I had a problem with my service and had plenty of questions to throw their way. Dominique was the man. He got me taken care of super quickly and answered all my questions. Great service and great attitude.
I went to this location to purchase a new phone on a Saturday morning and it was quite the ordeal, by no fault but my own. Jon and Jacob were both very helpful and patient. They were honest, knowledgeable, and very nice. Thank you!
In store we had a fantastic experience. Everyone was so friendly but when I called to have my line and device disconnected I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. The total call time once answered was 2 minutes. I got frustrated around the 55 minute mark and tried to call the store from another phone and was placed on hold on that phone as well. Which means I was also on hold with the store (probably connected to same call que I was already in) for 28 minutes. Frustrating doesnt even begin to explain having to wait on hold that long for a short call.
Why have a store phone number? The main menu is a nightmare and just generic nonsense. I wanted to speak to a physical person at the physical shop I planned to visit. I have to go through other menu options that dont even make sense. Then they send me a code that doesnt even work. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Top to bottom, just a horrible impersonal way to approach customer service.
Great customer service, I had to a short time but thats expected. My service person was Jacob and he was great, I asked him a lot of questions and he didnt try to BS me or up sell me. Over all excellent experience.
Very clean store thats well set up and easy to navigate. Super Covid-19 friendly and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have curbside pickup and if you need to go in, theres a gentleman who opens the door so you dont have to touch anything.
Verizon used to be great customer service. When i bought my phone in April they would not help me set it up real quick. Told they dont do that anymore. Well I had issue with my phone Saturday. I went today they told me we dont fix phones here just sell them. I went to different location and got help i needed. I will never be back to Watauga location.
I love Verizon. The customer service guy looked like her was put out. It was close to closing time and he was rushing me, kept looking at his watch. So I didnt feel welcomed.
Good service
Super nice did not rush me made sure I got what I needed.
Female advisor was helpful. Wish the had better cases choices for samsung. With covid-19 store looks so empty
I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and having used this store three times with great results. On 8-16 I came into this store to add a line and purchase a phone. Adrian Pena greeted me and helped me. The store had only a few customers so I was helped in less than 5 minutes. Being an experienced cellular user, I knew exactly what I wanted and why and Adrian accommodated without issue. I had to add the line and purchase a phone but I asked Adrian some questions to confirm what I thought was true about adding a line and switching plans, which he confirmed with his answers. In all it took me less than 20 minutes, Adrian knew his stuff, and it was ZERO hassle. Good customer service is just rare these days. Thank you Adrian. May God bless you.
Helpful accommodating staff... Thanks Miguel! We are very satisfied with our phones and our plan. Be careful!! Other stores that are not corporate stores do not conform to the deals and phones available at true Verizon corporate stores, even though they say Verizon.
Joe was most helpful. I purchased an apple watch and needed to connect the GPS. I had been unable to get help from the Verizon website but he did it for me very easily and efficiently. Thank you.
Not a very good start with Verizon customer service at this location in watauga off of Denton hwy. Just got service with Verizon online today. Needed phone cases for me and wife’s Note 20s. Not sure of the girls name who was more interested in checking her phone every second while I was trying to ask questions about what case to get. Very poor customer service to show for the company of Verizon.
I had a technical issue on my phone that was using tons of data, and the people at Verizon helped me with it right away.
Sonya D told us that we can switch from At&t, bring our devices and the activation fee would be waived. When it came time to port the phones, she gave us the SIM cards and told us to text her to when we were ready to port the phones. She told us she would gives us temporary numbers before porting our normal phone numbers so we wouldn’t lose service while the port was taking place. We switched the SIM cards and texted her to start the port and all seemed to go fine. It took less than 15 minutes and the temporary numbers switched to our normal phone numbers without issue. When I went online to view my bill, I was charged activation fees for our numbers (4) AND for the temporary numbers (4). The bill which should be approx. $230 was actually almost $500! I texted Sonya D and never received a response. Stopped by the store and spoke to the manager who kept telling us that was normal, but the fees would be credited back to us in 1-2 billing cycles. We kept trying to tell him what she told us and that we shouldn’t have to pay and then get it back. Just crazy! The thing that disturbed me the most, other than the fact that we were being charged with fees we were told would be waived, was that Sonya D was there and never acknowledged us or tried to help explain the situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A NEW CUSTOMER!!
This was the best phone shopping experience ever. Immediately greeted by Andrew upon arrival. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the different phone options available and made my selection super easy. I love my Galaxy Note 8. I would highly recommend this location and Andrew to anyone. Thank you Verizon! Thank you Andrew!
Benson is AMAZING. He was patient and listened to my moms situation with her new iPhone. . . not an easy task! His respectful and helpful customer service is very much appreciated. Even though I have a different phone carrier, I would consider going to this Verizon for my future needs and would send others to see Benson and the other great people at this store.
Great
Good service, the representatives care about the customer, they work hard to match the wide variety of consumer electronic / digital products to your specific needs. They are a step up from AT&T who offers less than quality customer service and care. Recommend Verizon over AT&T
Ive made several trips to this Verizon location. Each time Ive had knowledgeable and helpful employees. They have always been able to assist me, and I really like that. I go out of my way to go to this location. The one near my home is very disappointing, and Ive felt disrespected to the point that I no longer will go there.Keep up the good work.
Andrew gave excellent customer service. He shared options with me that fit my expectations. He didnt try to sell me a phone I didn’t want.
Great customer service
Probably by far one of the best experiences I have had with a verizon store so far. RAY Helped me out a ton and even stayed late to help me get my new phone set up. Was extremely pleased with his customer service and knowledge of the phone I was getting. Great Job!
This Verizon store is the worst. I went in to buy a new phone and the salesman told me there was a BOGO on the new Motorola phone. Turned out to be a lie. Also traded in a few items, phone, watch and paid for in full for the new phones. The trade in did not give me any credit. And the payment I made does not show. When I brought in my card statement showing where I paid for the phone, they said it was for the accessories for the phone. This was not the case. And to top it off my phone that was purchased broke 2 days in to owning it. Took it back for exchange and they told me that I would ha e to go through the manufacturer to replace it. After I did this they told me I could have exchanged it In the store. So went 3 days without a phone. This store is the worst Verizon store I have been to. And will never go there again. Verizon as a company is an excellent cellphone provider. But this store will pull the wool over your eyes.
Great products and services. Sonya was great person.
Stood around for 45 minutes watching 2 or 3 groups of employees hanging out having a good time. Looks like a great place to work...if you dont want to do anything. Hello Google How do I get to AT&T?
Andrew was very helpful. His fun attitude made the experience better.
I have the pleasure of working with garret over the past year. He is extremely knowledgable and provides great customer service. Darwin has also helped me whenever I have had an issue. Im very happy with this stores service
I went by the Verizon store today to make a change to my service that was a little unusual. I was blown away with the patience of the folks there and sticking with it until the job got done. All with good humor and persistence!! Thanks very much Solutions Specialist Darryl Small and the rest who participated in GRD (Getting r Done)!!
I was surprised at the speed at which I got in and out of here. My problem was solved quickly and efficiently by Jay. I thought my porting of my number wasnt working, turns out I needed to turn my phone off, and back on. Now why didnt the automatic porting service (via telephone) tell me to do that?
No One at the store wants to help. Even the manager is not helpful either. We had some simple questions on promo credit and upgrade on the device. Store people were clueless and none of them showed any initiative to learn or help on the problem. I called Verizon Customer Service, literally outside of the store and got the help in few mins. I think goal should be retaining the customers and help, not geared towards the sale only. Overall I am really happy with Verizon but not this particular store.
Im an extremely picky person. Im one of those annoying people that researches everything and weighs the pros and cons painstakingly for however long, until I feel confident i can purchase something without having buyers remorse.Alex there was extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, he stuck with me, answered all of my many questions, and in the end helped me reach a conclusion that saved me money time and effort.Fellow named John took a break from what he was doing to answer a couple questions from the perspective of someone whos had more experience with the same phone I have. Also very helpful.Next time I need something phone-related, Im going here first.Top notch customer service.
Its one of the more helpful and friendly locations.
One star by default. When I went in to discuss rates and start a plan they had a contest going on, pop a balloon and have a chance to win free product. Sounds great, in theory. However, we did win two tablets. Awesome right? They quit working for no reason after a couple of months, they were not dropped, no water damage nothing that would cause them to quit working. They would not stand by there product or cancel the lines without paying 250 each. Every time I have been in there for anything no one seems to notice or ask you what you need they were with customers but they could have said they would be with me when they could. Other people who came in behind me started getting helped. After about 20 mins I found out I had to give my name to the lady with the tablet. Whish she would have told me before I stood around with my one year old on my hip for 15 min. Even after putting my name down it took about 20 more minutes. There customer service is slow and lacking.
Very patient staff! They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I always have a great experience when I got into this store
I went to Verizon store today to purchase new iPhone. The sales people were more than helpful solving all my problems and answring all the concerns I had with patience and knowledge. Excellent service.
Buyer BEWARE at this Store - I visited this store and one of the salespeople told me I had to put 1/3 down on my phone BUT I GET FREE ACCESSORIES! Yay ...right? WRONG...After speaking to Verizon Wireless Customer Care Center they explained nothing went to my phone except for $28 per the installment agreement and that the salespeople make commission on selling Accessories...so I feel Silly that I didnt do my research and I trusted this guy. He even said I could split my 1/3 down into 3 payments but Guess What - I paid $77.00 at the store and billed the rest for the ACCESSORIES the next bill. So might want to call Customer Care Center if one of the sales people say you are getting something Free.
Much improved! With a store makeover, they seemed to have replaced personnel and trained them for a higher level of service. Its a blended store with FIOS support but overall its a much better experience than before!
Needed a simple replacement simcard, in middle of a weekday. Took a good 45 minutes to get help. Id hate to see what this place would look like if there was a real line in front of me on a Saturday. They got me my card, it was just abnormal wait time for the size of the line, time of day, and activity I needed to do.
Don’t go here if you’re no white. Even if you have excellent credit and have been a customer for years, they treat you like a thief. Horrible service!
Phone wasnt working is now i had wrong settings all is good.
Real time not bad but worse experince ever. i had...i paid ofd my phone but phone was locked maganger said well give you replace if you comeback to verizon i spent 4 hours to transfer back my number on when my account got activated she said. Sorry i cant replace the device. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
They are very helpful
Dalton was very polite and professional while helping us get a mobile internet device. Thank you
The guy that greeted us made the convo very awkward. And no we don’t want the IPad
The service at this location is absolutely terrible! When I first walked in no one greeted me or offered help at all even though there were several salespeople available. Finally when I figured out I had to officially sign in at a dinky computer in the back corner of the store a woman screamed my name and I was able to get the lowest quality of customer care one could muster. Upon telling her the story about how my phone was stolen in Dallas I was given a sucks to suck attitude from her and basically was told there was nothing that she could do for me and refused further help. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL AVOIDABLE! Unless you like being treated like a like a scumbag of a human being...
No professional employees in the whoool place. Every time I have to go to Verizon I have to teach them a thing or two, I hate stepping in this place but love the service. I have left Verizon since this post and feel free with no hassle metro pcs. I can count on 50 bucks a month and thats it... No problem with connection.
Excellent people. Got her dun
The last two visits to this store I have had impeccable service! Amanda Roberts was the consultant assisting me and she did phenomenal.
If I could give zero Stars i would. I have had to return 6 gizmo tabs since Christmas for software malfunctions. The last experience, ended when the customer service female told me I couldnt leave the equipment with her because she couldnt return it until her general manager arrived. I asked her to relay all the info I just explained to her asks she told me not to tell her what to day to her manager. Then she walked away and ended the discussion telling me to talk to the the manager who was next to us helping someone else. I guess not helping at all and walking away is a customer service tactic taught by Verizon corporate.
Dont serve the customer after the sale! Wouldnt exchange defective item because it was past the return date and wouldnt even provide store credit. The salesperson didnt think it would be a problem but the manager wouldnt do it! Go to another store!
These guys suck! Stay away! Give good rates for you to sign up but long term customers get the most expensive rates. And the people are so ignorant! They do not care about customer support!
Dalton was absolutely amazing! He helped it be a stressfree experience setting up a phone plan and getting a new phone and all the gadgets and accessories I could have wanted. He made it very apparent we were working on my time amd made it feel like I was the only guest in the store. It was a breathe of fresh air after going to tmobile and having a very discouraging experience over there.Would highly reccomend dalton and Verizon in watagua!
Verizon in Watauga, TX always provides me with EXCELLENT service. However, Andrew Needhams great communication skills and ready smile made my experience better than any other experience! I experienced a defect with my phone, not the service and decided to visit the store because Samsung could not help me over the telephone. Upon my arrival to the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was provided with several options to correct the problem. Andrew overheard my conversation with another specialist and immediately provided me with the BEST solution!! Andrews commitment to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is to be commended!!
No matter which location I go to, the employees are always friendly and know whatever device I have a question about. I have had them for 8 years and wouldnt consider anyone else.
Ray lied up and down left and right. Verizon customer service cant have access to email one day to see the quote I was emailed, then they do haveaccess but wont respond. Then I am suppose to drive to the store again to talk about it.Extra costs they said would not be there, then they explain what the extra cost are for instead of taking them off the bill. They lied lied lied. Yes you can cancell within a time period, but they have a restocking fee. And if worst comes to worst they will ruin your credit . Big business against average citizens.See the owners respone below. The owner did ANYTHING other than credit my account with the $84 and $64 that was added to my 2 year contract. Customer service credited my account with the other $.Update: no activation fees turned into upgrade fees. Yes you get upgrade fees when getting a new account with new service. Customer service (not the watauga store) corrected that dishonest mistake. Im sure the owner will tell us how we will be treated better next time they lie to us on purpose.Another update. A phone was to be fedexed, they fatfingered the address from what customer service indicated. Fedex returned the phone to verizon 5 days later. Then 7 days to get the money back and start all over again. All of a sudden Watauga verizon went from You can pick one up in the store or have one delivered here to You cant have one delivered here or pick one up in the store. Lie after lie after lie.
Great service. Friendly and helpful
Tones of options!! Very helpful employees. Verizon at North Tarrant.
Went in to get a screen protector for my brand new phone. Sales representative literally ruined my phone putting it on. Pressed too hard on the screen with the card while he was installing the protector and caused a vertical green line of pixels down my phone. Had to go and get my phone replaced. Then he had the nerve to have an attitude when I came back for the screen protector saying that he wasnt going to give me another one. Terrible customer service.
Just a miserable experience, every time I have been there. My time has been wasted, and I have been given misinformation several times. Be aware when you go that the cell and landline services are actually two separate entities despite going by the same moniker and lodging under the same roof. The Verizon store in Southlake is staffed by far more knowledgeable and helpful employees. If you can, go there for a better customer experience.
Andrew Worst employee. Lied to me about promotions.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had a phone with a cracked screen and was trying to get a good enough replacement phone activated; the people at this store and four others in town were adamant that we could not activate the phone at their store, would not give us a new sim card for the phone, and said we would have to buy a $200 phone including a $40 activation fee. We went to the AT&T store just down the street and the worker there showed us in 5 minutes how to put our old sim card in the new phone which then worked perfectly. Will never do business with Verizon again. They are an awful company that does. not. care. about you as a customer. Do yourself a favor and go to AT&T.
The employees there are very helpful and friendly. Definitly getting my next phone there.
I wish I could give a zero to this store!!! I made a deal with the business representative he told me he was gonna take off an extra $200 off the phone. When I asked to see a payment contract before I signed he said they cant honor the promotion anymore. After they already ran my credit and I had a new number picked out. So be careful they will try to lie to you. Ive been happy with Verizon until my experiance here. Im gonna give the NRH location a chance if im not happy there going to ATT. The managers here dont know how to run a business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought a screen protector and they installed it for me. Above and beyond!
First time Ive ever been irritated / angry enough to leave a bad review for *anything*.I dont know if its a Verizon issue, or this stores issue, but Ive had a couple problems with customer service at this location in particular. One was awhile ago, I needed help installing and setting up my new Galaxy Note 6, and went in to the store hoping to get some aid from the employees, whose entire job, youd think would be to know about phones. Or at the very least simple things like installing a sim card. Not only did they not know how to install it, they didnt seem to know anybody that could figure it out, or point me an any sort of direction to someone that could. I ended taking it to a phone repair shop and having them install it for me.Fast forward a few months, I break my new phone. Oh well, it happens. I cant get a new one, but thankfully I have a old Note 3 that is in good condition, and works just fine. Since my new phone had been using a Nano Sim card, and the Note 3 uses a Micro Sim, I needed one of two things. For them to deactivate my old sim, and hand me a new micro sim card, compatible with my note 3. Or sell me a conversion tray, which I could just as easily find on amazon, but I needed my phone working *that day*. The employee I talked to told me that my sim, or an new sim they could give me wouldnt work in a Note 3, because verizon does not support that phone anymore. Which is a blatant lie, I am typing this review on my 4glte network, after taking care of the problem myself. So I dont know if they make commission on the phones they sell, anf the employee was trying to push me into getting a new phone, or if they were just ignorant and bad at their job. But I will definitely be looking for a new service provider in the future. One that is capable of preforming basic services and helping their customers.
Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!
Always great customer service.....
Member for over 10 years.
Worse than a one. They refused to honor my online order for an updgrade phone that I scheduled for pick up at the Watagua. Basically they just wanted to charge me $85 for what was free. Quotes such as, were not the same company as the online store and we cant help you were repeated over and over. So I demanded they call customer service and what do you know??? They are the same company... two hours later... they finally handed over the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Guy was very fast and helpful, no bs!
Close to my daughters home with easy access from a major road.
They dont listen, they blamed me for a problem I had with this phone from day 1 of getting it!
We have been treated with respect. Good service.
Great help!
Very friendly and helpful.
Roberto was efficient, friendly, and had me on my way quickly.
I CAME TO THIS STORE TO UPGRADE MY PHONE AND OPEN ONE ADDITIONAL LINE BUT DEVONTE WAS OPENED 2 LINES BY HIMSELF. CHARGED ME $932 ($650 FOR IPHONE AND $199 FOR ANOTHER IPHONE PLUS TAX). CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO WORK IT OUT, HE SAID HE CANCELLED ONE LINE BUT HE NEVER DID, ITS STILL ACTIVE. THEN HE CHARGED ME $42 RESTOCKING FEES. I WAS SO UPSET AND CALL THE STORE MANAGER, HE NEVER ANWSER THE PHONE, THE PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE WAS PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER.ANYWAY, THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE AT THIS STORE, I WILL CANCELLED THE SERVICE OF 4 LINES AND SWITCH TO T-MOBILE WITCH IS 50% CHEAPER AND BETTER SERVICE.
Pricey but theyre very nice and have great service
I came in with questions on deals for the note 9. I was told one thing in person and contradicted over the phone. Its disappointing that monetary information is inaccurate amoungst employees for a store that details these questions all the time
Horrible service. They are just like most company you deal with these days. They dont want to stand by the product they sell. When the customer turns out to not like the product that they were talked into buying, No returns after 14 days. Which is understandable on a phone, but NOT with all these accessories. I spend $100 on a Bluetooth device that only works half the time. Went out of town the day after i bought it. Buy the time i got to use it the 14 days was up. But know one up there cares, im stuck with this pice of junk now. Someone should start a company that really cares about the customer that spend Thousands with them.
My phone port where the charger fits into was damaged. I am the only one using this phone. No one offered to tell me where I could get the port fixed. Instead I was told to call Asurion where it cost me another 99 dollars for a deductible which was totally out of site to pay. What do poor people do? This is atrocious and disheartening that no one cares enough at this store to help someone if they do not have a credit card or have 99 dollars to meet the decuctible
Cool new store front but slow service. Could have been alot of people in there but still not great.
Any changes I make on my plan they have me call customer service number. I dont understand why they cant call and make the changes.
Its simply piss poor in Justin Texas. Theyve got it monopolized and they dont give a rats behind about our service. Verizon Fios fiber is a scam. DSL was twice the speeds. If anyone has the ability to provide internet service in competition to Verizon you could make an honest living out here.
Walked in to discuss rates and was given a Star wars Google cardboard! Everyone was so eager to help, great location.
Always helpful staff and large selection
I got a Samsung S7... THEN I traded it in for an iphone 6s. My takeaway is this: dont get a new phone unless Marquisha Holt at Verizon is helping you. Talk about a ray of light in a world of darkness. Shell go to bat for you and do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you walk out happy and make the process enjoyable. Shes at verizon on 377 near keller then oct 1 2017 shell be opening a new verizon store at Alliance Town Center. The location on 377 is great because its always clean, they were VERY tolerant of my kids going nuts, they spent as much time as they needed to make sure I was well taken care of, and it didnt feel like they were trying to sell me something. It felt like they really cared that I walked out happy. On the downside, this care and attention to each client can cause longer than wished for wait times. When you treat each person like the center of the universe, I suppose that sort of thing will happen... Ill take it.
Great team at this store.
If I could give zero stars I would. It took us a year to figure out how to return their equipment and now its on my credit report. We tried calling them, taking it to Verizon stores, no one knew what to do. Also for the first year of our service our internet kept kicking us off every 20 minutes, and they threatened us that if the problem was in our home they would charge us close to $100 just to come out and fix it. We eventually took the risk and it turns out it was some of their equipment outside our house that was the problem. All in all worst service ever, I wont go back to them if they were the last provider on earth.
Basically had to set the place on fire to get someones attention.
Pretty helpful had to go to the store for some advice
I went there a total of 6 occasions. Each and every time they told me something different. According to them (and this may be a verizon problem - not them) verizon stores and verizon custom service online/ on the phone are completely different entities. They are not helpful at all. Tried to charge me $180 for a 99 cent phone just to switch the colors.I also had another instance where I wanted to get a Iphone with higher the 64 gig from the 8 and they told me itd be $100 but they were out of stock. Came back the next day and they claimed it would be $350. They knew all my account information and situation from said previous experience but didnt bother to tell me the full story. They people I talked to gave me a lot of attitude as well and would constantly cut me off so they make it seem like a good deal. They were just full of bull each and every time and went and waited around for themMonths later, we still havent figured out my brothers phone completely and they robbed us of $200. So sick of it
I took my teenage daughter to Verizon Store in Wautaga to upgrade her phone. We had a very upsetting experience. We dealt with this lady named Gloria, who told us the next upgrade was not until November, needless to say my daughter was disappointed not to get a new phone because her old phone was cracked and the camara did not work. She told my daughter Next time check before you come. in a demeaning tone. looking at her with a very harsh and smart way. My daughter had teary eyes after finding out she was not going to upgrade her phone. Gloria said she had to go to to the back of the store to make things better and try to fix what my daughter expected and to give us a deal that did not sound like a deal. Gloria tried to sell us different stuff that we were not interested in and my daughter kept telling me we did not need the stuff that she was trying sell us. Gloria told my daughter not to shut her down before listening to the deal she was going to offer me. I told my daughter callate ( Spanish for shut up) and Gloria proceeded to tell my daughter callate. I did not say anything because I was in shock. After we left my daughter said Gloria was a mean person looking at her with distaste and started crying in the car. My daughter said she did not want to put this lady in her place because she did not want me or her to cause a scene. Gloria had an attitude because we did not buy what we wanted her to buy. I called the store manager Mike and complained about this bad experience. He said that Gloria does not usually work here. Overall, horrible customer service and I will never bring my family there again
Stayed at the store for 25 mins and no one even bothered to ask me what I need. Tried talking to a couple of sales associates and got no proper response.Sucks!
The lack of customer service ay this location is an atrocity. Verizon would be better served by closing it down. I was there for 30 mins and was not even greeted, there were 3 salesman standing around doing absolutely nothing! Avoid this store!
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They try to upsell you on everything but thats just business dont take it personal.
I have a blind brother and this is where I take him. The service is great the people are friendly.
