I called this store with a question about data usage in mexico and it was a bit of an emergency. The guy says i have to come in to talk about it. And that he doesnt know or cant help me. Honestly only reason i dont file a complaint to corporate is because the third store i called had an employee that fixed the issue for me and he did it over the phone no problem. So it wasnt that this guy at this store couldnt do it. Its that he was lazy and didnt want to help me.

Ive always had a good experience here, Ive been to so many locations and It wasnt until I came across this location that I decided to keep my service with Metro because I was ready to go with a different company. Maria managed to solve my problem I was having with my phone, she took her time to figure out what the problem was because not even I knew what was going on but she showed interest and concern into solving my problem and thats something other sale reps didnt offer, they were more interested in getting me out of the store so I recommend asking for Maria, the other people that work there are nice but Maria always goes that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the service, if she is not in the store then I come back when she is there, when you get used to a certain person its not the same dealing with someone else so ask for Maria, she will help you to her best knowledge and if she cant fix the problem she always finds a way, the owner should be very proud to have a employee like her.

Interrogated me, and heckled me about getting a new phone when I had previous service with them in the past. Did not have any phones in stock that were advertised. Extremely pushy when it comes to accessories. Marie has a very smug and arrogant attitude, very condescending and snide. Will be returning the piece of garbage they sold me yesterday. Has errors and malfunctions right out of the box, nothing as described. Glad I kept my receipt, have no issue going steps further if they refuse to refund me in full.BELOW 1 STAR RATING, Far below....

Reading the reviews and sounds like you cant always make the customers happy, you have to understand that there are certain things that cannot be discussed over the phone and you have to call customer service instead of a authorized dealer but not every customer understands that, also there is another store down the street next to burger king and I think some customers mistake the other one for this one because every time I go to this store, the girl that is normally there, she is very helpful and knowledgeable and the other girl down the street is rude. Out of all the stores I have been too, this store here is the BEST! and family and friends that I have sent their way say the same, I am very happy with their service and they are very nice. The girl that is normally there deserves a raise, she does a great job and this store is open on the weekends.

This is the only store that I go. Maria is always so helpful and this location happens to be the warranty store also. Today I came in because I was having phone problems and despite the fact that Maria was so busy, she always makes sure we are being helped, her multi tasking skillls sure comes in handy. The lady there literally started yelling at me and tried telling me that she couldnt look up my account at store and that i had to call MetroPCS what a lazy b.... I asked her why she had an attitude and she pretty much told me to leave I did nothing wrong.... so I called Metro and reported her and they said they dont understand why she couldnt just look up my account and she had no right to start yelling at me. Even better she wasnt wearing her name tag but they said they would figure out who she was since she was the only one there.

Maria solved my problem by making sure I got my pictures and contacts on my new phone that I purchased at the store on 54th and Division whom Im not happy with because the girl that sold me the phone lied to me about making sure i would have my pics and stuff but didnt, she was more worried about selling me a phone and getting me out but Maria at this location was beyond great, she got all my pics and contacts and was very sweet and helpful, will be def coming here now and I recommend this location and ask for Maria, she is amazing

When I first switched from boost I knew I had made the right choice and Maria who is the sales rep that is normally there, took care of me that day and has since then, If she is not there when I go then I come back when she is there, its hard to find someone with great customer service, intelligence and very friendly, this is def the store to come too, need something then ask for Maria.

Maria was very kind and sweet and I loved the fact that she asked to see my ID when using my credit card to verify that it was my card, this store makes me feel secure that if my card is to ever be lost or stollen and someone tries to use my card at this location they will be declined a sale because of ID verification.

I hate this metro pcs store. One of their workers is always on a 30 minute break which usually turns to a 45-1 hour break. I also called the phone number from the website and it says the phone is not in service. I also tried to sell back a phone that was in perfect condition, in fact i had just bought it from the store within a week from me trying to return it. The guy at the register said he would not take it, but wouldnt give a reason for why the phone couldnt be bought back, even for a low price. Also a friend of mine went there to buy the new galaxy phone and he ripped him her off, adding things that didnt need to be and then telling her she was getting it all for a discounted price, in which she was not, he was just interested in his commission. This particular worker (the same one in all of these cases) is rude and unprofessional, i will not be going to this location while he is working.

I absolutely love this store, Maria always meets my needs and she is such a sweetheart, she wasnt in there when I upgraded my phone, a preganant lady helped me which I dont know her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag, she was ok, not sure if because she is preganant she was kinda moody or if in general thats how she is with customers but I would rather just deal with Maria. I never complain and try not to leave bad feed back but I did end up complaining about another employee that covered Marias shift. He told me his name was DJ but his name tag said something else so I was kind of confused by that at first but given piss poor customer service he provide me, je probably gives customers a fake nick name so if anyone ever complains to the manager or owner they will say we have no one by the name of DJ working for our company, or atleast thats what I think because otherwise why give a customer a different name then what youre name tag says. If I ever see him working in there when I have to pay my bill or for what ever reasons, Im just going to walk out, he is so rude, arrogant, and cocky. He was on his phone when I went to buy a case for my new phone, and needed to get my contacts and pictures transfered from my old phone to my new and since I didnt have my old phone on me when that pregant lady upgraded me, she said it was no problem to come back and tey would still do that so this guy had me wait for him until he got off his phone which was roughly a good five minutes and not to mention he didnt even greet me how Maria normally does when I walked into the store and to make matters worse, when he finally got off his phone he rudely asked me what I needed instead of saying what can I do for you or how can I help you, he didnt even apologize for making me wait for him to get off his phone. When I asked him to see cases for my new phone he said they didnt have any which made no since because I had already bought one when I upgraded, I just wanted to purchase a extra case so when I proceeded to explain to him how I had already been shown different cases for my phone from that pregnant girl, he said well yea we have them but I dont know where they are at this isnt my regular store where I work at so I asked him to call the girl that helped me or Maria so they could tell him where thwy were, he then gave me another excuse and said they werent allowed to bother co-workers on their day off and once again he wasnt even apologetic, he could have simply said Im sorry we are not allowed to bother them etc... At this point he was starting to piss me off so then I asked him to transfer my pictures and contacts and was trying to charge me fifteen dollars so I asked him why and he said it was a service fee and even after explaining to him what the pregnant lady had said to me, he said that didnt matter because I didnt buy the phone from him so she had to do it for me otherwise he would have to charge me. This really pissed me off so I demanded for him to call the manager and he said they werent available so I told him to call Maria and once again he said he didnt haver her number so when I asked him how that was possible if they are co-workers he said Yea we co-workers but we dont really talk to each other like that, so I did tell him I wonder why. I just ended up walking out becasue I have never had a bad experience at that location until I cam across him, the pregnant girl was kind of bitchy that day, you could hear it in her voice but I would think because she is pregnant her hormones might make her moody but its still no excuse to act like that towards customers. I did end up calling Maria to complain about the guy who calls himself DJ which til this day I feel thats a BS made up name and despite the fact Maria was not there, she was very apologetic and felt bad I had a bad experience, she even offered me a free case to make up for his behavior but I told her she has always treated me good and I wasnt looking to get a free case and I will only be dealing with Maria like I always have.

Thought at first they were all nice n helpful. Got new phones for me and my daughter. Got home and next day realized my case was wrong couldnt plug in headphones etc. Went back up there and told oh the cases were made wrong nothing they can do about it basically im sol. I decided to stop at the metro pcs by alpine and three mile. The guy there told me they sold me the wrong case i bought a new one from him. Was told go up tell them they sold me the wrong one and get my money back. I went back was told no money back only store credit. Hey u messed up noy me and i didnt pay with a store credit. Told me oh we told u when u got it that it was wrong. No they didnt. First she said she told me. But she didnt sell me the phone. Next it was she heard the guy tell me. When i told her sorry a guy didnt sell it to me. She was rude telling me how yes it was. Til i pulled out my phone and showed her a pic of the girl who sold it to me. So happened to be her sister. I had a pic because she looked like my niece wanted to shiw my sister. Anyways the woman i believe her name was maria or marie was rude not helpful and wouldnt own up to their mistakes. All i could do is either be stuck with a case that didnt fit or store credit which i didnt need. So walked out with some charger. Not happy with that store at all.

Dont waste your time here they close early than the time posted on their door and even if they see you pull in and walking up to the door they pretend they dont see you and lock it anyways go to the one just down the road 2666 Alpine
