We have been using this facility for 6 months.Always clean and the facilities are in good condition. We have a climate controlled area. Temperature and humidity controls seem to work well. Pest control is efficient. Personnel are friendly and helpful.One truck gate has been out-of-service the whole time but there is an alternate, although not as easy, route to the storage building.Prices are on the high side but I would consider this a good value. I would recommend.

I’ve been renting here since 2013 and came back recently and the service is horrible. They will lock you out of your storage after just a week of being late. The late fees are absolutely ridiculous. The lady that works here is rude and nasty for no reason. Often complaining to us about her job and excuses as to why she can’t provide proper service.

The staff are very nice but do not have the ability to provide customer service. The first store we went to (out of 3 in this town) did not have the equipment we needed and directed us to another store. Fine. The second store we visited did not have their internet working and so could not rent out anything. The kind employee sold us something that he said might work because we were not up to driving to the third store which may or may not have been able to help us they didn’t know. Don’t know how this company plans on staying in business but okay.

Andrele was absolutely fabulous! Very helpful with giving me information. As we were driving, we had great conversation about my daughter attending college. She wanted to know if I needed anything else.....just all around an extremely helpful young lady with a sweet spirit! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to have served me!

Prices are ridiculous and are too often raised by large amounts with little warning.

Ive been with this storage unit since 2015... while it was storesmart... I had 2 units... as of today I pay 30 bucks more a month for one just one unit than I did when I had two. Payments are a joke... I have to pay extra for u to take my money or Im penalized 120% late fee??? And I work out of town so youre never open when Im in town... Auto pay isnt an option as my checks are never a set date to authorize for free payments. Very unhappy that its harder to make payments and prices just keep going up.Edit: you say to submit my information I did three times and still never heard anything from anyone. .. complete joke

Horrible place! As we were unloading our furniture, it started to rain and we watched the rain pour down on our furniture and other belongings. When we went to the front desk, it was if they knew it had leaking issues and they handed me the paperwork for flood damage which only covers 2k worth of valuables. If youre anything like me, my household stuff is worth a lot more than $2,000!!! 😡😡😡

I used this place for multiple deployments and I was really happy each and every time with how they are willing to work and take care of military members with the rates and pricing. Would recommend them to anyone.

This company raises their fees every year by at least 10% which does not add up for me since inflation has not gone up yearly by that amount.
