Jennifer made the process of renting a unit so easy! She helped us tour the units and facility. We had to bring our kids and she was so understanding and great with them. The prices are VERY reasonable and the facility is very clean and secure. We ended up renting a unit from her and we would DEFINITELY recommend this facility to anyone!

I recently rented a unit at this location and had to come by for a few things about 15 min til closing (yes, I was that guy!) The customer service rep, Brandon, greeted me with a smile, warm welcome, and helped me out immensely. Gave me a tour of the facility, told me about offers, and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a customer. He even went as far as to try and help me find storage for my vehicle!!!The facility itself is immaculate, and the units are very well maintained with great security! Couldnt recommend more!

Professional and Personable. From getting set up to transferring to a different unit, everything was smooth and efficient.

I wanted months for this place to open. It is very clean and the units sizable. It’s pricey with I fell that I am getting my money’s worth. I went to see able getting an additional unit and Jennifer was there to greet me and I was impress when I told her my last name and she immediately knew my first name. That’s what I call knowing your customers. She was very helpful with assisting me to pick out a new unit and gave me some suggestions on how I could make my plan work. Thank you life storage.
