A once in a while treat but I always love it! Friendly staff and tasty coffee.

Food is normal quality buffet food.The price is reasonable. Service good.

I have been to this Gamestop many times for my nephew. The staff are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and will go out of way to help you (especially when you dont know much like me... Buying for a kid). They do make sure you get / find what you want. They also sell used consoles and accessories and stand behind what they sell.

I bought a controller there used and from the start the buttons stopped working and I bought it for 30 and I got 10 what a rip off.

Things havent been going too well for GameStop the upper management seems to be really screwing it from the top down.If youre interested in learning more YouTube Camelot 331.I stopped supporting GameStop years ago when I could personally see that they were screwing the community9331 annex employee who worked at GameStop and now gets informed by other employees at GameStop greatly reveals the amount of corruption that is here.

The prices are good for used merchandise.I appreciate engaged people who care about their field, their profession. That is what you will get here, people who want to do well and want customers to leave happy.If youre a parent unsure about video games, go here, ask questions. You should leave with an appropriate choice for your child.

I love being able to trade in old games for new ones. You cant do that with digital media. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Good customer service and nice people working here. Always willing to help you out and give you information on anything that you need in their store. Parking can be difficult but it is what it is.

Do not use GameStop. 25 years of being a customer of theirs they have lost my business over $7.37. Target is next door and would happily give you a better customer service and quality product for cheaper the price.

Went to go buy the snes classic and waited outside way before the store opened. Staff was really nice and came out to ask what I wanted even though the store was not open yet. He wasnt aware of any consoles coming in that day and went to check. Provided enough info so I would not have to continue waiting for another hour before they opened since the console would not even be there yet. I was able to get the console eventually and really appreciate staff coming out to relay information outside of store hours listed!

I have been shopping at this Game Stop for several years and have never had anything but excellent service. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and are always helpful. I give this store 5 stars in every aspect of service, product knowledge, customer service and just making shopping there fun. I had the pleasure of speaking to an employee who was knowledgable, easygoing, and not pushy which is hard to find in game stops it seems these days. We had a pretty long conversation about Fallout 4 before it was even taking preorders and Ive continued to come back to this location because of the experience I had before.

So Aaron Busch(the manager?) decides to tell my friend who went to purchase the new Nintendo she cannot purchase two...one for her son and one for my son...i was at work. I rushed up there to get one for myself and asked where does it state you cannot buy two of the same item or even state you specifically cant buy two of that system??? He said it is in the sales ad. I got the ad and asked him where it says that? He reads it and cannot find that statement....hmmmm bc that is BS. He then proceeds to say well it is just my policy...Mr. Aaron you work in customer service and absolutely suck at it!!! You are not management material. You do not get to make your own policies when working for a huge company. I understand trying to prevent people from buying all of the units up but you could legitimately see we were two different people with kids trying to get Christmas presents. Youre rediculous.

This is honestly the worst game stop around. I always have a bad experience when I go there. I love going to the one down the street instead. Ok so here is just one of the experiences I have had in there. I was looking for a certain 3ds game and the guy who was there was to busy flirting with a girl. So yup easy to say they didnt have it. It made me and my boyfriend mad. Just horrible customer service if I could give it a 0 I would. Maybe also hire people who are more knowledgeable about games too. Cause the guy didnt know anything about 3ds games. At all.
