I was riding back from Cali to New York and started having some trouble with my shift linkage . Luckily i made it out of the two hundred something miles of twisties and constant up/down shifting and at the time i didn’t realize how lucky I was to have that trouble when I was in such a good spot . A few miles from the hotel and just as close to Zion Harley . They were closed for the night and I tried to fix things myself with what tools I had but didn’t get much farther than just clamping some Vice grips to what was left of the shift linkage that wasn’t stripped ...so I made it first thing in the morning and when I got there I already had an idea in my mind about the bad news I would probably hear that my bike wouldn’t be ready or the parts wouldn’t come in for days or any other bad news. But that was definitely not the case, they were super friendly and extremely helpful people, Chantal is great . Give her a raise ! A vacation, and a bonus too why not . 🤣 she was very willing to help and had the parts looked up in no time, let me know a rough estimate and got it going within the first 20 minutes of the morning . The mechanic that worked on my bike was fast at getting it done and because of the staff and their care for a customer on a rod trip I was back on my way without wasting too much time at all . 10/10 would definitely break down there again 🤣

This dealership was amazing to work with knew I was in a hurry and worked quickly to get a deal done and get me on the road. I am from Salt lake city and I was visiting St George and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the bike home safely and even called to follow up and ensure I made it home safe.

If you are lucky enough to ride a Yamaha..... You will Never need the repairs listed in the other reviews .... 03 Road Star 96 thou. miles, never an issue, o7 FJR, 58 thou. still have it..., never an issue ... Currently an 08 Venture... 15 thou. zero issues ...... Get the picture ... LOL...

Took my 2020 road glide in for oil change, and during there courtesy wash they used some chemical that stained my wheel, mirrors, and highway pegs. Really disappointed, the service manager was really arrogant and offered no solution.

I have been trying to get a new bike and Henry has been awesome! Hoping to head back this week. Beautiful store! Nate on finance was also extremely helped and easy to work with!

Normally I wouldnt consider buying a motorcycle without first seeing it in person, but the team at zion harley exuded an air of trust and I was able to know they were being honest when I asked questions about the motorcycle.

If there were 10 stars Id give them all 10. Emergency towed in repair and left 150% confident. Great people, great service and I would have paid double to get on the road. Who cares they wont install outside products, they gotta make $ too. Thats just a whiny comment. They were great!

The crew was rude and not helpful. My husband went to check for parts. The guy said they dont have parts for the 03. They only work on bikes from like 97 up... Yeah so apparently they cant count either.

Nick greeted us on our way in even though he was already answering questions for another customer. Scott gave us fair value on our trade and made arrangements to get our new bike there the next day from their related Las Vegas dealership. Great efforts by all from our small town dealership.

I am customer of this shop, I have had service done here before and I will never return again, every single time I have to deal with some attitude. This time I needed to have my front tire installed and I was told they dont install parts brought by the customer, how come theyve installed a rear tire that I brought in last year??? Im planning on upgrading to a new bike soon, Ill make sure not to come here.

I was with a group of riders from Tennessee when the shifter lever on my bike broke. We were close to Zion Harley so we limped to their shop. The shop manager and technician were very professional and quick in the repairs required on my bike. The employees in the entire store were a delight to visit! We won’t forget our experience at Zion Harley and we will definitely make another stop there. ( The next time just to thank them again)

Love this dealership. They sold me my first HD. Scott is the man! As dealerships go they’re on the small size but awesome customer service. Matt teaches a great riding class for beginners and advanced riders. He cured me of my bad habits from riding BMX bikes my whole life. Never had any problems with service department either. 5 stars to you guys!! Ride on!

So happy with Zion Harley Davidson. I bought three bikes from a dealer in California and thought they had my best interest in mind but I was wrong. The bike I currently ride is a 2017 road glide with the 107 and from the time I bought it in 2016 it had a problem with loosing oil pressure while riding and the dealer in California told me no problem, nothing to see here keep riding it. I brought my bike to Zion Harley Davidson for a recall with the clutch and was asking the service department about my oil pressure problem and he was quick to let me know that the early M8 engine had oil pressure issues. Long story short Zion Harley Davidson fixed all my problems under factory warranty with no problem. I highly recommend this dealer for service and repair. Thank you Zion Harley Davidson for your honesty and integrity.

I took my lady to this store to spend our money locally she needed a helmetthey put her in one so tight she almost passed out 30 minutes after wearing it. she is new to this asking for help when she left the store they ask is she wanted the box she said yes in case she needed to return it, they said nothing and gave her the box,now they refuse to exchange it for one that fitsi own 2 harleys and will never spend another dollar at this establishment

I like the idea of Harley but who can afford it? They are sourcing overseas anyways so why the American made facade.Build a bike that competes with imports. Get rid of union and bring the costs down.

The people here were very friendly and helpful, exactly what you would expect. I asked them what the deal was with all the bee-hive logos in Utah, they didnt know but looked it up and we all learned something new that day. I wont tell you, you have to look it up yourself.
