Quick friendly service and the drinks always taste amazing. Wish it was here when I lived in the burg.

I go to this Starbucks all the time, and I don’t have a single complaint. The baristas are always so kind! I have never felt like I was a burden to any of them. They are extremely efficient in getting orders out to customers. The facility is so clean. I couldn’t say enough good things!

The coffee quality was great! I didnt like what I got, but you could definitely taste the high quality in the coffee. They had amazing service and were very polite and actually made me laugh. My favorite drink would have to be one of their mocha frappes. They were hella packed though. Line was long, but moved pretty fast.

Great staff but in my opinion how good the coffee is depends on there order. Im not a big fan of there assortment of teas

They donate a lot of goodies to the ladies at the shelter. Very cool folks.

While the staff is nice and the drinks and food typical Starbucks, my main complaint is them forgetting your orders. If you order more than just a drink, they will forget the bakery order at least 1/3 of the time. Then it takes a while to actually get ahold of a staff member to remind them that youve been waiting over 15 minutes for your food, and there have been customers who ordered food after you and are already gone. And they dont even apologize for the inconvenience and extra time waiting.Ive lived here for 4 years. This has only been a problem for the past year or so.

They were very nice. They got our drinks out within 10 minutes and there were 7 of us ordering. Pretty impressive.😎😍😘

Hit or miss.usually the product is pretty good. But the staff can sometimes be really grumpy and angry that you asked for extra things. Even if you do tip. And since this Starbucks is run by the University or affiliated with it in some way, you cannot use your points to purchase anything nor make orders through the app.

RUDEST Starbucks I’ve ever encountered in my life. Love the company, was a barista a few years back and loved it. But I can’t wait for the other Starbucks to open in warrensburg so this one looses all of its business.

This Starbucks is in a great place for UCM students and Warrensburg locals to access. It has decent indoor seating, great outdoor seating, and public restrooms. It doesnt have everything a stand alone Starbucks has but does carry the usual assortment of snacks, pastries, and mugs. The staff is pretty friendly and always cool about my service dog having a pupperccino.

Great service and the drinks are made well. What more do you want from a Starbucks?

I’ve had some encounters with the Starbucks in warrensburg. Not gonna lie pretty good but every time I get a frappe it’s really thick and hard to drink and a lot of the employees are on their phones or standing around and doing nothing.

The staff is always friendly! However I find it frustrating that the hours listed online never match the actual store hours. Love walking in only to find out that they are closing an hour or two earlier than what’s posted online. It’s always a toss up.

They’re only excepting card right now and i only had cash and they just gave me my drink and i offered to pay cash and they wouldn’t let me. Best Starbucks ever

Hands down the worst experience and service. Unfortunately have been treated like a burden here several times. Simply asking for half and half will get you a dirty look. It’s too bad that the staff represents Starbucks poorly here.

The staff is very friendly and I love that Warrensburg has a Starbucks, but since it is not a full franchise, I cant redeem my star rewards here, nor use the app to order ahead. But I like the atmosphere and location.

Service is quick and the staff is nice. However, Ive been there twice and the coffee always taste brunt. Vist the one of the local coffee shops instead.

The employees are nice and they know how to prepare my drink (I dislike sweet coffee). It can get crowded from 10a.m to 12 p.m (especially on the weekend), other than that, the lines go fast.

Everyone that works in there is professional and gets drinks out fast with a smile on their face. Sid is my favorite, shes the sweetest!

They are not considerate of the hard hearing as I did not get my sandwich I ordered, as they did not loudly say the order, so I asked where my sandwich was, they said someone else took it and was out of stock... so I got stuck with some other sandwich I had not ordered ... and my drink (chai latte) tastes like water, not a chai flavor to be found. Very disappointed and know never to let dumb college students make my food or drinks ever... they dont know a thing about good customer service.

Staff very nice but the coffee tasted burnt. I couldn’t redeem my reward because this is a franchise store. Glad to see a Starbucks in Warrensburg after I’ve left this town for 20 years.

Barista yucked my yummy drink. She made it wrong also. Light ice is not a venti scoop. Also idk why she shook it in a shaker. People have allergies. Management needs to train baristas better. Thanks.

If I could I would rate 0 stars. Been here multiple times hopeing they would get better with time and every time they screw up my orders. Most recent is I added mocha syrup to a vanilla bean frappuccino, instead of it staying white like it does at every other Starbucks it comes out looking like chocolate. Wrecked the whole drink flavor.

Incredible service. I went in for 4 drinks during the marching band competition and though the line was long the girls handled it well!!

The WiFi here is UCMOs, meaning that if youre not a student you must set up a guest account with UCMO. I was on the phone with their technology support center for 20 minutes and they couldnt figure out why I couldnt connect to their guest login page, meaning my trip to get work done here was a waste. Heres a protip Starbucks, dont depend on a different organization to provide a core service of your business model.

Awesome place to get a drink

Pretty Bleh Starbucks experience. I asked the cashier if they had the nitro and she had to ask the other worker. They said they did. So I got my coffee and it was definitely not a nitro. It was terrible. They made me a replacement Chai with no trouble. There was just a handful of customers in the store and the workers felt like they couldnt even handle that.

This Starbucks ‘belongs’ to the college. So don’t expect Starbucks’ high speed WiFi (the connection here is a little flaky). You’ll need to create an account with the college. They RARELY ANSWER THEIR PHONE and there are NO comfortable seats. I’m not sure why this location is even open to the Public. The place is so TINY you can barely breathe. It’s a joke. The only relief is to sit outside where the BUGS will eat you (and this small town is SWARMING with them.
