Renter Beware!!I should have know better when I did the walk around. Multiple issues with the cargo van I rented from this location.1. Radio doesn’t work. Driven approximately 200 miles without a radio.SAFETY Concern: the rear camera didn’t work because it’s routed through the inoperable radio.2. BOTH USB’s don’t work.3. Vehicles onboard dash compass didn’t work.4. Lots of scratches and paint chips not identified by the U-haul stickers.5. Drivers side rear tail light cracked and missing some of the plastic housing (no sticker) which allowed6. Significant amount of water in the cargo compartment (with a musty odor).Now, if it were just one of these things were to happen, id just let it slide. However, I brought my BRAND NEW iPhone charging cable and I couldn’t charge my phone. My phone was being used for my GPS, which died half way through and I got slightly lost.. causing more miles. Why does this matter (besides the principle)? They charge additional $$$$ per the mile!Lastly, upon return, there’s a big sign that says if you don’t leave a copy of your rental agreement with your keys you will be charged an additional $30. This is quite comical and the icing on the U-Haul cake because my contract was printed on computer paper, with no additional copies to provide them.I saw three other keys on the floor without copies of the contract attached. I guess they’ll get charged $30.Don’t be like me; so somewhere else or demand a better vehicle.
I’m giving 1 star based on the standards they keep their trucks in and on the staffs customer service. My wife and I picked up a truck from this location and not only was it noticeably filthy but it smelled like the worst body odor you could imagine! Once we returned the truck the staff was incredible rude and told us that the truck wasn’t dirty it just smelled bad… I’m attaching photos to this post so you tell me what you think! The second truck that we were given wasn’t as bad but was only a small step up. Don’t visit this location unless you want rude unprofessional workers and a health risk of a truck!
I’ve used this exact location no less than 4 times over the last couple of years for different moves and I’m not sure if it’s changed management or what but this last experience has been the best. The employees were nice and hardworking. They also seemed to really care about your time and making sure it wasn’t wasted unlike past experiences I’ve had there. I was scheduled for a 7:30am pickup and was in the truck ready to go by 7:35. The only thing I wish could have been done was the truck pulled upfront for me because backing it out between several other tightly packed trucks was scary but I made it through. They were great at return and gave all the information I needed to know. I’ll definitely be using them again if I move back to Warner Robins.
The lady/person working the register is incredibly rude. When we asked for propane she said right now? This store doesn’t close until 7 and we arrived around 5. Then she laughed at us when we asked where she wanted us to bring our tank. It’s our first time visiting this location. She also decided to not tell her coworker like she said she would that we needed propane so we sat and waited for 20 mins. We ended up having to find the guy ourselves. Ridiculous
Some employees are extremely rude. I checked in on the app and went up to one of the employees to tell her I checked in. She said, “OK? And what do you want me to do about it??”Ummm hello? Give me the keys and show me where the truck is! Infuriating. Go the extra few miles and pick up your U-Haul at a better location.
I rent from this location whenever I possibly can! I will say that Samantha, the stores GM is exceptional in customer service. She will also assist most of her help with a smile. She has a great way to help ease the stress of purchasing materials and renting trucks. She will help you physically load your purchase if you bought a bunch in the store. She held the store open for me one evening when I got the store hours wrong. Samantha, you are the bomb.com!
Scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ahead of time, the website specifically states that if youre going to wait for installation then schedule before 10 or 11 a.m. Show up at 8 a.m. to be told that the wiring hasnt even been shipped and that their installation guy doesnt even show up until after 12. Either corporate doesnt care that their store has only limited staff and availabilities or the store isnt able to meet the demands.Staff was great, I wouldnt hold it against them since it was 8 a.m. and they seem like theyve had this issue several times before and corporate is setting them up for failure.
AlwayS check the trucks you rent from them. They charged me for a Dolly that was never in the truck. They made it seem like I somehow wanted to scam them out of a Dolly. That part is unacceptable.

I called ahead to confirm that the specific model hitch was in the store because I was driving from Jones county. I got here and they had the model in stock but it appeared to have been installed once before and they had no installation bolts??? On the install screen it clearly illustrated that the bolts were included but the sales person swore my vehicle had the bolts on it lol dissatisfied and disappointed!
We walked in to find out about renting a truck, and the guy there wasn’t at all helpful. It always amazes me when you run a business, and do not feel the need to either be helpful, or courteous. We’ve rented from them before, and it has gone well, but it’s a hit and miss there.
I stopped by my climate controlled storage unit last week to pick up a couple of items. When I went inside, where the different storage units are, it was HOT! I understand that the temperature got real hot real fast this year, and I also understand that, on a busy day, it may not perfectly hold temperature because of the doors opening and closing often. However, I also did not hear, or feel, any air or fans being ran to help compensate. I walked to other locations in the building to check, and there is a duct immediately above my storage room door. There is also a thermometer inside that says that the temp should be no higher than 85 degrees. It was sitting on 85 degrees (though it felt hotter). Considering we were coming up on the hottest part of the day and that I heard no fan or air on, I went to speak with someone inside. Unfortunately I dont remember the guys name, but, when I inquired about the the temperature, he immediately replied that it was because they had been busy stating, with attitude, I just had to open the doors this morning for people. It was 15:00 at the time I spoke with him so that felt like an invalid argument, but I dismissed it and just stated that maybe the thermostat should be turned down to compensate for the heat and opened door as we pay extra for climate control so items that would be affected by the elements are not (for me it is a wide array of woodwind and brass instruments). He stated that he didnt know where the thermostat was (still with attitude). I suggested he call a manager for assistance. He then informed me he was the manager (insert side eye here). Upon learning that, I advised that he should contact an area/district manager and that I would be leaving a review and following up on the temperature (tomorrow) and will be contacting corporate if things have not changed. If the unit is not climate controlled properly, then why should I be paying climate controlled prices?

Contacted the to get a trail hitch installed, the gave us an appointment.Failed to call us about the hitch not coming in.Failed to reschedule our appointment, and now will not answer the phone..Not the way you should do business
I had Uhaul install a hitch for my Enclave. They had it in stock, I made a reservation, and dropped my car off that morning with them. The hitch was installed and looked great hidden behind the bumper. They were also reasonable with the price for the hitch and install. I’m glad I chose to work with UHaul!
I was helped almost immediately when I walked to the front desk, I cant remember if his name.. something like Mark, Matt or Mike... anyway he was a younger guy. Very sweet and helpful when I had an issue (on my end not the fault of uhaul). Very thankful for the good customer service.
If you need to rent a UHaul truck in Warner Robins...this is the place to go. They might be a bit slow, and maybe even a bit high in price... but they make that up with excellent service. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about, but Ive rented from them at least 10 times over the years, and everything about it was good. They have been here, at this same location....for as long as I can remember. Give them a call and Im sure you wont be disappointed.
I have rented from this location twice. Jennifer is very pleasant and professional. The service was prompt and curteous on both occasions, making both visits worth the money.
Reserved a truck Days ahead and explained to the rep what truck i needed, still reserved the wrong size truck, and the additional equipment i requested was not in the truck when i got home and of course they were closed, threw off my whole schedule for moving, great inconvenience!
I have never had a problem with any staff or service. Always greeted with friendly smiles,Attitude is the key! If you are rude then it wouldnt matter what kind of service they were do, you still wouldnt be happy or rate them high.Remember they have bad days too!Five stars from me!
I called to get a price on a trailer, I spoke with someone named Mike. The first thing he asked me for was my cell phone number or email address. I hate giving that out because then you get spam and sales calls. When I expressed that to him instead of reassuring or offering other suggestions he hung up on me. When I called back a lady answered the phone and after going through the whole process told me they could not rent a trailer to me because my truck is older than 2011. Funny but I rented a trailer a month ago elsewhere and it was not an issue. I never did get a price I suggest if you want customer service you try one of the other 2 places in Warner Robbins

They over book the rentals and this caused me and my husband such a headache. We called this location on a Thursday to book for a 2 day rental for Friday ans Saturday the women over the phone took all info to set up reservation. Come Friday they called saying the rental was for Sunday and Monday never stating that these were the days they were going to set up the reservation for in the 1st place. So this caused a huge headache and time gap in our day for moving. We finally were able to rent a truck for another Uhaul place in town but was only able to get the truck for one day. So that we are thankful for but not for that fact we did not get the other truck until midday and basically had to pull an all night to get moved in one day instead of breaking it up into two as we originally planned for. So PLEASE DO NOT USE THE LOCATION ! They will over book and you might not even get the days you want due to them not letting you know until the day after . Please Give the U Haul Location of of 301 West Robins parkway your business Christian Martin was incredible and was able to get us a rental at least for one day and helped us to somewhat get our situation better!

I HATE THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO MAKE THERE CUSTOMERS PULL OUT THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE WHEN THEY PULL OUT ONTO ORCHARD WAY THE CANT DRIVE AND HAVE THE WHOLE RODE BLOCKED HOW ARE PEOPLE SUPPOSE TO TURN DOWN THE RODE IF THE ENTIRE TRUCK IS TAKING UP BOTH LANES THEY NEED TO EITHER HAVE THERE CUSTOMERS PULL OUT THE FRONT DRIVE OR FROM THE REAR.

We drove 64 miles and were charged for 84 miles they will intentionally put in a wrong mileage and hope you dont look then when you catch it they go in the computer and correct it.
Vehicle pickup and drop-off went without any issues, however I was told when I booked the vehicle that there was no guarantee due to it being their busy season...
Poor customer service, was greeted with a bad attitude from the start.
