The vehicle had a missing fuse box cover and he had already purchased it prior to our sale after my mechanic inspected car. He answered all relevant questions to my satisfaction and was both courteous and congenial. He has low overhead and is able to compete on fair prices with competing and larger dealers. It appears his business plan is lower pricing and constant and consistent turnover of his inventory.
