While travelling it became apparent my tires were burned up. Jason and staff accomodated my needs at a moments notice, already late in the afternoon, mounting new tires, oil change and chain service. EXCELLENT service and support from a great team.

The service I get here is top notch. Ive been buying parts from Jake Bussari for about 10 years and the only time I go anywhere else is if he cant get the parts. The service and parts selection is unmatched.

They were great they directed me to the correct tires and they werent in stock so they ordered them and should be here in a couple days.

They’re seriously the best. We’ve come here several times and the customer service is amazing. Today they gave my little boy who’s obsessed with all things dirt bikes a free hat and water bottle and my son was on cloud nine.

Worked with Jason on the purchase of my 790 Adventure. By far the best and easiest powersports purchase Ive ever had. They were extremely strong on my trade-in value, discounted the brand new bike, financing was easy as can be. When I needed to change my appointment time to pick up the bike, they accommodated me and still had the bike fully prepped and ready to go. I was at the dealership for 15 minutes, in and out and on with my new bike.I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a motorcycle, work with these guys. Will be back in the future no question, and will always check here first for parts/accessories. Excellent.

Helpful staff, good prices and inventory

Dont get your tires changed here! I am retracting my 5 star rating(0 stars would be more fitting), as I feel Rocky Mountain ATV no longer deserves my five stars rating for their prices, quality and customer service. I was getting my tires changed every 2-3 months, I always take my tires of my bike to make it a quick change for the tire technician. I had to have them change tire positioning on the rim a couple times, (simply the red dot and the heaviest part of the rim werent true before weights) any way it never took them an hour even on the fix. they used to charge 20 for the front 25 + tax and a 10 dollar disposal. I was not informed of their Rate hike prices. I got charged $116 dollars for my tire change(off bike tire change) The assistant at the counter was derogatory in his attitude, saying You wont find it cheaper anywhere else, and they are trying to stay competitive. 1.09 hours and $116 dollars is neither fast nor competitive, especial when you leave grease on the front tire, (pictured below) Go to Tim at Desert Thunder, he does a job that is worth the wait time, and the money. theres a few other local guys I would rather wait for then RMATV, I will not be a returning customer. The customer service prices and quality dont equate.

I will not do business with these guys again. The parts I ordered arrived late then the windshield didnt fit and I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to get someone to pick up, gave up and went to the computer and spent another 50 min online to a rep to chat and got charged 22$ to return an order. Hey rocky mountain your customer service sucks!!!!

Fantastic service from Jason G.- I purchased 2021 TX300i, with a bunch of accessories, all of which were installed at no cost within a day of the bike coming off the truck, including both rear and front tire/mousse swap and some last minute upgrades. The bike build was incredible, high attention to detail, ergos, etc... every bolt feels torqued to spec.Excellent pricing, clear communication, I will be buying my next bike here.

I have had good experiences here so far. I bought a 2017 motorcycle from them and they just did my 600 mile service. Pretty straight forward. I have had no complaints yet. They also seem very fair in their pricing and general customer service. Thank you guys for honest service and customer support.

I come here often, mostly to look at new KTM 300s and day dream about riding with the boys and being able to keep up with them and not having to kickstart my 20 year old bike every time it stalls out. I only did 4 stars because every time I need a part they have it in Payson and not St George, seems like they just don’t stock a lot of parts. Fortunately most times I order from them it gets to my door in like 48 hours.

Majority of everything in their inventory had a sold sign.

After a rebuild my gaskets were leaking, And they screwed me out of a crank..👎👎

I just placed a $1000 order and got a confirmation stating everything was fine. I also wrote a nice review over past experiences unfortunately 5 days later when I hadnt received my order I call them and they stated that they were not going to send my order until I got online with my bank and verified it was me placing the order due to the fact the order was over $500.The lady apologized and offered to split the order up but one item was over $500 so I told her to just cancel the order.She stated I wasnt the only one upset with this new policy.I have recently bought a bike from them and placed numerous online orders but this was probably the last online order I will ever place with them.

During a road trip with my son, we stopped in to have a mechanic look at my kawasaki vulcan that was shifting strange. Mike from this shop/dealer rode it around and lubed the shifter lever and cleaned it up. We were worried it would be a big job in the transmission, but he got it shifting smooth again and got us on the road at no cost. Mike saved us from cutting the trip short. Great guy and great shop in my book.

Great service and unbeatable prices on KTM, Husky, and Kawasaki.

This place has really good prices and a descent selection on the floor. They can order pretty much any product for any machine, or bike. My only complaint is about the customer service. Sometimes you can get them care about answering your questions, but more often than not, they are arrogant and short. I get the industry is a tough guy industry and you have to act cool and hard all the time, but some customers are not going to respond to that kind of attitude. If the management could coach the employees a bit more on being attentive and polite, I would shop here exclusively.

Customer service could be better at this dealership. Id prefer that they Under Promise and Over Deliver rather tell me theyd call when my battery arrived, they didnt, and that they would have put the acid in it as they said they would.... That would have gotten them all 5 stars.

These guys are great. Always friendly and helpful. Great prices on things you need to buy to maintain your bike. The showroom has bikes to sit on and look at. They have also gone out of their way to make to provide excellent service for me and they havent tried to over charge for service compared to the other 2 main dealerships in town. Strongly recommend these guys. The manager and whole crew are helpful and provide excellent customer service, which at times is hard to find in the St. George area.

I was out on a 10 day off road ride when my klr started acting up I had stopped in St George and called them for help what they told me was they couldnt get me in. In my years of traveling I have universally experienced bring it in we will get you back on the road...not here! Luckily I found a small local place. I have purchased a lot on line from them...no more!

Ive bought 3 new bikes from these guys. They have been around Saint George as long as I can remember and are very knowledgeable about everything they sell and what would be best for the buyer. My last new bike purchase was last week and Jason the manager treated me so fantastic and gave me such an incredible deal that words cant even describe how happy I am with the whole experience. When you buy new tires when Jason is in a good mood, but pick them up when he is in a bad mood. Jason will charge you again. Be sure to have your wallet on you when you pick up new tires you already paid for. Jason believes in charging people twice.Please let me know if you have questions.

I like motorbikes. And I like motorbike shops. but I REALLY like this one. They give great service. They dont mind that Im a complete mechanical nincompoop. They help me unload and load the bike when my hand is hurt. Its just nice to shop here. Its nice to have a pretty good local retail selection and even nicer to get free shipping from the mothership warehouse up north for pickup at the store.If you are a motorcyclist, the day this store opened, biking in Southern Utah got a LOT better!

Ordering random small parts and bars is easy and quick, as well as getting a tire changed. Its the bike service that needs work. I sent in a WR250 for valve service and they took 8 months to complete it. The bill was around 3000 for a complete engine rebuild because they found a lot that was wrong with it. The bill is half understandable, but 8 months? Way too long. If we had needed the bike then we would have just came and got it. I dont actually know if they were being honest with what was wrong with the engine, but Im going to assume they were telling the truth.

HORRIBLE! 1 star is generous. Never return anything to these guys. I received an item in the original blister package and returned it in the ORIGINAL blister package the very next day. I returned the item the EXACT same way that I received it!! I waited 20 days and never heard anything about my return. I called RM ATV/MC and inquired. To my surprise they said it was not returned in the original packaging and wanted to charge me 25% (~$100) for some apparent damages to the item. I talked to a customer service rep and three managers and was told by all that there is nothing they can do. Finally after 52 minutes on the phone they reversed the charges. This company has crooked management and employees and does not consider the customer at all! Dishonest company!!! Buyer beware!!!! I will never, ever do business with RM ATV/MC again after this experience of being a good customer with 6 dirt bikes and an ATV.

5 Star-Service both for my bike and customer service is superior to what I have experienced from any bike shop. The service tech did a ton of research to solve an installation issue. The team called me back timely with details and they were a pleasure to work with and the technician staying up most of the night was able to solve my problem. I dont rate 5 stars often and I am happy to give this amazing dealership a 5 (the best in Southern Utah)! I will continue to use them for my service needs and next purchase.

Counter staff friendly and helpful. Quick to order items if not in stock and normally available by next day. My experience over the years with RM ATV/MC here and Internet has been outstanding. Only downside is no military discount at this time. Would be great. To see that change.

Drove to St George for a desert race. 36 hours before the race my bike broke down and had no time to order parts. We spoke to Jason about getting a new TX300. They assembled the bike that night and it was ready to go in the morning. Friendly staff and great customer servic . Thanks RMATV

The day I was supposed to receive my order I received a Email to call Rocky Mount. I called in to Rocky Mount. When I spoke to the young lady on the phone she wanted to confirm my order with me. When I Ask if my order shipped she told me no.I asked her why are you calling me the day I was supposed to receive my order? She informed me my order was shipped today. I informed her I have a trip planned. My utv was already a part in waiting my shipment. This leaves me scrambling with two days before my trip to find the parts I was awaiting. Do not count on Rocky Mountain!!!! Very dissatisfied customer. I will never order from Rocky Mountain again. ...

Just got into the St George utah side by side craze and using the great Rocky Mountain ATV you tube videos for educating myself on service and parts for my Polaris Razr 1000 turbo. Needing some tires and a winch I walked in found the parts counter guys all very helpful; especially Jace and Jake. When the new tires did not work as expected, and after a couple of returns to the shop for help, Jake finally counseled me that my original preference needed to be returned and Rocky would replace them for me and make sure I was fully satisfied...I AM!!. It is so nice to find customer service like this today. I totally recommend the team at Rocky to help you with your parts, service and problem solving for your side by side or other off road fun toys.

If any missed calls were from here, its only because they are so busy and DAMN good. Neil the bike mechanic is easily one of the best in this state, and id trust with any motorcycle i ever purchase. Love the people here at Rocky Mountain in Washington, friendly and quite knowledgeable. Theyre always willing to answer all the weird and strange questions I have when it comes to powersports. They really care for your property also, NEVER had a issue with having my stuff worked on here.

Totally reasonable prices and great service. Took my leaking forks in on Saturday and they told me it would take a week to get them fixed. They had some extra time and they managed to get it done Monday evening.

Came in with my husband, seriously looking at motorcycles. But we were completely ignored. We spent a good 20 mins sitting on bikes and even yelled a few questions across the store so see if we could get some attention from the staff. But they only answered in one word answers and didnt even look up at us. So even though we were interested in a few bikes; we left and took our business elsewhere.

We recently purchased a new Kawasaki side by side here. We worked with Jake, one of their salesmen. He was by far one of the best guys to work with. We shopped all over and we couldnt find anyone or any dealership to help us like Jake and the rest of their crew did. We consistently bounced back and fourth between machines until we finally found the right one. Jake was never pushy to work with, he made sure to answer every question we had, he never made us feel like we were bugging them, and at the end of the day he even ended up having the best price we could find anywhere. Ryan & Colton also helped us through the process, Colton spent quite a bit of time answering product questions, and when it came time for delivery Ryan was awesome! Very detailed and had everything ready to go on short notice. We will be customers for life.

Nice, clean store with friendly employees

I was on a motorcycle tour through the area (1000miles into it) and I was in need of some specific mineral oil for my hydraulic clutch. A phone call with Jason (general manager) I was told that the shop carries it, I rode 100 miles to get it and the service could not been better. All guys at the shop and specially Jason were really helpful and enable me to carry on with my ride. Thank you very much, Russ HP2

Terrible service, incompetent mechanic, I took my motorcycle in to have some work done on the carb. I received a call that the bike was done but they were not able to fix the issue and informed me that the carb was worn out and I needed a new carburetor and that cost was $1200.00, I asked what the bill was for the work that was done and was told $91.00 for labor and a start button. When I picked the bike up the bill was $150.00. When questioned about the cost difference they then told me that they had to install a new air filter and that the original fell apart in the mechanics hands. This was not true as I had just had the air filter out literally before taking the bike in to them and it was just fine. I then asked for my original filter and they said that they had thrown it away. I told them that they were wrong and that my filter was fine and that they were not asked to change it. They then said to just go and not to bring my motorcycles to them and to shop someplace else.Well at that point I was forced to go to one of their competitors and all that the motorcycle needed was a new jet and the air fuel mixture adjusted.The Bill was $125.00 and I (DID NOT) need a (NEW) carburetor at $1200.00The bike runs like new thanks to the competitors knowledgeable mechanics and staff.

Jason is a good manager.He just has employees that act like they are doing you favor for everything..Young guys that dont get that the customer is what keeps them in business.If ordering online versus in store..Order Online from RMATV.Its quicker.They dont keep alot of parts in the store.

Bought my Teryx from here, very cool people very polite. Ive been to other UTV dealers in town where they have these front desk people as if it was a doctors office. If you by-pass them the sales people dont even bother to ask if you need help.Anyways, i always just go to Rocky Mountain either here in town, online or when Im up north. I fully recommend them, they will accommodate most request for example if you need to borrow a trailer to take your new machine home. no problem.

The parts counter guys were great and provided good answers to my questions. However, the older gentleman who was actually performing the work on my bike was a bit condescending and rude at times when explaining the issue my bike had and what it would take to fix it. When I told him that I would get back to him on whether to perform the repairs on my bike (which was over $1K) he just turned and walked away from the parts counter without saying anything, even goodbye.He alone drove me away from having my bike fixed at his shop. A little customer service would go a long ways for this company. In the meantime, I think I will buy parts and get work done from other places in town.

Ordered and paid for parts on a Saturday. Called Monday was told they would be there Tuesday. Show up tuesday at 5pm. Was told the order wasnt placed tell Monday night. So they took my 300 bucks and never ordered the parts..... also happend with a set of tires kept gettkng the run around gave up on Thursday got my money back and went s ok somewhere else..... UPDATE...... so all of that took place Tuesday 7/23/19. Was told parts would be here Thursday 7/25/19 just recived a call from rocky mountain that my pupe 8n fact will not be here tell next week. So not only did they mess up my pioneer day riding. They have now messed up my weekend

These guys give the best service hands down. I have a new Polaris ranger but just purchased a newKawasaki mule pro fxt I love it so quite rides so good. Its a better machine than my ranger for less money way more versitle. If you in the market for a side by side talk to Jason or Jake they will take good care of you

All the bike shops in Salt Lake were hundreds of dollars higher on their prices and I still saved money with the drive down. Then when I had a problem with the bike that was out of warranty Tad the mechanic took care of me. I will always buy my bikes from them and their customer service ia second to none! !

Very friendly. They had what I needed and surprisingly very good prices. I found prices to be the same as I could find on line and in the case of oil filters it was half what I found online.

They are supper help full thay gave me 800 in free parts and labor beacus I hade to bring my bike back they are vary nice people and there customer service was out standing. The only con. Is that they say that will call you or call you back but they don’t. you have to call them for a update but besides that they are the best .
