Went to move 3 phones from Sprint to TMobile and upgrade daughters phone. Steve was very professional kind considerate and patient. Great experience that took awhile and I even got to dance in the store they play good music lol ha ha ha Thank you Steven for being so awesome!!
Stuck in contracts way too overpriced especially when service doesn’t work that well. If you trade in your phone they won’t document that and charge you blindly until you figure it out and then tell you there’s nothing they can do even though you have proof of returning the previous phone and proof of them still charging you. These people are crooks

We went to solve an issue for my mother in law and the guy working told us they where having a promotion if we traded our phones which where only 1 gen behind we would get updated to the new ones for no charge. We switched over 6 of us promising that our bill would stay consistent. This has not been the case, every month the bill has gone higher and higher. We only swapped 2 phones for the new ones and where told we can switch everyone, well thank god we did not or else we would be paying much more! I have never written a bad review in my life but hate getting lied to. Be ware of these promotions false advertising is not a good way to bring in new customers.
Extremely satisfied with this T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) store. I had an issue last week when I tried to come in and upgrade. Max, the associate that assisted me was awesome and I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very helpful. I had to return a second day to resolve the issue and Max helped me again. I also had a good experience with another associate at the store, Christian and the Manager, Ashley was awesome. Definitely recommend checking this store out. Thanks Max, Christian, and Ashley!

I went to T-Mobile to buy 4 Iphone12 pro and trade in 4 XS Max. After 3 hours the guy tells me we are going to give you $320 per phone as credit but you have to pay $1200 today and we will credit you account the $1280 so you won’t have a payment for 6 months. Who pays their phone bill 6 months in advance? This is with A+credit. Never do business with these crooks. They don’t know what they are doing.
Not very often do you find sales people who value customer satisfaction over a sale. The honesty shown by Trey, Charles and the other young woman there were very refreshing and a pleasant surprise. They did everything they could to help retain the data on my moms phone at the expense of not selling us a new product. Very great. Helpful. Intelligent. Loyal to their customers. Would highly recommend the Roanoke Sprint store to anyone who needed assistance.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 yesterday. Didn’t want the newest version, didn’t want any other extras. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a cell phone store. The salesman, Bryce, and his manager, Tyrone, didn’t try to upsell me. They were polite, no-pressure. Bryce put on the screen protector and case for me and made sure I knew about the lifetime warranty on the screen protector. Would highly recommend this Sprint location!
Ramsey exhibited exceptional customer service during our visit to the Sprint store. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable. Helped us get exactly what we needed. When you go and need assistance, as for Ramsey!! He will take great care of you!
No employee in the store had any idea of the current Tmobile specials that are advertised on the Tmobile website. Had to go to a different store and they knew right off the bat the specials that were going on. So if you dont know the specials, they will not inform you and you will pay full price. Even calling the store, no one picks up and there is no voicemail. Horrible training. Each store is independently owned so there is no uniform training amongst the Tmobile stores.
Very disappointed with the new store managment at this location. Ive been coming here for years but this guy really shouldnt be in managment. I believe his name is Shanne. Stopped by att today and they treated me very well. Sad to say goodbye to sprint after almost 17 or 18 years but when youve already had enough and then a guy like this talks to you puts the icing on top of wanting to leave. The representative that orginally helped me was grwat I wish I could remember his name but my experience with the store managr was so bad I just had to get out of there. Caution comin to this location, dont deal with the storemangr .

Scammed by the store. While getting a new iPhone the rep offered us a free speaker which we would only need to pay the tax on. After awhile we reviewed our bill and noticed an accessory charge which, after calling support, was for the FREE speaker they had given us.We have been charge $400 for something we only accepted because we had been told it was free. This is completely dishonest and literally a scam. Do not accept any sort of promotion for a free product from this store as they will charge you for it.
Mandie spent a lot of time with me to get the best deal possible. Time that ATT wasn’t interested in spending after being with them since the Cingular days. Mandie’s efforts to get me moved over is what made the difference.

This is a very busy store so I would suggest going there when it is not peak hours or you will have a long wait time. I had someone promise to change my plan and didnt deliver but the stores manager here helped me and got everything taken care of. He even called me to make sure everything went through and was good.

This store is under new management. There used to be some service issues, but I have to say, under the current management, this store ROCKS for service! I have had issues with a few products in the past and brought them in for repair. The staff never repaired an item, they replaced them on the spot, no questions asked. They have activated and deactivated several phones cheerfully while my daughter was going through her android/iPhone crisis. I just got off the phone with a young lady there as I had a list of things I wanted to change on our 6 accounts. All of my concerns were addressed and answered in less than 5 minutes to my satisfaction. I will be visiting them today to have them handled. On that note, I will say this. Because these guys are such professionals, this is a very popular store. They get slammed at times with customers. I truly believe that your patience will be rewarded with quality customer service!

Assistant Manager of sales does not seem to understand what it means to han appointment. I called them 1 hour early to let them I will arrive 30 minutes early then got to the location 30 minutes early and the way she acted was horrible to say the least. Everyone else around her seem to understand, but she seemed to think an appointment means nothing on her end. Typically, the person not making the appointment is apologetic; not this lady. Apparently, I was the one being rude.

They were going to fix my phone screen for the promotional fee until the representative told the technician I was cross-carrier, the tech said oh I cant help you sorry... Even though fix a screen promotion is advertised as any carrier .

Jimmie Changas is an AWESOME Restaurant to dine in serve all kinds of beverages and the food is something to die for. I always get their frozen Margarita and their Enchilada dinner and Im in HEAVEN!! I highly RECOMMEND this fabulous Restaurant!!
Stopped by here last weekend. The guy asked for my ID so I gave it to him, but when he took out a tablet and started taking pics of my ID I took it back. He said he could only help me if I let him take pics of it, and that he wasnt storing it anywhere. I dont know it this is really your policy of if hes doing his own thing, but either way its way too intrusive.

Negative 5 stars......My wife and I bought 2 new phones and were told we could exchange them within 14 days with a $35 re-stocking fee. We were treated like royalty while we were purchasing our new phones. We both decide we would like to exchange the for iPhones which we had before. When we went back we were treated like parasites. The same salesperson that was so nice seemed like it was costing him out of his pocket. (lost commission or bonus?) He was extremely rude and continuously questioned why we wanted to bring them back...we didnt like them. That should be enough. I asked for the manager....Jessie the floor manager said he would handle it....instead he dumped us on the only person that was nice all evening...a young man who had nothing to do with the original sale. By this time 1 and 1/2 hours later after the store had closed we were still there getting our easy exchange done. Yes the phones were exchanged, but only after my wife and I were treated like well - - - -.I have been a Sprint customer for over 13 years! NEVER treated so poorly at any retail establishment I have ever been to. Left feeling really bad about the whole experience......buyer BEWARE as always.
Went to this store earlier today to worked with Rene M. to pay off my device. I paid off my device, came home to find out that he made the system think that I had done an upgrade by paying off the device. So I called Sprint Customer Service and spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get my eligibility reset on my line. After 14 minutes, I finally got the answer of that it will take 24 hours for the eligibility to be reset. If you are a manager of this Sprint store or someone in training for this store, please make sure this situation doesnt happen to someone else. I should have never had to call Sprint Customer Service to fix this problem.
Naomi was very helpful in adding lines to our existing account. She also set us up with a better plan that saved us money. Have had many positive experiences with this location over the 15 years we have been with Sprint.
This store was wonderful and professional!!! After an awful experience at the Herritage Trace store where the manager actually attempted to had my 6 day old phone with no case to a teenage customer to prove me wrong, that there was in fact no muffled sound. I went to this location and told them of the ordeal where they not only replaced my phone but informed me in the first 14 days of owning a knew phone they absolutely will replace it, for any reason! Thank you for treating me like a human being! Great manager and great employees! Will always go to this location in the future even though there are 4 stores closer to my home!

I went in because my phone wasn’t sending texts and they told me my phone was bent and mother board doesn’t work anymore. She also told me the phone needed to be replaced. I didn’t believe it and called Sprint Tech and it simply just needed a restart...

Theyre too busy and definitely try to upsale you everything possible. I bought 2 very expensive glass screen protectors which promptly broke. A man finally sold me a cheaper plastic one and months later the phone and protector are still fine.

Sprint is a joke, they used to at least be the cheapest, now they arent even the cheapest and theyre still the worst service out there. Poor customer service, poor reception and other services have better prices, save your money and get better service elsewhere.
The worst Sprint corp store....the employee here just sucks.Went there to swap a phone, told the rep clearly again and again not touch my plan, only to swap a phone, and made sure no other fees to add. The employee Macy Goode promised not to change my existing plan and no fees to add, but she did change my plan anyway without permission, my phone immediately received plan change notification (changed to the most expensive plan with fewer services than my original plan), She still kept lying and said it was just normal to get notification of plan changes after swapping a phone, the plan actually did not change, promised again she didnt change my plan. When I logged in my account, the plan clearly got changed, then she finally admitted she did something wrong changed the plan and promised to contact me back to get her messed up fixed on second day ...... I never received her call....Went back few days later, she just tried to avoid me...i had to wait her for hours, then she promised me again she would call me back and open ticket to the Sprint back office to get my plan restored...again she never kept her words and never call me back...my bill added hundred dollars more with some upgrade fees etc. on the following bill... I had to call the Sprint customer service and account service many times and spent hours on the phone, eventually I got transferred to executive office and spent over three hours on the phone and figured out what she did, and finally got restored my original plan...still need wait another billing cycle to get the bill fixed

Have an issue with my I phone. Have been to the Sprint store twice to get a fix. Both times sent to the Apple store and still no fix. I have been on the phone with Sprint now three times no fix there still. Now I am being sent to Apple again. I have now spent almost 10 hours just trying to get a working phone. No one is willing to step up and just do the right thing.
Good news: very good inventory, service center can get things done here, lots of things to look at and try. bad news: low employee morale, very slow service (youll be older when you leave)

I dont understand the negative comments. I drive past 3 Sprint stores just to come to this one, 27 miles away. Ive always received excellent service, everyone there has always thoroughly helped me with my choices, questions and problems.
One day I called and explained that I may need to add another line so a guy who named him self as stark told me to come in when the store had promotions going on so I did and this is what happened..... I have a son who only need a phone to communicate with me after school I was all ready paying 65 for my service and leasing my phone was 20 insurance was 11 or 12 and tax was almost 8 so pretty much almost 100. So I stayed at the location for 1.5hrs and thought they explained and got the best plan they ever had because my original plan was just to get a phone and pay on card for minutes but they promised I got the best deal EVER. Needless to say my phone bill is due every 25th of month so it was on a day that I paid everything they gave me the oldest phone that has boost mobile in it wow and it was like 97 or whatever so to lease that was only extra 4 with no insurance. I specifically explained I cannot afford a bill no more the 135 close to 140 so it was settled to be no MORE THEN 140. I asked if I had to make any payment he said NO the activation fee was waived because of the promotion I said oh cool I walked out with a phone for my 12 yr old son happy he can be safe and call me. It’s only been 13 days later I open my account and my bill is 163😵🤧🤮🤬😡😤 I almost had a heart attack. Are they serious how did it go up to 163, unfortunately my voice went out and I have spoken to the service and the store and this is what they said: my taxes went up to 19 and prorated fees I told them it hasn’t been even a month so I am being billd almost twice why did NOBODY TOLD ME IT WOULD GO SO EXPENSIVE oh call Customer service I was on the phone that day all day long!! Still nothing has changed I got SCREWED by the people at this location!!! Thanks so much I didn’t know I would have to worried about how to come up with such expense that I was trying to avoid. So lies are being told and taxes are ridiculous
This store is the reason I am leaving sprint. Sold me samsung headphones, stopped working would not help me get samsung to replace even though I had a warrenty. Also had a appointment to get screen fixed. Took off work to get it done. Arrived at store said I would have to wait 4 weeks to get part in. Called customer service they called store and the store told them to come in get the exact same phone fixed. Sprint does not hold store accountable. If you purchase something you are on your own even with a warrenty. There is no accountability. After 15 years goodbye Sprint...hello Verizon.
Awful customer service every time I go in. Completely unknowledgeable staff, long wait times, and rude customer service. Ive visited the store 7 times in the last 3 months for the same issue and it still has not been resolved. If I wasnt under contract I would have switched carriers a LONG time ago simply due to their staff.

I dont know why we still come here. If i could rate a zero I would. This place screws us over everytime its time to renew. They are very pushy into selling you stuff and working in deals only to find out on your 1st bill the promotions are no longer valid or you dont qualify. This year, they got me for $1,400!!! They messed up on their end and had i not followed up before the auto deduct came out, Christmas would have been ruined. When I called in it took them forever to fix it and I got a very generic apology. Very insincere. Thats a very expensive error. Every year I request a manager or district manager to call me back to dicuss the issues and every year they never call. I have to call back several times. Last time it took my husband leaving a tweet to get a response. Looks like this will be the last year. I lost the last bit of trust with Sprint . Maybe Ill get a competitor to buy out our contract...
Horrible customer service. I called to express my concernes about getting suprise charges because a sales rep. Added two speakers to my bill. Which I had no knowledge of. Nor did we even want. Ashley was EXTREMLEY rude. NO MANAGER should speak to a concerned costumer the way she spoke to me. She was very hostil and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and “she couldn’t help me”. Then hung up the phone on me TWICE. Absolutely Unexceptable. Her employees had better manners than she did. I had to call corporate. Which they found extremely unexceptionable. Hopefully further actions are taken.
Michael Novak is a liar! The WORST customer service from him and the manager, Alex!! They said the accessories came with the phone and just received s bill for almost $600.00!!!!! They also will NOT let me return the accessories, because it is past the return date! They knew I wouldnt receive my bill until after the date! Not the first time I have been lied to by Sprint workers. They will do and say anything to make a sale! Wouldnt even give it one star if I didnt have to and have been a customer for over 10 years!

Sold me a plan and said Hulu + live TV was part of the plan. When I go to set up my HULU account, I was told the plan I bought doesnt offer that. Basically they promised it to sell me and now Im stuck with a bad plan and terrible service/reception. Sprint is just as bad as it was 10 years ago.

Worst phone company I have ever been with. DO NOT CHOOSE SPRINT! Slow or almost no service most the time, I was told many different lies from customer services both in stores and over the phone and Ive been to more than 8 locations and its just problem after problem. If you do decide to get hem, definitely do NOT get the insurance, it doesnt cover anything. They lie and dont want to help, theyll just send you to some other location or tell you tocall customer service

Been with Sprint more than 20 years. I have both business accounts and personal accounts. The few times Ive been to this location Ive been given incorrect info or nothing was resolved. The Tech service has given me incorrect diagnostic and warranty info which was corrected when I went to the authorized samsung repair center. Save your time and go to a different sprint store if your actually have a problem.
I had to put a star or I could not add review. Ugh!! Worst customer service! That is of course after you get the service, before they are just all smiles. Need something after the 14 day trial period and they dont even care about your issue. They will offer you the moon in order for you to get the service then they dont care. James, Tyron(mngr) and Rene. They are still arguying on who will return my call first. They say they do things and dont follow up. They take your equipment and never pay it. So much for buyout smooth experience. I had gone thru rings of fire like a hot potatoe and still dont get anything they offered. I would go back to TMobile if it wasnt because the merge . Sprint SUCKs ans this store should get better more caring employees.

1st let me start by saying I am so sorry that I leftT mobile after 13 years because of my company . This start on day one when I went in the store to switch over and get a TV. When I got there and make the older they then informed me that the TV was no longer available they were so sorry but I could come back on Saturday and they would give me 4 $100 gift cards. I got to the store on Saturday and they informed me that the gift cards would be something that I would have to register online to get they did not give them to me my wife and I decided this was going to be OK we would go online and get the cards it was about the same price as the TV. When we went online to register they informed us he would be 10 to 12 weeks before we would receive the cards. I have made numerous phone calls to thing spoke to numerous supervisors and 5 months later we still have no cards. Today I was sent an email that said Sprint doesnt honor what is told to us in the stores, that I would have to go back to the store and find the guy who told me this that they would not give me the cards, even though they can see that I went online and registered using the number that they gave me from the Sprint store a relevant number associated with this promotion. D stores lie and customer service is absolutely the worst. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and would say that many of the stories Ive heard on this review would suggest many people need to do the same thing. We can not let a company get by with this Over and over. This is not isolated events this is done repeatedly to customers.
