Had a great experience in this store. Christina was very kind and knowledgeable in helping me switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I had the completely wrong information I needed from Verizon to switch, and she patiently walked me through Verizon’s website, guiding me on how to get the information I needed to switch carries. She also directed me on how to back up my phone, transfer my data, and reviewed the promotions to help me get a great deal! She quickly got my service running that same day, and didn’t make my wife and I wait around the store as the process finished. We were able to leave and come back when the phone was ready. I highly recommend this store.
What a total waste of time. Scheduled an appointment as requested by tmoble website as a sprint premier customer 10+ years. Arrive for my appointment and no clue why I am there. Talk about moving to a tmoble plan but unable to access my account with a valid ID never asked for my account pin or pass code?? I have no problems logging into my account.
Wasted 40 minutes. Couldnt sign me up due to some glitches. No parking had to walk a mile.
Mark and Jacob help me with very questions I had. Very question I asked was never a problem with them. When I kept coming back to the store over and over it was never a problem with them. Thank you Mark and Jacob for all your your help.

After going to the T-Mobile on main st. In walnut creek, I came to this location. I knew I wasnt going to be treated like I had the bubonic Plague. I was in fact treated like I matter, treated with hospitality and respect. I like this location. I will be comming here for now on. Thank you T-Mobile Oak Grove. I successfully upgraded my watch!
Went to this store for a change of sim card from sprint to t-mobile as I entered the store the associate was sitting on the ground he got up to help me when he saw me and when I told him that I was trying to change my sprint sim to t-mobile he acted like he didnt know what Im talking about and then when I told him that they should he went to the computer for 20 sec and said are sprint system is down wich is a lie and then I had to call oakgrove t mobile store and they said that they would do it and that this store never wants to change or help sprint costumers . Very un professional
I went into this place looking for a cell phone. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for a very long time. The first thing that happened when I got in there was they tried to upsell me to a phone that was double the cost of the one I was looking at. Then they finally showed me the ones that I was interested in. After that before I have even decided, it got worse. They began pushing a $18 a month insurance plan for the phone I was looking at. Keep in mind the phone Im looking at is $20 a month.They kept telling me that UPS might break my new phone while they were delivering it, and then they wouldnt be responsible for it because it was too expensive for them to cover with their liability insurance. It really turned me off to the entire experience. I decided not to buy a new phone and if I do Im definitely going to do it online.
We came in to the store on Oak Grove to take care of several things, including adding a line, upgrading a couple of phones and moving lines from another carrier. Robert and Dylan were both attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The first time we went in, Robert explained the current promotions and what we needed to do to switch everything over. We got everything in order and made an appointment to come back the next week. At that time we worked with Dylan who answered all of our questions and helped us decide what would work best for our family. Both were knowledgeable on the technical side of things when it came to backing up phones and making sure the current info was transferred over. Dealing with phone service is not a fun chore so when you have to do it, talk to Dylan or Robert!!

Fantastic! Had serious issues. Emails not pushing through to my phone, etc...A comcast problem that T Mobile managed to unravel....so easy! They fixed my problem with a smile and professional work ethic. Love them!
