Terrible storage company. They have a rat infestation that destroyed my brothers furniture. Although he pays monthly for insurance they say it does not cover his property destroyed by the rats. Now he has to replace his belongings that was in great condition when he stored it there because the insurance wont reimburse him for his destroyed property. What is the purpose for insurance if you cant benefit from it.

The first time I utilized my code for entrance into this facility it worked just fine..but in the process I was there after dark trying to unload a uhaul truck full of furniture before morning so I could drop the rental vehicle off..yet it was dark and so I left to go get a few things to assist me...i.e. lightbulb ladder broom to sweep the place out etc..after returning back to this facility and accessing my code I was denied entry into this storage facility...now this inconveniences me in several ways..#1 not being unable to unload the rental truck and return it properly by contract without incurring any extra fees because of not being able to take it back that same night and putting the key in a dropbox..having to unload the truck elsewhere possibly the next morning means I miss a day of work..I paid for storage and insurance 86 dollars for nothing basically and will have to pay for th eff truck another day since I was unable to unload tonight because my code did not allow me access..I just need to be reimbursed for the cost of the storage and may still face repercussions from my job not being able to go to work since I still have a truck full of furniture just sitting here in Warner Robins that I transported from Augusta Ga with Hopes of being able to put up until i make another decision about housing..thanks for nothing

This is a great place if you need a storage unit. They are very compassionate and understanding people that care. So if you need a storage unit I would recommend Fort Knox Storage . Great people great service ! 😊

I rented Union in Warner Robins Georgia on Green Street I had an incident Graham storm came and put in my music just yet but the agent that Ive been dealing with I believe his name is Ralph has done an outstanding job find tax bit constantly and if I call and he misses my call income calls back promptly I would recommend using this sort facility.

The only reason this place has such good reviews is because a few months ago they sent out an email that said if you reviewed you could win a year of free rent, guess they are making that money up by raising everyone elses.Originally gave this storage place 5 stars but have had issues ever since they changed owners, first my lock was changed without any warning and I showed up to find myself locked out an it took over an hour to find someone who could let me in, now they are raising my rent in the middle of a pandemic when most people including myself are out of a job or not able to travel and collect our things, this is disgusting behavior.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I definitely would! This place took my money for the rental unitand never provided me service. I never received a unit and when I called in to receive my refund for not receiving the unit they stated it can’t be refunded my payment went to administrative fees.. this company is a complete rip off! Ran by a third party company that has no idea how to help all they can do is forward your message to someone whom will never give you a call back! Complete ripoff, this company should be shut down!

Just went to our storage unit to get Christmas decorations. Unit lock was changed. I called to see what was going on. It took over an hour for them to call me back. No one knows how my lock was moved to another unit. When I finally got the combination to the new lock I discovered someone had been thru my locker and stolen some of the contents. I will be filing a police report.

No one is never there rats chewed through my belongings someone entered inside my unit without my permission cut my lock office without any authorization or permission through me they lie about aunction and dont place anyone at the locations to talk to about the problems forfeit my contract without any notification Management Dont notate anything when changes are being made everyone have access to ur storage Poor place too store ur things advice if u want to be stress free and free of rodiants PlzDont Go there I had to start over with everything
