Jesse, Young and T have assisted me on numerous occasions and have been very pleasant and helpful. Jesse has especially helped me many times, and, believe me, I am a novice and Im sure I tried his patience more than once. But not once did he ever lose his patience with me! He is definitely a credit to your organization.

Ever since the corporate store went away I have been desperate to find a location where I know they will take care of me at...Been a loyal Metro customer now since 2006 and am happy to have found a location where they actually have a brain and they also use it. He kept me with an amazing deal I had for years while actually giving me a whole new line for life for no extra monthly fees...He tool the time to actually listen to me and heard exactly what the problem was...ABSOLUTE PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location...Thank you so much and the best part is this location is right by my house so I am so stoked for it! thanks!

This Metro store is very nice with its service of helping its customers. When I come to this Metro store I feel like I going to get what I want for a decent price. The employees of this Metro store seem to want to do theyre best to make sure that us customers know what we might get ourselves into. Not only that the employees are so friendly each one caring that you feel like a person and not just a vendor. Last thing i shall add is how this Metro store feels as it looks safe to be in unlike many other Metro stores Ive been to and the inside looks very properly clean and organized. They wont give me a refund on a piece I bought from them a with receipt that wont work! They keep telling me to come back when the male worker is there. He explained to my boyfriend and I how to use it...so we tried it at home and it still did not work correctly! I told them I dont live around there and work alot so I cant just come when ever they have time. That happened 3 times in 19 days! The 2 females try and say Im to late now.😵😵😵I have an account with Metro pcs and to be treated like this makes me want to switch services!All over a $20 +taxes refund
