Unhelpful, after speaking to customer service I was instructed to go to the store to exchange a phone that was not working. The gentleman that helped me told me he didn’t want to mess up my account by exchanging the phone and then I would have two phones on my account. (What????) He said I can just order the phone, He had to call a sprint store to see if he could exchange the phone that didn’t work, they told him he could, he kept hangin out in the back where employees can go. While I had to call customer service to help me. You can tell if someone wants to help you and he clearly did not care to. Customer service is not a priority at this store.

Waiting for 30 minutes, noone ever acknowledged us, when we asked for help was told they were too busy yet it appeared that the employees were just talking to the locals.

If you are with Sprint, you will be treated as a second class citizen by the manager at this T- Mobile store in Waterloo. For Sprint customers, he wanted $30 more for the same phone. He lost a potential $850 purchase because he wouldnt work with me. Dont shop here!

Became a new member there less than a week ago, switched over from another company. It took a couple days to iron everything out because there were complications with my phones compatibility but through it all they were very patient and helpful! I dont normally write reviews unless something stands out and this definitely did. After all was said and done i was taken care of the best way possible! Special shout out to the main 3 that helped through the process- Dulce, Brady and Alicia! Great workers!
