I had a wonderful experience with Sunglasses! Lots of Choices.Ladies are so helpful.Milla was amazing! Gave me even more options:) Thank you guys ! Highly recommend them!
I had a spectacular experience purchasing my new sunglasses in this store today! I had a very friendly and knowledgeable sales lady who went above and beyond!
Ive visited a lot of Sunglasses Huts and the staff here are decidedly the friendliest and most helpful of all of them. I love my Sunglasses and the team was very attentive about helping me make a great choice.
Great experience. The help from Mila was amazing!!
Gary is awesome!! So helpful and kind!
Nice store location. Friendly person at the door, only allowing a few people in at a time. I felt comfortable
I ordered glasses from Oakley online for my son’s birthday and they were shipped for pick up at the Walnut Creek store. Sunglass Hut is represented as being open when in fact they are closed down for remodel. The glasses were sent back to Oakley and are no longer available! This is ridiculous and frustrating....
The older white salesman had a negative sassy attitude. Selling made in China sunglasses for a minium wage, yet acts like hes superior to others. Get a life! The woman had class. She is not being reviewed here.
Very well run store with excellent sales people and good selection.
Nice folks, lots of products. Had ideas where I could find what I was looking for
The people that work here are amazing, I sat on my glasses and they were able to repare them at no cost, definitely I will continue to buy my glasses here
Hello,My name is Loryn Barbosa and I am contacting you guys in regards of a very unwelcoming experience at one of your locations.Today on Sunday, July 18th, at approximately 5:45, my boyfriend and I came to the Sunglass hut location (1188 Broadway Plaza, D26, Walnut Creek, CA 94596) and while we were approaching the store we saw three African American males leaving the store. When we walked up we saw a male sales associate (possibly caucasian with gray color hair) lock the store doors behind them. We looked at each other confused because there were still customers in the store. We came to approach the door, and I had to knock SEVERAL times for them to open the door. Finally, the male sales associate with gray hair opens the door slightly to where his head had just enough space to talk, asks Do you guys know what style you want?Completely unaware that we already had a pair put on hold from the other Sunglass hut store in Macys (1320 Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek, CA 94596)We then told him that we actually had a pair on hold, THEN HE FINALLY LET US IN!My boyfriend and I are both African American. And for us to see a Sales Associate lock the store doors (during store hours) to rudely be let in and basically questioned before letting us in, was very insulting, rude, and uncivil! We left without purchasing our item that we already had on hold for us from you guys in disgust! Were not looking for any type of compensation from the store or the company, however we would like to let you guys know what type of racial experience we had at one of your stores an that you have not only lost two regular customers, but we also are already spreading this irreperable scenario with ALL of our friends, family, and ANYONE who sees the reviews on google and/or yelp. This was extremely disheartening and unprofessional.
Maureen is awesome sales person
Lovely experience.
