped around. I found exactly what I wanted and waited. No other employee came out. As more people came in I decided to wait behind the customers selling back games. It took awhile but I understood with the amount of things they had brought in. More customers come in. At this point 3 transactions could have been made. Then as the two men finished I was cut in line. The ONE cashier that had been helping and saw me every time he looked up to talk to the two and he ignores me and helps the man with paper. I had been in the store a half hour and shopped for 5 mins. I was appalled. I obviously walked out and happily paid triple what I would have waiting for nothing in this store.
The place was mobbed or at least as Mom does they could let in. One clerk and the person was doing as much to help all the customers as possible.

Everyone is super helpful, there’s usually something good in stock.The store is pretty small so when it gets busy, it can be hard to maneuver and navigate but they have it set up as best they can to facilitate long lines.Never been where I couldn’t easily tell whether or not something was in stock or sort through clearance items.

Was in here the other day, they had a sale 2 shirts for 5 dollars. I brought up two shirts to the counter, both that had multiples under this sign. The employee goes, This one is not part of that sale. I point out theres also another two under that sign, and he tells me basically Too bad, youre wrong. So, then I ask if I can just get the one shirt for 2.50 since its their fault they put multiple of that shirt in the wrong spot. Of course, he tells me no, and he tries to make it out like im stupid for thinking a shirt under a sign that says 2 for 5 dollars should be 2 for 5 dollars. He made the first excuse that the tag says its on clearance for $20, but the other shirt that was part of that sale had a tag that said $10, so I pointed that out too.I think the guy was a manager too, and thats just terrible customer service. At the few stores Ive worked at every time something is placed in the wrong spot, we give the customer it for that price because our store messed up, and thats called good customer service I was the only person in the store so he could easily have seen I did not move anything too. I had not even been to a different display in the store yet at all, it was right by the door.

Went to trade in a console, had a perfect condition box with all original materials. The staff ripped the box apart like a 2 year old and then promptly told me after dumping all the parts out of the box from several inches off the table that they wouldnt accept the return because of a cable I had forgotten. I will never go back to this store. Im in complete amazement of how that experience just went, they treated my items like trash.

The employee at the register greeted us promptly and was pleasant. She was quite busy at the register. Another employee seated near the end of the counter didnt seem concerned with the people waiting in line or asking if anyone shopping needed assistance. The store had an overwhelming smell of cat litter. At first I thought the smell was possibly coming from a customer. Unfortunately it was the store. It was strong enough that we chose to not wait to buy a couple used games.
I like going here to buy new and used games. They always got some sort of deals and theyve always been nice to me.
It is clean and have a good selection for newer systems. That is the only good thing I can write. Every game I have bought from this place hasnt worked for some reason. The first day I got my PS3 i got 3 games and I couldnt finish the campaign on all of them. Then when I went to take them back week later to exchange them they wouldnt let me. The number of times I have had a good experience there I can count on one hand. I wont be returning anytime soon.

I will never shop at another Game Stop again. Specifically this location. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, & if you have a ‘no returns’ policy then that should be addressed to every customer. It also should be posted so people know that it’s a final sale. What’s even more appalling than no transparency within their business, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Not everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing electronics, that’s why your employees should be helpful & accommodating. Instead your company just piggybacks & takes advantage of people. Shame on you.

Knowledgeable staff, decent prices. There used to be a Funco Land here. They never give good credit/cash back on trade-in anymore, but its probably all they can do to stay open in the face of consoles offering so many download options.

Amazing store, very clean, extremely friendly and they always ask if you need help finding anything even if you go there once a week. Ive been going to this game stop for over 3 years, and I have to say that I feel welcomed right when I walk in, and all the employees and manager are just amazing! They go above and beyond to help and find what your looking for. About 1 month or so ago, I went in to order a bean bag and there wasnt any near by the closets one was in Saginaw a 2 plus hour drive, I asked the employee to see if they could hold it for me till I got there, and he did. You dont find friendly, helpful & caring employees in the retail anymore. But they definitely need raises cause again they go so above and beyond to help customers.

I was just told by my friend how he was not refunded for a PlayStation VR and how rude he was treated by Patrick Fuller, I will never come to this location again and Game stop should be upfront with people if they purchase something. If there is a no refund policy, this should be stated at first instead of someone spending almost 300 for something and now is unable to get their money back or in-store credit

Do not go to this Gamestop. They sell items and refuse to give refunds when you come inwith all of your cords and receipts. They told mt friend who brought from there for years he could not get a refund for a PlayStation VR he just brought a few days ago! I have 4 nephews, 2 brothers and a lot of friends and we will never go here again! Patrick Fuller is the rude customer service guy w green hair and glasses that was in there and he was absolutely horrible. We will go to Walmart or Amazon where they honor there customers

Pulled a Rainbow Mewtwo GX out of a booster pack. Auctioned it on eBay for $25.08. Too bad Im not always that lucky. Either way, do not take the tacos they offer. Someone referred to as the back door guy offered me his extra street taco. I ended up buying Octopath Traveler.

Agree with another reviewer, Gamestop will try to up-sell you, they have to, I get it. However, these people are pretty genuine, I stood in line the opening night for GTA5 with a friend, I wasnt even buying the game that night, I just went for the experience but they were incredibly accommodating and seemed actually excited about the release, no one really felt like they were there because they had to be. If they were or not who knows, they fooled me if so, but I was treated well and theyll be getting my dollar for games in the future.

Out of all the Gamestops in the area this one is the best. The employees have been there for some time and know what they are talking about.
This place is a joke if you try bring an old device in i had a new xbox 2 remotes 3 games they told me 70 bucks because the remotes where broke, they would have to send it all in to fix it. So i went to disc tradders in grandvile they gave me 170 said the remotes where fine dont go to game stop go to disc tradders.
Bought my ps4 there and it had a bad cord after so much of a hassle I just went and bought a new one! They arent up to date on whats going on either. Didnt tell me about the deal that was going on, found out from a different location!
