Spacious two floor store with lots of clothes. Little bit hidden but not hard to find.

This 2 story UO has nice selection of their signature garb. As with all Urban Outfitters, can be pricey, but you know that. Plenty in Stock, all sizes. Cashiers were challenged to answer a couple simple questions, though - they need more training & familiarity with their merchandise. Store is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Dressing room attendant wouldnt allow my daughters grandma to go in with her - odd given that they knew how many items she took in to try on. We dig the gender neutral policy, though. Progressive!

Excellent customer service

Line outside on a Friday afternoon wasnt that long. In five minutes we were ready to be let in. They take temperatures before they let people into the store. Service was fast even though there was only one person at the register.

Urban Outfitters is a great store and this one is in a perfect location. The storefront is kind of hard to see from the street since the sign is small so be aware of that. The prices are extremely fair considering the quality of the clothing and theres a large variety of tops, dresses, sweaters, etc. for every occasion. Theres an entire section for jeans with super high quality denim. They also have a great selection of accessories (bags, hats, glasses) and small novelty items. Even the sale section had some great finds as well!

I am a huge fan of Urban Outfitters but today I’m disappointed! The customer service was lovely, don’t get me wrong, but sadly their size range at this particular location was awful. No XL or XXL anywhere, barely any L, a few M, but plenty of XS or S. The management needs to rethink their stock because I was interested in so much more but couldn’t find it in my size. The way they have their size range right now really makes you feel like if you aren’t a small size, you don’t deserve to shop there.

What is the point of in store pickup if you still have to wait in a 15 person line with only two people ringing up? Takes 5 minutes for employees to ring up one guest.

The store is very very organized and it’s very easy to get the coo merchandise I’m looking for. The staff needs to get a bonus in they paycheck because they stay helping me find what I be looking for & go out of their way to check if something been misplaced every time I visit

I went here for a specific item that said it was on stock. However it was not there, customer service was ok, they saw me wondering around and didnt offer help, I had to give a good guess as to who was working there as well.

Okay, clothes are nice but the workers are so rude. Three times I’ve been here, and all times a worker has a negative attitude. One even banged on the dressing room door as I was changing, rushing me to finish. Good store with good selection, but sucky workers.

The bag beeped when we left the store two people came the manager Danny treated us like we stole something asked to see receipts and look in bags in front of everyone at the front door. Very embarrassing will never go back to that store after being treated like a thief and just got through spending a ton of money there.

This store is similar to brandy melville (both so expensive) but this store shouldn’t have that high of prices for clothes i could easily find at a thrift store! At brandy shows quality in their clothes to make the price worth it!
