Google maps had the stores area on the west side of Broadway yet that is no issue of Pandoras.

Yesterday I visited Pandora in Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek, California. It was my hope to return two stackable Pandora Rose rings that unfortunately turned my finger a greenish color. I do have sensitive skin, but did not think this would be an issue. The rings I bought were on final sale from another store, which I was not made aware of at time of purchase, however I did understand that they could not be returned. What I did not appreciate was the employee helping me rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at my boyfriend and I when I told her about the discoloration that the rings caused. Before realizing that the rings were final sale, the employee asked another new employee to come observe the return transaction and proceeded to imply that I was lying about the discoloration caused by saying to her trainee, well she says that it turned her finger green, but I dont know, so just put that as reason for return, in a very snarky and dismissive manner. Although I understand sale rules,t employee was rude and condescending, and I feel there should be exceptions if the jewelry is physically causing changes. Even if no exceptions are made, it is not okay for an employee to treat a customer like this or train another employee while acting like this.
